the room was clean , the jacuzzi was just dusty. The staffs were nice & very accommodating its just that i asked the iron for countless time but it never came 😹
the price is a little bit high since we choose a room with jacuzzi , the view is not what I have expected if you peep out from the window there's like a construction site & the other roof top from other hotel so when the curtain is widely open they can see everything in our room.
for the breakfast the cucumber & carrots seems frozen & egg was so bland & the bread was just ok.
however since they know it was my birthday they were kind enough to have our room decorated. So sweet 💕🩷

Rooms are huge, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of towels and nice hot water. There is a smart TV but no one seems to know how to work them. Solid 3 star hotel. Best part is the view from the rooftop. Breakfast is complimentary and filling, although not spectacular. With the Ful being an exception. Their Ful and flat bread is quite tasty but it never changes which is not ideal after a day or two. If you score a good deal this place is satisfactory.

Rooms are large and clean - close to pyramids for a wonderful rooftop view. If you walk around unescorted, many people trying to sell you things, but they are polite. The staff was helpful and proffessional. Mohammad & Jassmin were wonderful!

The outside looks are deceiving. Please go inside it is very nice and budget friendly. Friendly staff very helpful and kind. Met all expectations.

This is a good hotel in a great location, just 5 minutes walk to the Great Sphinx and Pyramids. Rooms are clean with fridge, kettle and good shower. A typical Egyptian breakfast was provided which was good. Rooftop area is excellent with stunning views of the pyramids, particularly at sunset. We paid extra for a pyramid view room which wasn't worth it as it was on a very noisy road. The area is busy and noisy all night. Felt safe walking around here and would recommend the hotel for a short visit.

Very large and clean rooms. Cold AC. With kettle, hair dryer, towels, free shampoo and body wash. Water smells slightly of chlorine. Equipped with an elevator!
Free breakfast is adequate but starts at 8AM. They can pack your meals for you if you want an earlier start.

Rooms were reasonably big. Plenty of towels and soap/ shampoo. Breakfast was quite good, with a good amount of food. Staff were pleasant. We left our bags overnight as we went to Luxor. They prepared breakfast box and on the past day , we checked out at 2.30. The location is good, get to see the pyramids from the rooftop

Good place if you would like to see pyramids and stay in giza. Lobby personals are helpful. But breakfast is not very good.
