All in all, this was my third time in Hurghada and this is by far the best hotel I've been in. People, service, facilities, I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wishes for a vacation without any worries

From start to finish the experience was absolutely amazing for me and my husband All the staff were very attentive and always asking if we needed anything. The room was lovely and clean

Special mention to Mohammed who cleaned our room perfectly. The food was delicious and had such a variety. The entertainment was very good as well. Everything was perfect and couldn't fault anything

The food selection was great throughout the day. There was always a wide range of fish, meat and vegetarian options. The pool and beach areas were clean and had plenty of space with a good mix of sun and shade

We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to our next stay!

The pool staff started scrubbing the edges with a brush, not caring that they were children in the pool. Cleaning staff should respect quiet hours

Very quiet with view on the lagoon. There are several accesses to the sea. Food buffets are good and they change the dishes at every meal

I never eat in the resort, I go outside, but if I wish to have simple things like "fruit, strawberry," there's nothing available. I'm only using the room and for couple hours the beach

We spent our days lounging by the pool, sipping on refreshing cocktails, and soaking up the sun. The resort's water sports activities were also a highlight, offering opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and kayaking

They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Whether it was arranging a romantic dinner on the beach or recommending local attractions, they were always there to assist us

All the staff at Long Beach Resort have been brilliant there are to many to name but thank you to each and everyone one of you. We will definitely be back again with family and friends

The resort's dining options were impressive, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious cuisine from around the world. The staff at [Resort Name] were incredibly friendly and helpful

I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows

There is enough food in five restaurants. You always can find what you want in one of the restaurants. The beach is big, a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is enough space on the beach

Staff is very kind, polite, friendship and try to make your vacation comfortable all the time. Our room was big, quiet and cosy, but sometimes there was unpleasant smell in bathroom (toilet) (not because of us :))

We had really nice conversations with Noby and found him a very sweet and social guy. They greet you and smile at you when walking by. The pools were amazing and the beach was lovely as well

With aqua park and amazing perfect beach. Entertainment on the beach, I visited yoga, very nice on open air. mostly there are local and Ukrainian families

English can't stay in this hotel They have got the water slide, main children's pool etc. Beach has been practically cut in half. Couldn't get a sunbed after 8 am. Towel station opens at 8 am 99,% of sunbeds gone by then

I pointed to end of beach, he said oh that's too far away,? Never enough sunbeds put out around the pool. If you want one, get your own off a pile?Bad service for a hotel in Egypt

Nice hotel , lovely pool areas and the staff are fantastic. Food is good for an All Inclusive. Only real criticism would be starting to look a bit tired, bathrooms could do with a revamp

Also could do with having more toilets near Gusto and Botanica. You have to go round into the lobby bar or to the toilets on the other side of the water slides, and there are queues quite often

We really enjoyed and we just want to highlight few members of staff which were really great! First is Ahmed kamal from restaurant which was always looking after us and was great 😊 also all bar staff from swimming pool area and Ali from reception

The weather worked out great for us. The beach is beautiful, clean and the diving is amazing. The best part of the stay was the evening entertainment. We couldn't praise the food enough

As a Dutch person we can drink the icecubes which is great! And there's enough sunbeds everywhere so no fighting for a spot at any point of the day

sheets were not changed until I asked. trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out. little things but it does matter. though I liked being there and sure will do it again and again

the aqua park for kids were so amazing and vary in types even adults joined the kids

Nice, big and very green territory. Food is mainly Egyptian cuisine. Territory is very clean and well-groomed. But, entrance to the sea is in corrals. For elderly people, not very convenient

always trying to sell you things or running after tips. even at my departure day, someone from housekeeping knocked my door more than once. I tried the seafood restaurant and it was actually nice

In the hotel there are too many local guests, which are treated differently by the staff and this is visible for all. Would not recommed to visit if you want to eat fresh and well cooked food and want good service

Unfortunately it was too crowded and mostly by kids, so, it was quite dirty. Reception staff need some better teaching how to treat patrons and visitors

While I have been disappointed by one of the worst massage of my life, my husband loved the massage and the attention he had, so I guess your experience there depends on the therapist you get

They have 2 main restaurants (1 near to reception and the other one on the beach), and 3 restaurants a la carte (Arabian, Italian and French) and 1 Mexican and 1 Sea food (for those 2 you should pay)

This was my third trip to Egypt, and it was by far the best experience I've had at a hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the gardens were lovely, the food was great, and the beach was large and beautiful

The pool is very cold when it comes to October they say it’s heated but it’s definitely not. Entertainment was made up of getting the audience to do stuff and was very low budget

It's a hotel for family with kids, the beach is with sand and the water is clear and no stones. The rooms are clean, but with modest furniture, the service will come daily to clean the room and bring the bottle of water

I think it could be good idea to organize some small area for nonsmoker guests at the some pool ;) Program of entertainements/shows was very rich, but somethimes we had problem to find appropiate stage and it was a little bit annoying for us

Huge advantage for iced coffee with ice cream at the pool and for very nice aqua gym :) we saw that the animators made photos during water activities, but we don't know where it was published

We of course do tip and sometimes they want to refuse. This says it all as it's a service from the heart. The management are all pro active. A special mention to Mohamed Wahab who is excellent

We very enjoyed our stay in Alf Leila Wa Leila. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, but could be more variety and also could be more nonalcohol drinks in the offer

The beach entry is nice and clean with no need of any feet protectives. Transfer to the beach, a short-distance drive from the hotel at regular intervals didn’t make us boring at all

The place looks really nice from the outside and it's huge. Has easy beach access, rooms are okayish not very great, swimming pool water is heated and well maintained

În the sunny Hurghada, Egypt, the resort is at about 7 km far the Airport. It has 3 hotels, swimming pools, Aqua park, fine restaurants, bars near and outside the reception area, private shops, security at the gates

All the hotels have exit to the sea, comfortable chairs and towels for the guests

The place is quite small with beautiful Islamic architectural style although not across all the resort, and there isn't much to do around the whole place smells fishy "literally" as the sea isn't clean and always smells bad wish was a huge bummer, the food is good although not exceptional in any way with little variety, soft drinks are just bad, animation team is friendly but not very active, most...

This is the second visit for me to Sunny Days Palma de Merritt i would come to this place each upcoming vacation I love the location, but for food o give only 3 stars
