If I could give minus stars, I would.
This was honestly the worst the worst place I’ve ever stayed — and I paid more than I usually do, expecting a decent experience.Everything was dusty and grotty. I had to ask for everything, towels, toilet paper and soap. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and when I reported that the TV was broken, I was told to go down to the lobby to watch tv — as if I’m going to want to sit down there with them
Breakfast was awful: the bread rolls were as hard as rocks. The pillows were uncomfortable, the air conditioning was noisy, and the list goes on . Overall, a complete disappointment and definitely not worth the money.

There are too many things to complain about so I will keep it brief:
1. No towels - had to use bed sheets to dry
2. Shower did not drain at all
3. Completely different room than the one advertised
4. Breakfast tasted like it was kept in the desert for 3 years

No toilet paper, no tissue in the room.. had to ask the reception. no mini bar in the room even no water😂 The price per night is not that low to make the room so empty.. many other 3 star hotel options same price even less but they make sure there is water, tissue, toilet paper in the room.

The hotel manager did not change his bad habits. At first, he gave me a very small room. After changing the room again, there were still a lot of hairs on the bed. He insisted that changing the sheets would be enough. The service attitude was very bad.
But the Ctrip customer service staff is not bad. I give a thumbs up to the customer service!

Spent 3 nights here. Great value for money. Right next to beach a short cab ride to the town centre. The staff went above and beyond they are truly amazing. Shoutout to Mr Mohamed Gaber, Ms Esraa from reception and breakfast Chef. Other guests were very nice too , mainly consisted of families. Reception was very helpful and provided me with information and anything else I needed. I was able to book tours and transportation to Orange bay and snorkeling, which reception organised for myself. If you looking for nice, quiet and true value for money, look no further. Thank you Elaria.

The room was really beyond imagination, very clean, and there was a small balcony. From the small balcony, you can see flowers, which smelled very good. The only drawback of the hotel was that the breakfast was a bit simple, but the service was quite enthusiastic. You can see that the owner is taking good care of it, because people who like flowers are very warm.

We checked-in in 2 am. There weren't any towels in the room, we needed to ask the receptionist to bring us. The room was all dusty, the shelfs and the floor. The water was very slow, either very hot or very cold. No shampoo and shower gel and broken dispenser for shower gel. The breakfast was mediocre. It's good to spend some hours after flight, but not 3 star hotel for sure.

The rooms and the hotel itself can use a bit of renovation. But I am giving 5 stars because the staff they employed here are incredible. Really kind and friendly. Big thank you to Esraa and Mohamed (reception), Mohamed (breakfast), Ashraf, Ibrahim and everyone else involved they all do a wonderful job!
