I do not recommend it. Despite the friendly staff the facilities are terrible. The sheets worn out, the tissue was not sufficient, no drink water provided. Breakfast was just so average. With the price in Hurghada you can get better. We booked a junior suite and it looked so different from the picture

The hotel location is very good, close to Sheraton road by walk and to Marina it's 9 mins by car, staff is nice and helpful but room is pathetic, it's big on top with sea view but from balcony you can see another resort hotel construction too. Tea was expensive if we order separately. Breakfast was so good, overall hotel is so dirty, no room cleaning service.

This is a , You get what you pay for, kind of place. The hotel was cheap do I wasn't expecting the best. If you wanna find a place where just sleep is needed, then this is it. Yes the place could do with a revamp but the price I paid, I would stay again.

You can not run a hotel with rooms under 20 euro including breakfast. Without modern slavery. I was back. They renovate(could make it a small jewel with trained staff). They do their best to improve. The aircon is still not clean. Perceptions differ. HACKING OF MOBILE visible (4.9.23) Staff was very helpful in changing the room. Good value for money. The description and pictures in the internet(tourism offices) differ from reality. People have two faces. Tourists are....welcome? (hat to clean the Aircon, shower is a mess compared to EU Standart/negligent taken care of- the architecture was! fine- it's decay) breakfast is ok, WiFi works/changing speed and you're in their vision). After you leave they know everything.

I liked this hotel, the staff was really friendly there and they didn't ask me to pay tipps for everything. Especially I liked their cheaf who was very friendly and cooked vegetarian dinners and lunches for us. The room was also good and clean, and hot water was provided (we stayed in February). The hotel has its own beach and we didn't have to pay extra to enter there.

- The cleanliness in room. It should have had a more thorough clean in between guests stays or just an overall deep clean on everything in general Ground in dirt was visible on light switches, (had to use sanitising wipes to proper clean them) hand prints on balcony door, mouldy soap in the soap dispenser and dried brown blob on sink top (was not even wiped away throughout stay) , unclean drawers (left our clothes in our luggage, dirty fridge. lots of flies around. Bins in hallway don't get emptied often. We had to report a rotting smell on our floor before it was removed. Thought housekeeping would have noticed it s as it was like that for several days and was getting worse. The cleanliness of our room i mentioned earlier. but added some more pics. Looks like all they do is spray the floor to remove dirty shoe prints

Decent place, you get what you pay for. Staff is somewhat nice. The rooms are worn out and bit dirty but not horrible. I ordered an ocean view room but could only see the ocean if I stood on a chair and squinted. No hot water in my room either. Breakfast the hotel provided was absolutely horrible.
