We stayed from July 17 to 30, 2024 in room 3327. The hotel is beautiful and for 6 year old it was heaven !! The staff at the TOP always very helpful and smiling!! Amazing hotel, we were very happy with the spacious room and bathroom was nice and clean. Service was great, good variety of food to choose from, water play areas for kids were fantastic! We have been on family vacation in July 2024. This is definitely one of the best hotels for families with kids up to 10 years old. Our flight schedule has been changed from 18:00 to 00:00 at night. I asked for late check-out! initially, they told me that there were no seats, after I asked to speak to a manager, they asked me for a tip of $200, then $100. it's a shame to do something like that, considering that I had a 1.5-year-old child who needed 3 hours of sleep at lunch. You can't kick out a tourist 12 hours before the flight...

The hotel is very beautiful and the service is amazing. The staff is very helpful and the security personal gives a feeling of a safe place. Honestly, this is one of the best trips I’ve went to! Even though the furniture seems a bit old, the activities, entertainment and food made up for it! the rooms are clean though. Everything is perfect! There is plenty of food, everyone will find sth for themselves. Same when it comes to drinks, you can choose whatever you want and they’ll prepare this for u. Good diving center, fairly good spa center, big territory for walking with nice greco-Italian landscape. In general it is the best 5* hotel in Egypt that I’ve stayed so far. Here, it can be seen that they are trying.
