We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

The all-inclusive hotel is really family-friendly. It has its own beach, its own pier, and the Red Sea is so beautiful. The service is very efficient, especially the restaurant waiters

The animation team, the evening events, the Christmas and New Year parades, everything was great! The feeling of a holiday was all around! Already the second hotel of the Albatross chain leaves only positive emotions, the desire to return there again

This is our first time in Hurghada and we made a great decision to stay here

Although the temperature during the Spring Festival was between 15-24 degrees, the children could still play in the warm pool, which made us feel very considerate. The hotel's catering service is also impressive

The hotel is nice and clean, the room facing a swimming pool, with great AC, the only downside is the water pressure at the bathroom is a bit low

Stay Quality: Sleep quality was good, with quiet rooms ensuring restful nights. The only notable drawback was arranging city transport, which required extra effort due to limited hotel assistance in this area

Reception Service: Mohamed Metwally at reception was exceptionally nice and helpful, providing excellent service by arranging a one-hour late check-out and ensuring our double bed room had great beach access

Great clean resort with friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr.Karam for upgrading our room to pool and sea view. Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend and come back again.

Nice hotel and foods, and the vibes here!.It’s near by the Marina Hurghada. And you can see many cats everywhere in this hotel. Very cute. And the dancing show is excellent as well!

The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

Because I went there in winter, there were only foreigners sunbathing by the pool. It was also beautiful at night

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

During our stay, they didn't provide any water games in the pool, surprisingly while we were checking out, we found variety of water games added in the pool

The other hotel is now a luxury hotel for Europeans, but it has the old tatty water slide and children's pool. Pyramisa is left with half the hotel,half the staff and half the facilities

The beach is super beautiful, you can really lie on the chair for a whole day. But what I want to praise is that the hotel has white food for three meals, but there are also some Chinese food suitable for Chinese people

Thrill seeking water rides, splash parks, foam parties, stacks of pools and sundowners, fitness activities, gym and sauna plus feast of food choices and drinks on tap

The Good - The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids

- The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience

For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM

During our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings

Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured

Grounds are beautiful, you can sit at the beach and see a beautiful sunrise over the Red Sea, water park next door was such a nice perk of staying at Serenity

As fun as the water park is, I’m very pleased that we stayed at Serenity instead, as the layout and overall vibe at serenity were more relaxing

Where the beach extends, the sea water changes to different colors, and you can see jellyfish 🪼 and tropical fish 🐠 plus corals 🪸 3. All-inclusive food and wine are provided, so those who understand will understand

The hotel is large, clean and tidy, and has a swimming pool, beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel service staff was also okay, and I didn't feel any discrimination against Asians

Just got back from a fantastic four night stay. Everything about this resort was spot on - both kids and adults had a great time

Ahmed handled the situation professionally and found us connecting rooms—although not with the pool view and a bit far from the main area. Still, his support made us feel heard and taken care of

We had booked two connecting rooms with a pool view, but were first given separate rooms

Also, Ramadan from housekeeping deserves recognition. He kept our room perfectly clean every day and was always polite and respectful. Although check-in could be more organized, the staff truly made a difference

It was a great experience, a big place , with a lot of activities and evening shows, people from here were kind and ready to help whenever you need it. The food is variated and the time I spent at pools was enjoyable

Place is great, rooms are good and big enough, some rooms are close to the beach and others are close to the pool. There are many activities in this place, some cost money though

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

The hotel is small, the beach is average, the food is all white food, the restaurant we booked is a Spanish restaurant which is also average. There is a very small area for children to play, but it requires a fee

Compared to Egyptian hotels, the food was varied and delicious every day. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the airport. The room was cleaned every day, we had no problems with cleaning

While I have been disappointed by one of the worst massage of my life, my husband loved the massage and the attention he had, so I guess your experience there depends on the therapist you get

They have 2 main restaurants (1 near to reception and the other one on the beach), and 3 restaurants a la carte (Arabian, Italian and French) and 1 Mexican and 1 Sea food (for those 2 you should pay)

The entientertainment team is really good, they have activities starting with 10 in the morning until 10 in the night

The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food which is very poor for the size of the hotel plus the number of restaurants it has. Very poor choices and low quality food

Chicken was served raw and undercooked had to complain which they brought us out a new fully cooked chicken but left the raw meat for others to have
