The all-inclusive hotel is really family-friendly. It has its own beach, its own pier, and the Red Sea is so beautiful. The service is very efficient, especially the restaurant waiters

We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

The animation team, the evening events, the Christmas and New Year parades, everything was great! The feeling of a holiday was all around! Already the second hotel of the Albatross chain leaves only positive emotions, the desire to return there again

This is our first time in Hurghada and we made a great decision to stay here

Although the temperature during the Spring Festival was between 15-24 degrees, the children could still play in the warm pool, which made us feel very considerate. The hotel's catering service is also impressive

The food selection was great throughout the day. There was always a wide range of fish, meat and vegetarian options. The pool and beach areas were clean and had plenty of space with a good mix of sun and shade

The beach is really beautiful and the Red Sea lives up to its reputation.

Good value for money, but unfortunately there was strong wind every day and we didn't go out to sea

Facilities: The room is large, but the facilities are old, the door handle design and bedding are average; Environment: The good thing about this hotel is that it has its own beach and diving site, which is really beautiful

Not only is the sea water clear, but there are also many fish. You can dive in the hotel without going out to sea; Service: The level of service staff is uneven, and it is difficult to evaluate

Hygiene: Not bad, no merits or demerits. The hotel is not as bad as imagined. The roasted pigeon fries are good. The main reason is that the sea view is too healing

All-Inclusive Experience: The all-inclusive package was excellent, offering good value with enjoyable meals and reasonable staff service. The environment was clean and vibrant, attracting tourists from diverse countries

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

The hotel is surrounded by a small piece of sea, which is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. When I flew from Cairo to Hurghada, I could see the hotel at a glance

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

Because I went there in winter, there were only foreigners sunbathing by the pool. It was also beautiful at night

We had five massages, a haircut, and a facial, and everything was excellent. This was our third visit to Dana Beach

The boat on the small river to take you from a place to other was interesting and practical. The room and bathroom big and clean. The beach I think needs to be more clean. Overall everything was great

There is enough food in five restaurants. You always can find what you want in one of the restaurants. The beach is big, a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is enough space on the beach

Staff is very kind, polite, friendship and try to make your vacation comfortable all the time. Our room was big, quiet and cosy, but sometimes there was unpleasant smell in bathroom (toilet) (not because of us :))

The beach is very good, not too much soft sand but the views are amazing. The beds are comfortable and the sea is beautiful with small fish to see in shallow water and very warm as well

Long beach resort was an average experience. Food was okay and not amazing. Very family oriented and very german/eastern european vibe. The biggest complaint was regarding the room

They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Whether it was arranging a romantic dinner on the beach or recommending local attractions, they were always there to assist us

Location: The hotel is in a great location, nearby many other hotels. Rooms: the rooms are a bit old, but it is well equipped, so nothing appears to be outdated, hence it is a large room

Waking up to a sea view, breathtaking sunrise and a morning coffee was an experience I will never forget

The hotel was nice, it was well located in the Sahl El Hasheesh area. It has direct access to the beach.

The beach is super beautiful, you can really lie on the chair for a whole day. But what I want to praise is that the hotel has white food for three meals, but there are also some Chinese food suitable for Chinese people

We went there in December which is the winter season. The water is a bit cold so we couldn't fully enjoy the water facilities in the resort. There is abundance of food for guests for breakfast and lunch

The hotel, as always, is at its best. Only this time the current renovation of the bar on the beach was a little disappointing, which affected the queues and the service of serving drinks from a stool

Thrill seeking water rides, splash parks, foam parties, stacks of pools and sundowners, fitness activities, gym and sauna plus feast of food choices and drinks on tap

The Good - The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids

- The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience

Even more frustratingly, theme park rides for adults were bizarrely restricted, with only one ride open per night as a rule. This limited options and left us wondering why the resort would restrict its own attractions

For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM

During our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings

Where the beach extends, the sea water changes to different colors, and you can see jellyfish 🪼 and tropical fish 🐠 plus corals 🪸 3. All-inclusive food and wine are provided, so those who understand will understand

Grounds are beautiful, you can sit at the beach and see a beautiful sunrise over the Red Sea, water park next door was such a nice perk of staying at Serenity

The hotel is large, clean and tidy, and has a swimming pool, beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel service staff was also okay, and I didn't feel any discrimination against Asians

Everything is good. When you stay, you need to tell the front desk that you need to eat at the seaside restaurant, otherwise you can't get in without a purple wristband! The food there is the best!

