All in all, this was my third time in Hurghada and this is by far the best hotel I've been in. People, service, facilities, I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wishes for a vacation without any worries

From start to finish the experience was absolutely amazing for me and my husband All the staff were very attentive and always asking if we needed anything. The room was lovely and clean

The food selection was great throughout the day. There was always a wide range of fish, meat and vegetarian options. The pool and beach areas were clean and had plenty of space with a good mix of sun and shade

Special mention to Mohammed who cleaned our room perfectly. The food was delicious and had such a variety. The entertainment was very good as well. Everything was perfect and couldn't fault anything

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful resort! Our room was nice and spacious with everything we needed to feel at home. The service was great and the staff was always very helpful and friendly

Staff - 10/10 Very friendly and extremely helpful Entertainment - 8/10 for children the kids club was great, although small. The evening shows were also enjoyed by the children

With soft, golden sand and plenty of loungers and shade, it provided an ideal spot to unwind. We also tried snorkeling, which was amazing; the underwater world here is vibrant and colorful

The hotel is very spacious, clean and the staff is nice and helpful. Entertainment is provided every day. The hotel is in the city center, the airport is a few km away

The best part of the experience is the staff and animation team,, they are extremely friendly, funny, helpful and they make your experience so much better

We spent our days lounging by the pool, sipping on refreshing cocktails, and soaking up the sun. The resort's water sports activities were also a highlight, offering opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and kayaking

I loved the foam party at the beach ⛱️ 😍 Pool: what I liked about the pool, that it was connected, so you have some passages to go from pool to another without getting out of the water

I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows

The hotel is very beautiful and the service is amazing. The staff is very helpful and the security personal gives a feeling of a safe place. We had a lot of fun at the different swimming pools at this hotel

Great place, with very nice gardens and seashore, with a protected lagoon as alternative to being on the shore. It features several outdoor bars (terraces) and restaurants, an outdoor gym, 3 swimming pools, a kids' area

The whole holiday was memorable after eighteen holidays in Egypt over fourteen years this has gone top of the list. Looking forward to our next visit to a super friendly resort. Thanks for all the attention from everyone

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times felt very good. Food was great and staff very friendly. I would definitely consider coming again. The only inconvenient was that we have stayed just 1 week

Nobody asked once for tip in the resort, even if you want to tip, it is very hard to find a way to do so. There are tip boxes behind the bars, but very hard to notice

After 10 years we went back to Egypt, our experience was way different in a positive way. The people were very nice, smiled always with amazing service

English can't stay in this hotel They have got the water slide, main children's pool etc. Beach has been practically cut in half. Couldn't get a sunbed after 8 am. Towel station opens at 8 am 99,% of sunbeds gone by then

I pointed to end of beach, he said oh that's too far away,? Never enough sunbeds put out around the pool. If you want one, get your own off a pile?Bad service for a hotel in Egypt

One thing which is good to know for all guests: the WiFi connection is quite bad and some staff from the party group, travel companies, spa and photoshoots can disturb you while you are relaxing on the beach or near the pool

Very good quality / price. I recommend this place especially for kids who have a river inside, a lot of fun places and heated pools. Quiet place for babies too.

During our stay, they didn't provide any water games in the pool, surprisingly while we were checking out, we found variety of water games added in the pool

Staff is very kind, polite, friendship and try to make your vacation comfortable all the time. Our room was big, quiet and cosy, but sometimes there was unpleasant smell in bathroom (toilet) (not because of us :))

Parrots looked in good healthy condition and well looked (for birds in captivity) they can stretch their wings and fly side to side but I feel they would like more enrichment toys etc whilst in a cage, / bigger cage considering all of the spare room around them-it would make their life so much better

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Jungle Aquapark in Hurghada. The hotel is brilliant for families (or anyone who likes to have fun)

Family bungalow was spotless and Sayed our cleaner was great , leaving amazing family shapes with towels daily which the kids loved. He worked round our wee ones sleep pattern which was very thoughtful

I recently stayed at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh, and the experience was excellent. The hotel has a beautiful sandy beach with clear waters, lovely coral reefs, and colorful fish species

Pros: Wonderful views from hotel rooms. Lovely landscape and sense of space. Nice pool overlooking the sea. Rocky seabed and coral reeves close to shore, which means that you need to use the jetty to get into water

Sunrise-Aqua Joy is the name of this Hotel. We did all inclusive, which I think is the only option here. The food was ok, not exactly mind blowing,but could have been worse

It was disappointing that the fitness room was closed - they explained that it was not allowed because of the coronavirus - but somehow it's not logical that there are more people per square meter in the pool than in a gym in Egypt)) But in general, the staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily, the bars work normally

Large territory, many pools, excellent cuisine, of course they don't feed lobsters, but they always cook well, meat and fish dishes, in general, I won't list the food, it's delicious

The place looks really nice from the outside and it's huge. Has easy beach access, rooms are okayish not very great, swimming pool water is heated and well maintained

Bring your mask and shoes for swimming because the lagoon emotions are not the same. When there were no available beds, taken from the main beach. Drinks you can take in the beach cafes or ask to bring

The serene atmosphere allowed for complete relaxation, whether by the pool or in the beautifully landscaped gardens. The staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to make me feel valued

The staff was lovely and was anticipating our needs ! You can find anything that you need in the hotel and we appreciated a lot the table tennis table in a protected area so we could use it even if it was windy

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Mercure Hurghada hotel. The room was perfect: a good size, very clean, and with a small balcony to enjoy the view. The hotel has three pools and a private beach

We had the best experience here , it was the first time we visit Steigenberger and we really liked it so much we loved the entertainment here! They’re polite and calm and no stress or pushing to do any activity! The shows every night were inspiring! And the live music was romantic and great! Hopefully we come again next year! Fedy on the aqua bar poolside drink service gets a special mention for being ao amazing and remembering all our drinks all holiday, so accommodating and quick service - we were never without or wanting for anything
