Beach: private sandy beach, sandy entrance to the sea, first coast line. Recommended special shoes. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 50 m.

we stayed three nights there with my family,it were very good , Hotel small but was very beautiful and clean, room was clean and nice and all staff beginning from reception and service were very good and they were helpful with us, food was very tasty every day, different and Varied food.,💐💐💐💐❤️♥️♥️♥️.

The worst thing to do is to spend any time or go there, the pools are very dirty, no fresh water in the shower, no towels, the beach is very bad a lot of rocks and very narrow.

Zero hygiene, showers by the beach broken with no water, toilets disgusting and smelly, live electric cables uncovered all around, no ice cubes in the bar or the restaurant, no glass cups, no WiFi.
Furniture in the rooms outdated, no first aid boxes or plaster in place. No hospitality at all, hardly speaking or understanding English, one of the staff chased us with the scissors to cut our bands when we checked out as if we were thieves, he even injured my daughter’s hand with the scissors and when I requested plaster he said “go and buy it from the pharmacy next door!”
Overall the experience was unpleasant, basically pay more and stay somewhere else. Never again!

The reception girl who's answering me on the hotel phone as a reception employee she is unpolite.. From the beginning of the call she start spoke with someone else without say anything to me and left me on the phone and I started said to her it's not nice that you leave the client on the phone she start shoot and she said don't bother me I will close the line and she end the call.

Before visiting the hotel we read the bad reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad but alas. Where do I start?
The rooms are old and in urgent need of refreshing. The bathroom, no matter what you do, smells very bad. The water there smells too. When you turn on the air conditioner, you smell a toilet...
We were just shocked about the restaurant. If you have paid for All Inclusive you are sorely mistaken. Every god day, the same food, absolutely no choice (the buffet was not working). 7 days just the same literally. Otherwise the food was not bad, it was good. And for drinking, they offer one or two types of drinks, which are chemicals.
There is almost no internet, if you are lucky you can catch it at the reception.
Over all, the staff is friendly and courteous. Sheets are changed daily.
The hotel beach is shallow, clean and very nice. The garden + pool are also nice.

Poor hotel,dirty rooms,poor service don't go it's horrible,the hotel is falling apart,the food is inedible,hotel is in a very poor state of repair,the room cleaners don't clean unless you tip them.

I only came here for the day to use the beach area. They charge 150 egp. The general beach area is ok. But as soon as you've paid, you're not made to feel welcome at all. No one speaks English and no one helps you to get a mattress for the wooden sun loungers. I was told by employees for ME to find the beach boy to do this. Surely they should be the one to call the beach boy and assist?!
Better to pay a third of the price (50 egp) and go to Geisum beach, which is literally a few metres away.

I read bad reviews about this place n thought they might be exaggerated but when we got their it was all true! I could write several paragraphs about how bad it is but just read all the others. I have to say the pool guy did his job well n the man at the beach. At the beach we had pad for the lounger n a clean towel everyday, that was the cleanest thing going for this place. If you pay for all inclusive it's a joke, we've paid for less at other places n got better service, food, drinks but above all this hotel does not have a standard for cleanliness....filthy!!!