Facilities: Decent, But Not 5-Star Worthy ✔ The pool, beach area, and lounge are well-maintained. ✔ Bars are available all day, and staff work hard to keep areas clean

The upselling is relentless, from premium wines to certain dishes, turning what should be a relaxing meal into a sales pitch. Oh, and if you were hoping for fresh juice with breakfast? Extra charge

The “All-Inclusive” That Isn’t Quite All-Inclusive The hotel advertises six restaurants, but the all-inclusive package only grants access to three—and even that comes with strict limitations

Listed as a 5-star hotel on Google and TripAdvisor, we expected a premium experience. However, once we arrived, we quickly realized that the reality fell far short of the rating

But even if you meet the criteria, getting a reservation is a struggle, and once inside, you’re pushed to pay extra for items outside the package

The best of all is the very friendly staff who are hardworking and cheerful every day. They try to make your day better, especially the staff from the beach, Bartender, Pizza master and Cheef

The food at the restaurants was tasty and lots of choice (excellent quality buffet) and really enjoyed the Asian and Lebanese a la carte restaurants. Cocktails and drinks are good, and the pool areas & slides were great

Not far from amenities, beach is fabulous. All staff amazing from Bell boys reception staff, bar staff waiters. The clinic was really efficient I had to use them this year really good Dr and nurse,

Nice hotel , lovely pool areas and the staff are fantastic. Food is good for an All Inclusive. Only real criticism would be starting to look a bit tired, bathrooms could do with a revamp

Also could do with having more toilets near Gusto and Botanica. You have to go round into the lobby bar or to the toilets on the other side of the water slides, and there are queues quite often

Enjoyed been 7 times everyone friendly. Food good choice, Muhammad restaurant manager very approachable when you have allergies as is the chef. Our cleaner Muhammad very good always clean room

The room is cleaned every day. Not all my taste but many options to find what you liked. All the employees are very friendly. The rooms and all the hotels are clean. The beach is clear and good for swimming

The food was diverse and flavorful, with plenty of options to choose from, especially during dinner. The large, beautifully landscaped grounds feature several pools, making it easy to relax in peace

Ahmed handled the situation professionally and found us connecting rooms—although not with the pool view and a bit far from the main area. Still, his support made us feel heard and taken care of

We had booked two connecting rooms with a pool view, but were first given separate rooms

All the staff members are decent ant respectful. the rooms were clean and the room service was awesome. the Internet connection was stable. The place is clean and the food was various thanks for this generous hospitality

Also, Ramadan from housekeeping deserves recognition. He kept our room perfectly clean every day and was always polite and respectful. Although check-in could be more organized, the staff truly made a difference

The sea is also good close to shore with lots of fish, children will be delighted with such a number and variety of fish. The food is delicious three meals a day, buffet style

I highly recommend this resort to family’s thinking of coming to Egypt, there is also a water park fully accessible free of charge. There is a beach on the resort. The pool is enormous, in good condition and clean

Whether you are by the pool, In a restaurant, in the lobby, at the beach or in your room, they’re so unbelievably helpful

Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax

It was a great experience, a big place , with a lot of activities and evening shows, people from here were kind and ready to help whenever you need it. The food is variated and the time I spent at pools was enjoyable

I would recommend, one more aspect, that if the clients of the resort still forget their towels, on the deckchair, at the beach, in the evening, somehow there should be a way to retrieve them in the morning

I would recommend coming to this hotel! We have had a fantastic week here! Everyone has made us feel welcome ! It was a surprise to know that the beach and pool close at 6pm, which is very early in summer, however, after speaking with management it was made clear that the pool and beach are open from Dawn to sunset which is great

It was nice staying at this hotel. It was breakfast, lunch and dinner the view of the hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and nice people. And it was a clean area the pool and the service by the pool area

Not the best beach in the world but clean with plenty of sunbeds and beach bars

If I were pushed to make a negative comment I would say that it could be annoying having loud music coming from the many pool bars resulting in sound clashes meaning that it was impossible to enjoy just one music track at a time

We always had a nice spot at the beach without to get up early to book it. Definitely a place I would recommend for relaxing holidays! :( We both had a massage at the spa, but our experience were really different

While I have been disappointed by one of the worst massage of my life, my husband loved the massage and the attention he had, so I guess your experience there depends on the therapist you get

They have 2 main restaurants (1 near to reception and the other one on the beach), and 3 restaurants a la carte (Arabian, Italian and French) and 1 Mexican and 1 Sea food (for those 2 you should pay)

The pool is very cold when it comes to October they say it’s heated but it’s definitely not. Entertainment was made up of getting the audience to do stuff and was very low budget

The beach was well maintained, cleaned every day 3 times, sunbeds and beachtowels were OK too

It's a hotel for family with kids, the beach is with sand and the water is clear and no stones. The rooms are clean, but with modest furniture, the service will come daily to clean the room and bring the bottle of water

Absolutely every member of the staff have been brilliant, especially the chef Ahmed who has shown my wife all the food she can have being gluten intolerant. A private beach with plenty of space under good sized umbrella

I spent a long time choosing a hotel and was glad I picked this one. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean. There is an enormous selection of dishes, and the food is delicious; every day, we tried something new

The beach and pools are very well looked after by the lifeguards who are very friendly and easy to talk to! Throughout the day the entertainment never stops, the animation team are lovely people
