All in all, this was my third time in Hurghada and this is by far the best hotel I've been in. People, service, facilities, I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wishes for a vacation without any worries

From start to finish the experience was absolutely amazing for me and my husband All the staff were very attentive and always asking if we needed anything. The room was lovely and clean

The food selection was great throughout the day. There was always a wide range of fish, meat and vegetarian options. The pool and beach areas were clean and had plenty of space with a good mix of sun and shade

Special mention to Mohammed who cleaned our room perfectly. The food was delicious and had such a variety. The entertainment was very good as well. Everything was perfect and couldn't fault anything

English can't stay in this hotel They have got the water slide, main children's pool etc. Beach has been practically cut in half. Couldn't get a sunbed after 8 am. Towel station opens at 8 am 99,% of sunbeds gone by then

One thing which is good to know for all guests: the WiFi connection is quite bad and some staff from the party group, travel companies, spa and photoshoots can disturb you while you are relaxing on the beach or near the pool

We had really nice conversations with Noby and found him a very sweet and social guy. They greet you and smile at you when walking by. The pools were amazing and the beach was lovely as well

Russians and Egyptian mostly use this hotel. Ali the concierge is fabulous, best and must helpful member of the team by far. Location is great right on beach and great snorkeling site

Housekeeping are available 24 hours a day and my room was always clean with fresh towels and toiletries. The waitress and waiters are so friendly, constantly keeping your eating area clean and so so happy and friendly

The pools were clean and deep enough to enjoy a good swim. My 5 yr old son got lost on the beach for about 15 min but was soon found

Being all-inclusive means you don’t have to worry about when or where to eat - there were no plenty of options to choose from. Our favorite was The Sky restaurant and Orient - very tasty meals

Family bungalow was spotless and Sayed our cleaner was great , leaving amazing family shapes with towels daily which the kids loved. He worked round our wee ones sleep pattern which was very thoughtful

The free hotel bus to the beach is also worthwhile. There is a section of the beach for this hotel so easy to get a lounger, food, drink, toilets, all still included. only 10 minutes from the hotel

Amazing hotel for anyone really just not people in wheelchairs , this is not a disabled friendly hotel , wheel ramps very small and not on properly and lifts break down easily , however apart from this amazing things to do from am to pm and entertainment will not disappoint ! People in there are so nice, rooms almost perfect, good quality of food and drinks, I’ll recommend it to everyone who want to visit Egypt, trust me you have so much to see there! Once there was a pool party (Schaumparty) and holy festival. On top you are allowed to use the water slides from the hotel "Beach" which is next to Palace. All in all, it was a very special experience for us

As a Dutch person we can drink the icecubes which is great! And there's enough sunbeds everywhere so no fighting for a spot at any point of the day

Firstly I’d like to address the positives, the resort is beautiful and definitely 5* , it’s kept very clean and scheduled on time for cleaning/food/serving etc and the facilities are amazing! , the staff at the palm pool are incredible and always looking to assist and help, the waiting staff and managers for citadel restaurant and food court are brilliant and always kept myself and my husband smiling

The water in the beach sometimes it goes way off the beach because of the reflux, if you want deep weather you need to go somewhere around 800 meters

We got a ride to the Hurghada aquarium and back (about 50 mins total) for under 400 EGP (about $8 total). Generally the experiences you can book are very overpriced. Haggle or plan something by yourself

It was alright with a rocky start. Here's all my tips in short: - Don't go to the buffet restaurant late. The earlier you are , the fresher and nicer the food. The visible Euronet ATM is a scam

- All inclusive alcohol is hit and miss. Quality isn't always the same, we've had the best cocktails at the blue elephant bar. Heres a longer description of our vacation: Check-in was at 2 pm

Whatever you do, don't accept its currency conversion and avoid checking balances (high fees). Go past the Euronet, through the shop area and you'll find a legit ATM from the bank of Egypt
