The hotel is very beautiful and the service is amazing. The staff is very helpful and the security personal gives a feeling of a safe place. We had a lot of fun at the different swimming pools at this hotel

Great place, with very nice gardens and seashore, with a protected lagoon as alternative to being on the shore. It features several outdoor bars (terraces) and restaurants, an outdoor gym, 3 swimming pools, a kids' area

The whole holiday was memorable after eighteen holidays in Egypt over fourteen years this has gone top of the list. Looking forward to our next visit to a super friendly resort. Thanks for all the attention from everyone

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times felt very good. Food was great and staff very friendly. I would definitely consider coming again. The only inconvenient was that we have stayed just 1 week

Nobody asked once for tip in the resort, even if you want to tip, it is very hard to find a way to do so. There are tip boxes behind the bars, but very hard to notice

After 10 years we went back to Egypt, our experience was way different in a positive way. The people were very nice, smiled always with amazing service

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Jungle Aquapark in Hurghada. The hotel is brilliant for families (or anyone who likes to have fun)

Family bungalow was spotless and Sayed our cleaner was great , leaving amazing family shapes with towels daily which the kids loved. He worked round our wee ones sleep pattern which was very thoughtful

În the sunny Hurghada, Egypt, the resort is at about 7 km far the Airport. It has 3 hotels, swimming pools, Aqua park, fine restaurants, bars near and outside the reception area, private shops, security at the gates

All the hotels have exit to the sea, comfortable chairs and towels for the guests

The place looks really nice from the outside and it's huge. Has easy beach access, rooms are okayish not very great, swimming pool water is heated and well maintained

Bring your mask and shoes for swimming because the lagoon emotions are not the same. When there were no available beds, taken from the main beach. Drinks you can take in the beach cafes or ask to bring

The cleaning of the room itself was without problems (for some reason the bathroom was not given attention). There was not a full capacity of sunbeds on the beach, even though there were already many people in the hotel

10/10 for some of the staff there , they work very hard and will always try to make you smile Now, I’d say there’s just a few adjustments that would really make this place amazing, first off when we arrived the entrance and security was great and really made you feel safe, the staff helping with our suitcases were welcoming and made you feel special, however as soon as we approached the reception...

I did request some time prior back and forth through email for any adjustments to the room to be made and if anything could be done to make our first visit to Egypt special as we were celebrating our anniversary but nothing was noted or added to my knowledge which was unfortunate compared to other resorts we have visited in the past

The hotel is amazing, the stuff are super friendly. Starting from the reception; Mr Mahmoud, the reception manager- or at least I wish he the manager- is an exceptional guy

We really enjoyed our stay again. The room was nice and spacious with a great view. Of the restaurants I would like to highlight the oriental (Tagine) and the Asian, both are very good

Firstly I’d like to address the positives, the resort is beautiful and definitely 5* , it’s kept very clean and scheduled on time for cleaning/food/serving etc and the facilities are amazing! , the staff at the palm pool are incredible and always looking to assist and help, the waiting staff and managers for citadel restaurant and food court are brilliant and always kept myself and my husband smiling

A special mention goes to the girl at the Pasta Station in the hotel's kitchen—she was exceptional, preparing everything with care. What we didn’t like was the situation with the sunbeds

The first-row sunbeds were often just reserved as a precaution and left unused, which felt unfair to newly arrived guests like us

We had a spacious family room - amazing coral reef experience and it’s very accessible - staff is friendly and helpful everywhere Down sides: - no snorkelling gear available to rent! You need to buy your own and it’s quite expensive in their diving center - no kids activities, colouring, pool games or entertainment what’s so ever during our stay

Things that we didn't like: Sunbeds: We almost decide to move to another hotel, when we realized this issue first day

A special mention goes to Zizo from the entertainment team—his management of the daily and nightly animation programs was outstanding. He brought so much energy and creativity, making every moment enjoyable

Both the guys and the girls, were incredible! They were so approachable, great to chat with, and made every activity genuinely enjoyable. Their energy and friendliness added so much fun to our stay

Respect from all employees - reception, restaurant, pool bar, pool lifeguards and pontoon. Pontoon where you could snorkel in deep water and portion for smaller water with clean sand. The resort is very well landscaped

If you missed the towel card or the room card, you will pay to get another one😡, in addition, it is only 1 room key card for all the family, not 2 keys as the other hotels. 🍸 🍹 were very bad quality except fizz 🍸 🍸

Concerning the beverages with lunch and dinner time. There was some fresh juice that was not free, even if you were on the all-inclusive package. It was fine, but I don't like it. I won't repeat this experience again 👎

If you re a guest, act like a guest, also in your own country I would say. And respect the hotel rules and other hotel guests. The hotel, the food and drinks and service are all according to the price

It was fine, but there were some issues that my family and I didn't like. WiFi at rooms isn't free, only in the reception

But I would go to a different resort next time

The beach was well maintained, cleaned every day 3 times, sunbeds and beachtowels were OK too

