The all-inclusive hotel is really family-friendly. It has its own beach, its own pier, and the Red Sea is so beautiful. The service is very efficient, especially the restaurant waiters

The hotel is nice and clean, the room facing a swimming pool, with great AC, the only downside is the water pressure at the bathroom is a bit low

We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

Honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations. There's no need to leave the hotel because there are plenty of activities available at all times. The staff at this hotel were friendly and their service was excellent

There are few Asian tourists, but many European and American tourists. There are several water parks. Although they are not exciting, the children enjoy them very much. The waiters are also very good

The receptionist offered me an upgrade upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The food is excellent, especially the Oriental and Indian restaurants

The hotel’s design masterfully combined modern luxury with traditional Egyptian elements, creating a unique and relaxing ambiance. Our room was spacious, meticulously clean, and offered stunning views of the Red Sea

The room was clean and hygienic. We added an extra bed for our child at no extra charge, converting the twin beds into triples. We had a great rest, but the bedding wasn't very comfortable

The food was mostly beef, chicken, and fish, with a lot of fruit and desserts, but it was standard. The drinks were mostly blended, and freshly squeezed juice was available for a fee

This is an all-inclusive hotel, with different meals every day. It also has a private beach with snorkeling right on site, which is fantastic. on the day of our arrival, and we weren't even allowed to check in at 2 p

I immediately argued with the front desk, and they later upgraded us to a sea view suite and told us not to argue at the front desk. We were also treated differently in the restaurant

Every morning, I enjoyed watching the sunrise from our private balcony—a perfect way to start the day. The private beach was another highlight

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

The hotel is surrounded by a small piece of sea, which is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. When I flew from Cairo to Hurghada, I could see the hotel at a glance

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

Because I went there in winter, there were only foreigners sunbathing by the pool. It was also beautiful at night

The hotel is very large, the swimming pool is also very large, the landscape has the sea leading into the hotel and the swimming pool, the environment is super good, and there are many facilities to play

What satisfies me most is that the hotel has direct access to the beach, which saves us extra time and energy to find the fun of the seaside

I don't know if it's because of this season, there are so many mosquitoes in the hotel! Especially if you have travel plans in the near future, you must bring mosquito repellent items! Of course, you can also ask housekeeping to provide mosquito repellent

Maybe because of the season, there are not many people in the hotel recently, which makes the whole environment more peaceful and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights, and each night had a different experience

The hotel has all the facilities, whether it is a restaurant, entertainment or leisure, it is very convenient. Especially for families with children, everything here seems so considerate

The main restaurant has several restaurants, and there is also a Chinese restaurant. There are Chinese people in the restaurant. This hotel is super enthusiastic towards Chinese people~

Long beach resort was an average experience. Food was okay and not amazing. Very family oriented and very german/eastern european vibe. The biggest complaint was regarding the room

On the last day when we had to return home, we had an issue with the transfer company but the staff from the resort sorted everything for us, we had no worry at all, we were offered drinks instead while waiting and they spoke with the company

It’s a really good place, food was good, has a lot of options and every day changes the options. Has really good atmosphere is really family friendly. It’s a little far from the airport

We spent our days lounging by the pool, sipping on refreshing cocktails, and soaking up the sun. The resort's water sports activities were also a highlight, offering opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and kayaking

I loved the foam party at the beach ⛱️ 😍 Pool: what I liked about the pool, that it was connected, so you have some passages to go from pool to another without getting out of the water

They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Whether it was arranging a romantic dinner on the beach or recommending local attractions, they were always there to assist us

Swimming pool is huge, includes a small area for kids, and guests have access to the aqua park in The V hotel (side by side to Pyramisa) The sand beach is very good, and the open water is extremely amazing

Very good hotel, amazing food and friendly animation. We enjoyed the pool party and particularly the evening entertainment. All staff are friendly and we feel so welcomed here, we enjoyed our stay here.

The restaurant isn't as clean as it should be for a 5-star hotel; birds are flying around indoors. There is no angle in the bathtub, so the water stays in the cabin and also on the bathroom floor

The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals

The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars

We had really nice conversations with Noby and found him a very sweet and social guy. They greet you and smile at you when walking by. The pools were amazing and the beach was lovely as well

The staff around kitchen area were lovely and friendly. Life guards were very good with the children.

I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult

Great place for families vacation

What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative

While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning

Where the beach extends, the sea water changes to different colors, and you can see jellyfish 🪼 and tropical fish 🐠 plus corals 🪸 3. All-inclusive food and wine are provided, so those who understand will understand

We would especially like to mention Hassan, whose warm personality, dedication, and helpfulness made our holiday truly special. He always greeted us with a smile and was there for us in every situation

The room is not too big, there is no bathtub, the air conditioner is noisy, but everything else is OK. The all-inclusive meal is convenient, mainly beef and chicken, not particularly rich, but enough to eat

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

The food at the restaurants was tasty and lots of choice (excellent quality buffet) and really enjoyed the Asian and Lebanese a la carte restaurants. Cocktails and drinks are good, and the pool areas & slides were great

We have visited this hotel a few times, we ended up checking out a couple of days early as we both had sickness and upset stomach the whole time we was there just as we thought it was getting better every time we would eat something we were running for the toilet to be sick or need the toilet, the food is the same everyday, the eggs are raw was at breakfast, sun beds on the beach was a big issue not...

We had a wonderful holiday with a blip in the middle when my fiancee was being violently sick all night and which destroyed the next day too after eating at the Italian and the pool snack bar

I would recommend coming to this hotel! We have had a fantastic week here! Everyone has made us feel welcome ! The food has been fabulous, the entertainment team has been great including playing darts and everyone has been so nice and welcoming! We’ve had a great time relaxing and would recommend it to anyone who wants a week chill and get away!

Just back from a great holiday at the Baron Palace. The hotel grounds are a beautifully maintained green oasis in the desert next to the Red Sea. The buildings are very well maintained and constantly cleaned and polished

The room we got was freshly renovated, huge, with a kitchenette and a huge bathroom. Great view of the sea, marina and city. Close to everything - 3 minutes walk to the mosque, 5 to the fish market, 10 to the center

The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

Food ok - but nothing special - different cuisine every day. Beach and small reef right by the hotel. However, the hotel itself is under renovation - the third part is out of use, some rooms before renovation

Enjoy my stay here. Jetty is wonderful, sandy beach entrance. Funny aqua park. Meals are great varied, easy find what caters me. So many Pharaoh statues - create atmosphere.

It was nice to stay in that place and the beach is very beautiful it got a nice view and the animation team is very nice all of them are great entertainers mo and deba and mido and husien but the service is the worst and there re some bar man on the beach they call him x he is so rude and he is fighting with everyone he is dangerous person but everything else is very good

The sea is also good close to shore with lots of fish, children will be delighted with such a number and variety of fish. The food is delicious three meals a day, buffet style

I highly recommend this resort to family’s thinking of coming to Egypt, there is also a water park fully accessible free of charge. There is a beach on the resort. The pool is enormous, in good condition and clean

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

The hotel is small, the beach is average, the food is all white food, the restaurant we booked is a Spanish restaurant which is also average. There is a very small area for children to play, but it requires a fee

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive

sheets were not changed until I asked. trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out. little things but it does matter. though I liked being there and sure will do it again and again

They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around
