The all-inclusive hotel is really family-friendly. It has its own beach, its own pier, and the Red Sea is so beautiful. The service is very efficient, especially the restaurant waiters

We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

Honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations. There's no need to leave the hotel because there are plenty of activities available at all times. The staff at this hotel were friendly and their service was excellent

The receptionist offered me an upgrade upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The food is excellent, especially the Oriental and Indian restaurants

Finally, if you have children aged 3 and up, they'll have a great time

The reception and check-in are also sitting, which makes people happy

The hotel’s design masterfully combined modern luxury with traditional Egyptian elements, creating a unique and relaxing ambiance. Our room was spacious, meticulously clean, and offered stunning views of the Red Sea

The room was clean and hygienic. We added an extra bed for our child at no extra charge, converting the twin beds into triples. We had a great rest, but the bedding wasn't very comfortable

The food was mostly beef, chicken, and fish, with a lot of fruit and desserts, but it was standard. The drinks were mostly blended, and freshly squeezed juice was available for a fee

This is an all-inclusive hotel, with different meals every day. It also has a private beach with snorkeling right on site, which is fantastic. on the day of our arrival, and we weren't even allowed to check in at 2 p

Every morning, I enjoyed watching the sunrise from our private balcony—a perfect way to start the day. The private beach was another highlight

Service: The hotel staff was friendly and polite. Environment: The photogenic setting is excellent, and the three-color lagoon rivals the Maldives

The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

Beach is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean and food was great too, there are many different options for everyone

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

The hotel is surrounded by a small piece of sea, which is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. When I flew from Cairo to Hurghada, I could see the hotel at a glance

All meals are included, drinks are available all day, table tennis, open-air gym, beach volleyball, swimming pool, and performances at night. It is very suitable for lying flat. Pin is generally worth the price!

There is enough food in five restaurants. You always can find what you want in one of the restaurants. The beach is big, a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is enough space on the beach

The hotel is very large, the swimming pool is also very large, the landscape has the sea leading into the hotel and the swimming pool, the environment is super good, and there are many facilities to play

I don't know if it's because of this season, there are so many mosquitoes in the hotel! Especially if you have travel plans in the near future, you must bring mosquito repellent items! Of course, you can also ask housekeeping to provide mosquito repellent

The main restaurant has several restaurants, and there is also a Chinese restaurant. There are Chinese people in the restaurant. This hotel is super enthusiastic towards Chinese people~

What satisfies me most is that the hotel has direct access to the beach, which saves us extra time and energy to find the fun of the seaside

The hotel has all the facilities, whether it is a restaurant, entertainment or leisure, it is very convenient. Especially for families with children, everything here seems so considerate

Long beach resort was an average experience. Food was okay and not amazing. Very family oriented and very german/eastern european vibe. The biggest complaint was regarding the room

On the last day when we had to return home, we had an issue with the transfer company but the staff from the resort sorted everything for us, we had no worry at all, we were offered drinks instead while waiting and they spoke with the company

It’s a really good place, food was good, has a lot of options and every day changes the options. Has really good atmosphere is really family friendly. It’s a little far from the airport

They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Whether it was arranging a romantic dinner on the beach or recommending local attractions, they were always there to assist us

The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars

The beach guards did also a fantastic job looking out for everyone And the Cafeteria/Kitchen staff were all so friendly. I will definitely come again next sunmer

I loved almost eveything except singer who was performing on 15. Sorry but she was terrible, like really terrible, heard people talking on bar about her how bad she was. So bad we could not listen to her and had to leave

We stayed in room 1251 Salem, the gentleman who cleaned our room everyday did a great job and was always there for us whenever we needed anything

I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult

What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative

While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning

Instead, I was asked to pay an additional $900 USD to “upgrade” my 15-year-old niece. After lengthy discussions, including with the manager, we were pressured into paying $450 USD

While I understand that policies may vary, this is clearly an issue that should be resolved between the hotel and booking agent, rather than placing the burden on guests

It is unfortunate because the hotel itself does cater well to children, and most of the staff we encountered outside of check-in were polite and helpful

Where the beach extends, the sea water changes to different colors, and you can see jellyfish 🪼 and tropical fish 🐠 plus corals 🪸 3. All-inclusive food and wine are provided, so those who understand will understand

Friendly helpful staff, large selection of food, clean premises. When we arrived, everything was so magnificent and huge. You go to the sea by stairs, but they can take you around

The rooms are big and comfortable. they are amazing they can't do enough for you and are always more than happy to help. This holiday has been a wonderful experience for us due to the care the staff have given us

Three points that I am not satisfied with: 1. Kempinski and Hilton have no rooms at all, so I booked a second choice, the price is about 1800 per night, but the bedding is pilling, and the facilities are a bit retro! 2

The hotel is large, clean and tidy, and has a swimming pool, beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel service staff was also okay, and I didn't feel any discrimination against Asians

The “All-Inclusive” That Isn’t Quite All-Inclusive The hotel advertises six restaurants, but the all-inclusive package only grants access to three—and even that comes with strict limitations

Listed as a 5-star hotel on Google and TripAdvisor, we expected a premium experience. However, once we arrived, we quickly realized that the reality fell far short of the rating