It's a hotel for family with kids, the beach is with sand and the water is clear and no stones. The rooms are clean, but with modest furniture, the service will come daily to clean the room and bring the bottle of water

The entire resort is big and a mature garden with 🌴, is lovely to walk around

They have 2 main restaurants (1 near to reception and the other one on the beach), and 3 restaurants a la carte (Arabian, Italian and French) and 1 Mexican and 1 Sea food (for those 2 you should pay)

The entientertainment team is really good, they have activities starting with 10 in the morning until 10 in the night

The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food which is very poor for the size of the hotel plus the number of restaurants it has. Very poor choices and low quality food

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again

My experience with Jasmine Palace Resort & Spa was really good and I still recommend going there because food was great and large selection so everyone should find something for themselves, just remember is Africa not Europe so you won’t find the same food but their is worth to try because is delicious

They made it super special, bringing me out a cake and everyone sung happy birthday to me! Pools and beach are lovely! All staff, bar staff and animation team are incredible and work super hard! A big shout out to Paris for making our time so special! ❤️

Rooms were cleaned everyday but here comes first thing which put a little bad light on my experience with resort because on days when we didn’t leave tip, cleaner forgot leave us big towels, maybe it was coincidence but I find it weird

I have come to jasmine palace for 1 week with my friend. The rooms are 10/10 we love our room so much! It is cleaned daily and leave us towel decorations. Bed is made everyday and we have fresh towels each day also

We come away for 1 week as a couple and we have had a lovely time hotel rooms were lovely staff and entertainment team are amazing nothing was to much they go above and beyond. Pool very clean and beach is nice

We love the bungalows and hope to stay in 511 and 512 when we return. The animation team and pool staff are always friendly and helpful making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable

Vacation in Pharoah azur was really exciting, the hotel is beautiful, staff are so welcoming and supportive starting from the Bell captain to the management. All of them are so friendly and nice to guests

Food is good, with different menu options every day that satisfy all tastes. Rooms are good, clean, and well maintained. The beach is rocky, but there is a pier to deeper water equipped with sofas for customers

Enjoyed our vacation at Pharaoh Azur as it fun, friendly and fantastic. The environment was clean, staff very friendly and welcoming and the facilities such as the pool and beach excellent

The rooms aren’t very luxurious but still nice. And you have to pay for wifi in the rooms :/ Apart from that it’s nice! Also one big pool only but the beach area is amazing

The sunrises (and especially the sunsets) are breathtaking at the beach of the hotel! I stayed there for three nights with a friend, and I enjoyed every second of it! Every single member of staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming to us

The Al Mar restaurant at the pool is also good, however i think food portions are way to big, they could be smaller to reduce food waste

Kempinski Soma Bay is truly one of the best hotels worldwide. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is excellent, and the beach is stunning

The SPA is amazing, it has its own adult pool and jacuzi if you like to have relaxing time. Soma Bay marina is very close by if you need anything from the pharmacy or supermarket. Thank you will definitely come again

Our room on the first day did not have the sea view we paid for, so had to move on the second day. Very pleasant & helpful staff. Had to pay for sunbeds , spa facilities and the only cozy bar warm open at night

Everything was really good. Big thanks to the worker Hady he was very nice with us from the first day. He helped us with all bags. This worker was one of the nicest from all the hotel we are really thankful for him!

We had our vacation in the beginning of September. Hotel area is really huge and beautiful. You can find pools for small kid's and more quite places for adults. Kids club also have a small pool where to have fun

The room was immaculate and cleaned and remade daily by Atallah, who couldn't do enough to help us. We tipped small amounts every day and came back to different towel sculptures and a restocked fridge without fail

The bar and pool staff are also very attentive, along with the waiting staff and chefs who provide an enormous variety of amazing food for breakfast, lunch, tea and "midnight snacks"

We are vegetarian and there were a number of options available at the buffet along with the hotel restaurants (Shaher's pasta bar became a firm favourite - pasta made with whatever ingredients you like and cooked in front of you)

But the surprise - a free extension of the check-out time, in connection with the second visit :-) was very pleasing!!! Thanks to everyone who works at the hotel for our vacation! You really create all the conditions for us!!! Everyone is always attentive, everything is always in place and nearby at the right moment!! Huge gratitude!! And I will definitely be with you again!!

We have just spent a week at the KaiSol Romance Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh and our feedback could not be more positive

The hotel itself is beautiful and despite being at full capacity, did not seem overly busy - we didn't have any difficulty getting sunbeds on the beach or seats at mealtimes

I would not go anywhere else! I have been a returning guest for more than 10 years: it is the well thought-through hotel, the friendly caring staff, the restaurant with changing buffet every day, the direct access to the phenomenal jetty where you can jump right into the house reef with beautiful corals and marine life and the dive base attached to it

The place is cool.. clean.. well decorated.. The restaurant is very good, excellent chef.. the seating place itself is great.. The staff is friendly.. Rooms are good.. The bar and the disco upstairs are cool..

The good thing about water here is that they give you a bottle (thermos like) that you can refill as you need free of charge and the water is “bottled quality” therefore not risk of contamination
