The hotel and rooms themselves are definitely not worth the price. This is one of those "location, location, location" situations. If this hotel was anywhere else, I'd value a night there at around 75%-80% less than the current cost. But, it's in Zamalek.

The rooms are clean, but everything looks like it's from the 90s and hasn't been upgraded since. You can only sweep/mop so much.

The breakfast buffet is mediocre at best.
Ordering Talabat (like Uber Eats) delivery would be a better idea.

The hotel is situated in a prime location on Zamalek Island, one of Cairo's most upscale areas. The staff were both professional and welcoming, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, and I would like to extend special thanks to Nagla from the housekeeping team for her outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cairo!

Rooms are very clean. And very comfortable. Great Food options at the breakfast and also good options of the food available at the bar also.
Sometimes just sink and plumbing pipes in bathrooms leak.
In my bathroom sink was leaking and the pipe at the toilet. Other than that I was happy with the stay.

Excellent stay at the hotel! 😍✨location is super amazing near to everything, hotel is very safe. The rooms were clean, the facilities great, and the service exceptional. Only had two beers in the bar but Ali in the shop and Basam in the bar were wonderfully friendly. Basam taught me some Arabic. A joy. Good people. Go see Basam and Ali.

I had so much fun. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Malak the receptionist , everything was clean and neat. The room view was breathtaking and the location of the hotel is in a good area and close to alot of good places. The food was tasty and there were various options, and Bassem from the breakfast area gave me everything i asked for.

Location is good, walkable to restaurants in the Zamalek area.
However, the hotel was very bad. First night, there was water leaking from the ceiling so we had to change rooms. The new room had hair on the bathroom floor (not clean!) so we had to change rooms again.
Checked-out once & came back because I was on a tour and the room was on the 12th floor right under the AC generator!! The sound was too loud for us to sleep so we had to change rooms again.
Breakfast is okay, they will charge you extra for espresso.
Overall, this is not a 4-star hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks. It was not bad experience, but I lost my shoes and some of my cups, which I'm sure I had in my hotel room. If you want to stay in these hotels, you must take care of your belongings

I had so much fun and I enjoyed it the view was awesome and amazing service. The breakfast was great and to be honest I was so happy with the service, amazing team. and my kids loved her, so we will be back again.
