The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

Because I went there in winter, there were only foreigners sunbathing by the pool. It was also beautiful at night

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

Before booking, I saw some reviews about the hotel's discriminatory treatment and was quite worried, but after checking in, I felt that it was beyond my expectations. At first, the air conditioner in the room was broken

Maybe because of the season, there are not many people in the hotel recently, which makes the whole environment more peaceful and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights, and each night had a different experience

Staff is very kind, polite, friendship and try to make your vacation comfortable all the time. Our room was big, quiet and cosy, but sometimes there was unpleasant smell in bathroom (toilet) (not because of us :))

The staff around kitchen area were lovely and friendly. Life guards were very good with the children.

I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult

What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative

While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning

- More consistent opening of adult rides so guests can maximize their enjoyment of the waterpark. - Breakfast options should be expanded beyond omelets to reduce queue times and provide more variety

They also measured my blood pressure,blood sugar and I got a back massge. They repeted this on the last day of my stay. Kareem was so generous and kind,he also gave me free medications for the trip

Food can be a bit monotonous but with a la cart restaurants as option, I think food should not be a big deal overall. Many thanks to all of the staff, they were very helpful

Kareem asked me everything about my problems,as well as my existing illnesses. He immediately gave me medication in an infusion,it worked very quickly,the pain disappeard

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at the Italian restaurant managed by Mr. M. Hamdy. He is great men! I recommend this restaurant to every hotel guest

Beach is great, you can spend days just snorkelling in the bay! Only downside - like most places in Egypt - is the constant sales pestering, but they are polite when you turn them away

Each day there was a different type of rice which was so well prepared. And there was also a variety of cooked vegetables so I could eat well even as a vegan

This hotel was an oasis of calm. Perfect for relaxation and the snorkelling was out of this world!

The hotel is spotless and the staff work very hard in blistering heat to maintain this. There are a vast amount of beds around the various pools and we found no issues in getting beds, even late in the morning

This in my opinion was amazing because we knew the layout due to this information. The hotel complex is very large boasting a number of pools and also a lovely pool bar

Lunch- Now you can either go to the snack bar located on the beach end of the resort where you can have chips, pizza, burgers and fresh fruit. We found the food here very good

Hot food is also available and you can have your fried eggs freshly made and also omelettes made fresh to your liking. There are two hot plates where you can get these

Breakfast- So as you would expect the food is catered along the lines of most hotels around Europe boasting a large amount of fresh fruit, cheese and cold meats

We always went to Gedo as he is so welcoming and always has a smile and joke with you while he makes your order for you. We love you Gedo, please never change

The only downside, which is just my preference, is that the beach is very big and most of the day the water is very far away, however there is a place where the water is deeper and we went snorkeling there a ton, we had an absolute blast! Otherwise the beach was very clean and nicely decorated

Very good pool area with aqua park. Great food, different cuisine every day. Awesome animation team and activities, especially the foam party was great for both kids and adults, even seniors played along

Hotel and service is perfect the problem is the sea very shallow beside the snorkeling area end of the bridge, so you need to walk a lot every day if you wanna swim or do snorkeling the hotel is very generous

MinaMark hotel is the best hotel in Hurghada. The food was delicious and there was nothing missing, the rooms were clean and cozy, the people working there were nice and helpful

The only minor downside was that our room felt a bit outdated – a renovation would definitely bring it up to the level of the rest of the hotel

And I can confidently say that Kempinski Soma Bay is number N 1 on our list of favorite hotels to which we want to return! High level of service, excellent food, live music in the evenings

We had our vacation in the beginning of September. Hotel area is really huge and beautiful. You can find pools for small kid's and more quite places for adults. Kids club also have a small pool where to have fun