I initially had a challenging experience due to the room setup not meeting our expectations. However, the staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and efficiently

Even the cleaning staff were so lovely, keeping us topped up with water/towels whenever asked for extras

staff are very professional, one in particular, youssef yocoub who worked in the lobby bar, he would remomber what drinks you like and have them made and delivered to your table with a smile, very easy going staff and very respectful

I’ve just come back from a week long stay here and it’s been amazing. The staff truly make the experience. Mina from the bar/service team and Max from the entertainment team were exceptional

We never wanted for anything, we were looked after continuously and were always laughing when the entertainment team came around. There is constant activities and always someone encouraging to get you involved

The staff are amazing! Especially Kanka, nice to see a friendly face everyday! He is very funny and very kind! He made our holiday very enjoyable, along with all the other staff! We will visit again definitely, food and entertainment also very good! Great weather also this time of year

We have visited this hotel a few times, we ended up checking out a couple of days early as we both had sickness and upset stomach the whole time we was there just as we thought it was getting better every time we would eat something we were running for the toilet to be sick or need the toilet, the food is the same everyday, the eggs are raw was at breakfast, sun beds on the beach was a big issue not...

Cons: Kids' animation activities need enhancements Beach towels and loungers need to be replaced with new ones

I would recommend coming to this hotel! We have had a fantastic week here! Everyone has made us feel welcome ! The food has been fabulous, the entertainment team has been great including playing darts and everyone has been so nice and welcoming! We’ve had a great time relaxing and would recommend it to anyone who wants a week chill and get away!

Beach over the path which doesn’t get too busy either. Snorkelling easy even in shallow water. They are so friendly and welcoming and provide a 5 star service

Mahmoud in the pool bar was brilliant as were all the staff in the infinity restaurant- so attentive. We booked some trips with Ali Hi-Hi. Quad biking; and private boat trip for snorkelling

Snorkelling is at your doorstep here but it is so important to be respectful of the environment & dispose of your rubbish in the pot bins provided along the beach or by the pools to protect the ocean & wildlife

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

We felt welcome the moment we arrived. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were impressed with and enjoyed all the facilities of the resort. The food was great and plentiful

Very delicious buffet!! Highly recommend the buffet instead of booking a restaurant!! There is a heated pool, and booking a restaurant is also included in the all-inclusive package

I’m currently staying at Sentido Sunrise, and it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but what truly stands out is the staff

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive

sheets were not changed until I asked. trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out. little things but it does matter. though I liked being there and sure will do it again and again

They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around

We very enjoyed our stay in Alf Leila Wa Leila. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, but could be more variety and also could be more nonalcohol drinks in the offer

The beach is clean and beautiful, and there are always enough sunbeds around the pool and on the beach. The hotel feels very safe and secure, which makes a big difference when you're travelling

Because the resort is very large, there are many activities. You can play in the water park, go snorkeling in the sea, participate in beach activities including yoga, Zumba, and volleyball

This hotel was recommended by a friend from a local hostel because the price was much cheaper than the hotels I booked in Cairo and Luxor, 1,200 RMB for 3 people a day, including three meals and a water park, but Ctrip had a lot of bad reviews, and in the end, because I couldn't refund, I had to stay with the mentality of opening a blind box

This is a local Egyptian group, with a large number of different names but all from the same group. This hotel palace is connected to the water park next door, and the beach, restaurant, and water park can all be shared

The restaurant is especially suitable for the elderly and children, very friendly, with all kinds of food, upstairs and downstairs can be eaten, children can run and play after eating, and can come back to get food

The solution is to treat housekeeping enthusiastically, give 50-100 Egyptian pounds a day tip, he will help you dredge the drainage, and give you relatively new sheets and towels

Food ok - but nothing special - different cuisine every day. Beach and small reef right by the hotel. However, the hotel itself is under renovation - the third part is out of use, some rooms before renovation

The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

Enjoy my stay here. Jetty is wonderful, sandy beach entrance. Funny aqua park. Meals are great varied, easy find what caters me. So many Pharaoh statues - create atmosphere.

It was nice to stay in that place and the beach is very beautiful it got a nice view and the animation team is very nice all of them are great entertainers mo and deba and mido and husien but the service is the worst and there re some bar man on the beach they call him x he is so rude and he is fighting with everyone he is dangerous person but everything else is very good

The beach is amazing, the rooms are clean and the food was more than okay, but the elevator wasn't working must of the time we spent 3 days there and seems like it worked only for one day, The animation team was nice however don't trust them when it comes to the night club trip they said the first drink is included but it is not

The animation team is full of energy and always organizes fun activities, creating such a great vibe! We'll definitely be coming back!

The drinks were flowing all day, and the bartenders were fun and professional. Pool area was clean, plenty of sunbeds, and the entertainment in the evenings added a nice touch

Hotel, Rooms, Restaurants, Bar, Swimming Pools, Beach were all excellent. This hotel is immaculately clean. Very friendly staff and food was very good

The drinks were watered down and not great at all. Honestly I booked it based on the room and that was the best thing. Even when they cleaned the room and changed the towels they left the plates and drinks in the room

Downside was that we had a room near the pool, facing the evening entertainment, the windows aren’t sound proof so you can hear the music till late night. The pools are nice as is the beach
