The Boutique Hotel Hurghada Marina

I wanna say some truth. To be honest, I like the location which is convenient and near the sea, breakfast is good and they offer free showering after check out. However, our room's toilet is smelly, the odor came from the toilet hole or showering hole, We can't even brush teeth in toilet, very disgusting, toilet wall and floor is also dirty. Although they offer free fruit but the fruit is a bit rot or raw that you can't chewing. We can hear the noise at night even around 1 am. The worst thing is that we booked a delux double room cost 176 dollars for 2 nights but we got a small room without balcony, very disappointed, because the room pic u posted on Booking is with balcony which misleading me, I think other customers feel the same, you only mentioned the room arrangement would according to the the reception AFTER finishing the room booking. That is unacceptable. And reception said they will send free fruit to us again for apologies but they forgot to send, make me more angry, they are not sincere to be apologized I guess. Hope you can do better and post the right pics and explain more details on Booking to avoid any confusion!

Won’t come back. The staff is nice but the rooms are dated and dirty, the cleaning is doubtful with smelly bathroom with black mould, food traces and finger prints everywhere on furnitures, hair on the floor and bed. We had to ask for a new cleaning of the room and we realised why the cleaning is so bad, they just don’t have the tools, no vacuum cleaners, only old brooms and brushes with home-made products. They spray perfume and chemicals everywhere to cover the odours.
We also had to ask them to fix the AC which didn’t work properly (the filter was really dirty). After waiting 3hours after checkin for the room to be finally just acceptable, nobody came from management back to apologise, no compensation was offered, not even a bottle of water (which we had to pay for it at dinner even though we had a half-board formula). Dinner was also just ok, we left most of it as it arrived 1h after the order and we weren’t hungry anymore at 22h.
The hotel is right next to clubs so very loud at night.
The breakfast is also on the lower end of average: heated food, canned fruit juice and a fruit salad that’s actually just an apple and melon in the canned fruit juice.
We paid 100€ for 1 night with half board which is outrageous given the service they offer.

The room and the location are basically good. The staff is nice too. The only problem is that one of the staff said the blue beach spa downstairs is not good and recommended me a massage place outside, he said it USD 30 for 50 minutes and then charged me 30 Euros, the massage shop is very remote with no air conditioning, the male massager sweated a lot and his sweat continuously dropped on my back, which is very disgusting, so I left after 15 minutes, when I passed the reception, I glanced at the menu and found that the price for my massage is juts 700 Egyptian pounds. So I went back to the hotel and tried to get even a partial refund but he just ignored. I have to say it was a very terrible experience, unreasonable and deceptive price, poor environment and inexperienced massager. If you want to do the massage, never book from the reception!!!

Friendly reception. The junior suite with sea view is unfortunately very outdated. I only entered the bathroom with flip-flops. Orange coloured water came out of the tap when we arrived. I couldn't wash my long hair as there wasn't enough water pressure. On the couch we found several stains.
We were able to order breakfast à la carte on the roof terrace, which was very cosy.
The central location is great. However, I couldn't sleep even with earplugs as it was very loud all night in the surrounding restaurants.

Don’t stay at this hotel. They have a club in front of the building and the noise is huge. I couldn’t sleep the first night so we changed the room. We went to a inferior room and the hotel didn’t give me the money back (the difference between the original room and the second room). The waiter in the restaurant serves you the breakfast that he want (not what your order). The only good thing of this hotel is the waiter of the restaurant behind the hotel (Olies). Mr. Manager of the hotel, I don’t need a plate of fruit, I need my money back.
