Great variety of food, everything tasted delicious. Very entertaining activities all day long at the beach. Fun and lovely animation team. Beds are comfy amd rooms are very big and chic

What I would recommend: entering the water, there are a few portions with corals that disturb children. But I was with GIFTUN, which has very good water entry and fine sand in the water, without any pebbles

We stayed from July 17 to 30, 2024 in room 3327. The hotel is beautiful and for 6 year old it was heaven !! The staff at the TOP always very helpful and smiling!! I have never seen such a clean hotel

Almost all rooms have some kind of sea view, which is wonderful. Only negative for me personally was the noise coming from the babies and small kids

All the staff are so helpful and friendly and can’t do enough for you, all how the extra mile especially the staff in pool bars and restaurants

Beach is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean and food was great too, there are many different options for everyone

Nobody asked once for tip in the resort, even if you want to tip, it is very hard to find a way to do so. There are tip boxes behind the bars, but very hard to notice

Although it is free, the quality is excellent, in Europe the same quality of food or drink price will be 10 times more. After reception, the resort got 3 big pool and guest can drink in the swimming pool bar as well

Not okay for the amount spent on a place like this. Pools close at 6 pm for the day this is unacceptable as people are on vacation and should be able to utilize the pool after sundown

The main restaurant can get very crowded during peak times so we tried to avoid it - literally people everywhere! We have to give special mention and very big thank yous to Mr. Keroless for their help during our stay

Being all-inclusive means you don’t have to worry about when or where to eat - there were no plenty of options to choose from. Our favorite was The Sky restaurant and Orient - very tasty meals

I would recommend, one more aspect, that if the clients of the resort still forget their towels, on the deckchair, at the beach, in the evening, somehow there should be a way to retrieve them in the morning

We stayed in a bungalow room which was always cleaned to a high standard with mini bar which was restocked daily. The beach was amazing and all the bar staff work really hard to provide a constant flow of drinks

It's fancy looking place. Very slow internet, or none sometimes. Room service isn't so good. The private beach good for snorkeling as the ground underwater is made of rocks, and needs fins or special footwear.

First of all,when i entered the hotel I was greeted by staff and there was a staff member that helped us with the bags,and the lobby was really beautiful and luxurious,there was a staff member that gave us a welcome drink and she was really friendly

It was a surprise to know that the beach and pool close at 6pm, which is very early in summer, however, after speaking with management it was made clear that the pool and beach are open from Dawn to sunset which is great

The territory of the hotel is nice and everything is kept clean. Their beach is mostly empty because you can't swim straight from the beach, you have to walk on a platform and from there you can go to the water

Mostly everyone is going to the neighbor hotel for the beach. Staff and animation team is friendly and helpful. Alcoholic beverages doesn't have any alcohol in them or just very low percentage
