Honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations. There's no need to leave the hotel because there are plenty of activities available at all times. The staff at this hotel were friendly and their service was excellent

There are few Asian tourists, but many European and American tourists. There are several water parks. Although they are not exciting, the children enjoy them very much. The waiters are also very good

The receptionist offered me an upgrade upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The food is excellent, especially the Oriental and Indian restaurants

Although the temperature during the Spring Festival was between 15-24 degrees, the children could still play in the warm pool, which made us feel very considerate. The hotel's catering service is also impressive

Best resort I have ever been in!! Great food and great service. Always friendly, polite and respectful. Super excited to come back. Surprised by how good the gym is. The marina is so clean and beautiful with nice fish.

Nice hotel and foods, and the vibes here!.It’s near by the Marina Hurghada. And you can see many cats everywhere in this hotel. Very cute. And the dancing show is excellent as well!

The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

The best thing about the resort is hotel stuff, their hospitability is just another level which you don't find in other countries

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

This is acceptable, and the sea view is indeed good, but!!! The neighboring hotel has constant noise, 24 hours a day, and you can't sleep at night. It's really annoying to spend 1400r to book such a room

Artificially Prolonged Queues Breakfast became a daily test of patience. The focus on one egg station for omelets—not even offering options like scrambled or fried eggs—created unnecessarily long lines

For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM

One of the best holidays me and my partner had, we went out of the season on 21st Jan 2024 for a week and weather was amazing considering it’s their coolest month, few days was a bit windy but comparable to standard British summer, temperature 21-24C but feels hotter then that and you can get tanned easily

The food at the restaurants was tasty and lots of choice (excellent quality buffet) and really enjoyed the Asian and Lebanese a la carte restaurants. Cocktails and drinks are good, and the pool areas & slides were great

which we had to do in the end as by breakfast, they were all already booked up (not sure how you would solve that one though, maybe an app would make it easier even if it is first come, first served?) Overall though, we had a great time and I would recommend it

Also could do with having more toilets near Gusto and Botanica. You have to go round into the lobby bar or to the toilets on the other side of the water slides, and there are queues quite often

Housekeeping made little boats from towels, which amused our kids. My feedback would be that the room we stayed in was lovely and spacious but a little tired and the beds in need of replacing

The hotel is small, the beach is average, the food is all white food, the restaurant we booked is a Spanish restaurant which is also average. There is a very small area for children to play, but it requires a fee

You can also book a restaurant in the hotel next door. The Spanish restaurant is not recommended! The service is also very good!

It's a hotel for family with kids, the beach is with sand and the water is clear and no stones. The rooms are clean, but with modest furniture, the service will come daily to clean the room and bring the bottle of water

But our worries were unnecessary, as there was always a great selection of vegetables, fruits, and steamed meats. So, the meals here can fit any diet
