The hotel is very beautiful and the service is amazing. The staff is very helpful and the security personal gives a feeling of a safe place. We had a lot of fun at the different swimming pools at this hotel

Great place, with very nice gardens and seashore, with a protected lagoon as alternative to being on the shore. It features several outdoor bars (terraces) and restaurants, an outdoor gym, 3 swimming pools, a kids' area

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times felt very good. Food was great and staff very friendly. I would definitely consider coming again. The only inconvenient was that we have stayed just 1 week

Nobody asked once for tip in the resort, even if you want to tip, it is very hard to find a way to do so. There are tip boxes behind the bars, but very hard to notice

Food and service at the restaurants was high level. Aqua attractions are very funny and I enjoyed them so much. Heated pools is very good oportunity to swim in any seasons.

We spent 11 days with 1 child the pools for kids are great the food is good. Plus the service for drinks and cleaning room is very good. Only problem is with the reception staff are not so welcome

The only downside, which is just my preference, is that the beach is very big and most of the day the water is very far away, however there is a place where the water is deeper and we went snorkeling there a ton, we had an absolute blast! Otherwise the beach was very clean and nicely decorated

They have 2 main restaurants (1 near to reception and the other one on the beach), and 3 restaurants a la carte (Arabian, Italian and French) and 1 Mexican and 1 Sea food (for those 2 you should pay)

The entientertainment team is really good, they have activities starting with 10 in the morning until 10 in the night

The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food which is very poor for the size of the hotel plus the number of restaurants it has. Very poor choices and low quality food

Chicken was served raw and undercooked had to complain which they brought us out a new fully cooked chicken but left the raw meat for others to have

We spoke to Mido who booked us at the hotel spa for a couples' treatment - this cost extra but was a very good deal for a great session with massages for which you'd pay at least double for the same session in the UK

The beach is amazing, the rooms are clean and the food was more than okay, but the elevator wasn't working must of the time we spent 3 days there and seems like it worked only for one day, The animation team was nice however don't trust them when it comes to the night club trip they said the first drink is included but it is not

The place looks really nice from the outside and it's huge. Has easy beach access, rooms are okayish not very great, swimming pool water is heated and well maintained

Family bungalow was spotless and Sayed our cleaner was great , leaving amazing family shapes with towels daily which the kids loved. He worked round our wee ones sleep pattern which was very thoughtful

Also know each bar tender makes cocktails with whichever dirks they fell like at that time. - they close pools at 17h30 (5:30pm) and push everybody out

If I want to buy things, I want to be comfortable enough to look through the store without having sweat coming down my face. Other than that, it was a beautiful experience I would come again and recommended the hotel
