Where to stay in Hurghada

We stayed from July 17 to 30, 2024 in room 3327. The hotel is beautiful and for 6 year old it was heaven !! The staff at the TOP always very helpful and smiling!! I have never seen such a clean hotel. For food, there is something for everyone. Beachfront hotel with a beautiful beach. Just one word>>> THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

Amazing hotel, we were very happy with the spacious room and bathroom was nice and clean. Service was great, good variety of food to choose from, water play areas for kids were fantastic! We have been on family vacation in July 2024. This is definitely one of the best hotels for families with kids up to 10 years old. Our flight schedule has been changed from 18:00 to 00:00 at night. I asked for late check-out! initially, they told me that there were no seats, after I asked to speak to a manager, they asked me for a tip of $200, then $100. it's a shame to do something like that, considering that I had a 1.5-year-old child who needed 3 hours of sleep at lunch. You can't kick out a tourist 12 hours before the flight...

After 10 years we went back to Egypt, our experience was way different in a positive way. The people were very nice, smiled always with amazing service. Paid extra for the new upgraded room. It was beautiful. Lovely resort with beautiful swimming pools and lovely bars. We tried two of the a LA carte restaurants and they were excellent. The main restaurant is dated and needs a refurbishment. But I understand this is costly and there are renovations in two other restaurants. Amazing resort with the friendliest staff ! Everyone from the receptionists, to the waiters, to the cleaners... so friendly! The pools were amazing and the sea water a dream! Location is perfect, there are 2 beaches, one sandy and one with reefs, everything is clean. But it is not in the city, nevertheless it takes about 20 min by taxi to get there Meals are good and with a good variety. Everything is perfect! There is plenty of food, everyone will find sth for themselves. Same when it comes to drinks, you can choose whatever you want and they’ll prepare this for u. Beach is clean, there are few pools so you can stay where you like. Rooms are clean and they clean them every day. The animation team is soooo good! They are all so nice they organize a lot of activities.

Came on holiday with my friends, had the best time all the staff were so friendly and kind.. the animation/entertainment team were absolutely the best!!
