The hotel is located on a remote street with few people.
The room is really bad, the floor is full of dust, and the bed is full of hair and dust. It is hard to imagine what it feels like to lie down in such a place for a night.
The hotel manager did not change his bad habits. At first, he gave me a very small room. After changing the room again, there were still a lot of hairs on the bed. He insisted that changing the sheets would be enough. The service attitude was very bad.
But the Ctrip customer service staff is not bad. I give a thumbs up to the customer service!

The room was really beyond imagination, very clean, and there was a small balcony. From the small balcony, you can see flowers, which smelled very good. The only drawback of the hotel was that the breakfast was a bit simple, but the service was quite enthusiastic. You can see that the owner is taking good care of it, because people who like flowers are very warm.

We checked-in in 2 am. There weren't any towels in the room, we needed to ask the receptionist to bring us. The room was all dusty, the shelfs and the floor. The water was very slow, either very hot or very cold. No shampoo and shower gel and broken dispenser for shower gel. The breakfast was mediocre. It's good to spend some hours after flight, but not 3 star hotel for sure.

The rooms and the hotel itself can use a bit of renovation. But I am giving 5 stars because the staff they employed here are incredible. Really kind and friendly. Big thank you to Esraa and Mohamed (reception), Mohamed (breakfast), Ashraf, Ibrahim and everyone else involved they all do a wonderful job!

The flight was late, so I found a hotel closest to the airport... The hardware is hard to describe, but if you are not picky, you can try it... The quilt is not even covered...

This hotel was perfect. We arrived late and only needed one night since we will be going on a liveabord trip this afternoon.
This hotel has a 24-hour front desk, security, breakfast included, and the most accommodating and friendly staff. There is a bar, a restaurant, a spa and a pool and Wifi.
From the reception at night by "Reception" Mohammed to the kind lady who did our check out on the morning, the great gentleman "Restaurant" Mohammed who was there for breakfast, we could not be happier.
We needed cash, and Mohammed actually walked with us to the ATM and then helped us order food well after midnight to be delivered to us.
The room had AC, a nice little balcony, and a clean bathroom with comfortable beds.
It is an older building, maybe not the most fancy, but the staff makes up for that in all ways.
There is a private beach that is for guests only and requires a pass, making it a very safe and tranquil beach.
If you need a room for a night, or maybe are on a budget, this is it.

I do not recommend it. Despite the friendly staff the facilities are terrible. The sheets worn out, the tissue was not sufficient, no drink water provided. Breakfast was just so average. With the price in Hurghada you can get better. We booked a junior suite and it looked so different from the picture

Beautiful Hotel with a nice terrace and view of the see. Best private Beach for swimming in Hurgada.
