Near shopping street and close to nile river and museum
The bellboys are very attentive and look out for their guests. Especially I would like to express my sincere thanks to the last bellboy I came in contact with.
If I had to mention a disappointment, it would be a very small portion, but there were some staff members in the restaurant that showed glimpses of inexperience.
When I visited the restaurant in the evening for a la carte, I was repeatedly asked if I was finished. Since this restaurant does not have a table system where the staff is in charge of the table, it is still a bit of a turn-off to be asked by more than one person.
I also happened to see them in situations where they carelessly bumped or dropped dishes and broke them.
Last but not least, for everything you order you have to pay straight at the exact same moment. You can't put anything on your room. Can be a little bit annoying to go to pool with your wallet to pay for your orders immediately.
She even helped me get a take away of mango juice without sugar or any water.
The guard even helped me with the food to take to the room.
I swear I didn’t expect such kindness, I am positively surprised. The only thing which matters to me is being nice and kind and not pretending which was there in this hotel staff.
