The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

Because I went there in winter, there were only foreigners sunbathing by the pool. It was also beautiful at night

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

Staff is very kind, polite, friendship and try to make your vacation comfortable all the time. Our room was big, quiet and cosy, but sometimes there was unpleasant smell in bathroom (toilet) (not because of us :))

Thrill seeking water rides, splash parks, foam parties, stacks of pools and sundowners, fitness activities, gym and sauna plus feast of food choices and drinks on tap

The Good - The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids

- The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience

For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM

During our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings

Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured

They have 2 main restaurants (1 near to reception and the other one on the beach), and 3 restaurants a la carte (Arabian, Italian and French) and 1 Mexican and 1 Sea food (for those 2 you should pay)

The entientertainment team is really good, they have activities starting with 10 in the morning until 10 in the night

The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food which is very poor for the size of the hotel plus the number of restaurants it has. Very poor choices and low quality food

Chicken was served raw and undercooked had to complain which they brought us out a new fully cooked chicken but left the raw meat for others to have

Very limited choices of food and many days we struggled to get anything suitable. The hotel really is a 3 star if that when it comes to food

The location and the hotel are amazing. Facilities are good and staff are very attentive

What really made the stay special, though, were the sunny, warm days that let us enjoy the outdoor pool, sip drinks on the terrace, and take short walks to nearby attractions

I recently had the chance to stay at a beautiful hotel during a stretch of perfect sunny days, and the combination made for a truly relaxing getaway

The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of local and international options at every meal. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the beach area was perfect for swimming or just soaking up the sun

I would especially like to note the work of Guest Relations girl Dasha - she solves all the problems of Russian-speaking tourists. There is no question in which she will not help

The hotel is spotless and the staff work very hard in blistering heat to maintain this. There are a vast amount of beds around the various pools and we found no issues in getting beds, even late in the morning

This in my opinion was amazing because we knew the layout due to this information. The hotel complex is very large boasting a number of pools and also a lovely pool bar

Lunch- Now you can either go to the snack bar located on the beach end of the resort where you can have chips, pizza, burgers and fresh fruit. We found the food here very good

Hot food is also available and you can have your fried eggs freshly made and also omelettes made fresh to your liking. There are two hot plates where you can get these

Breakfast- So as you would expect the food is catered along the lines of most hotels around Europe boasting a large amount of fresh fruit, cheese and cold meats

We always went to Gedo as he is so welcoming and always has a smile and joke with you while he makes your order for you. We love you Gedo, please never change

However, upon our arrival, we were informed at the reception that our reservation would be canceled because the hotel allegedly has an agreement with an Egyptian agency to only accept UK residents for bookings made via Trip

I went to Sharm the next day and chose a hotel close to the airport. The sea is definitely not comparable to Sharm, but the recreational facilities and food are very rich

There's a pool from the sea but it's just not as good as the sea itself. The animation show was good but wasn't great. They need more creativity and more engaging activities but overall we had a a great time !!

We had our vacation in the beginning of September. Hotel area is really huge and beautiful. You can find pools for small kid's and more quite places for adults. Kids club also have a small pool where to have fun

Like a mum I had really good vacation, cuz so much things for kids and good family atmosphere. The animation team and stuff are so friendly with the kids, they even help you to watch them 😅

The environment is very good. There are more European customers, so there are relatively fewer choices in the buffet that are suitable for Asian tastes.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, but I don’t like the cement decoration style of the room, and there is a strong smell of cement!

They offer some games like table tennis, cards etc, small gym available (in the outside, too warm for us to train, but some people didn’t mind). They have different daily activities to keep you entertained if you want to

The price-performance ratio is OK, but it is best to book in advance. The price was already 1,000 one day in advance. It would be better to add some more and stay in the main line with higher specifications
