The hotel’s design masterfully combined modern luxury with traditional Egyptian elements, creating a unique and relaxing ambiance. Our room was spacious, meticulously clean, and offered stunning views of the Red Sea

The room was clean and hygienic. We added an extra bed for our child at no extra charge, converting the twin beds into triples. We had a great rest, but the bedding wasn't very comfortable

The food was mostly beef, chicken, and fish, with a lot of fruit and desserts, but it was standard. The drinks were mostly blended, and freshly squeezed juice was available for a fee

Themed dinners were offered every night, allowing us to taste local delicacies like fresh seafood and grilled kofta

Service: The hotel staff was friendly and polite. Environment: The photogenic setting is excellent, and the three-color lagoon rivals the Maldives

Not only is the sea water clear, but there are also many fish. You can dive in the hotel without going out to sea; Service: The level of service staff is uneven, and it is difficult to evaluate

The hotel is nice and clean, the room facing a swimming pool, with great AC, the only downside is the water pressure at the bathroom is a bit low

The all-inclusive hotel is really family-friendly. It has its own beach, its own pier, and the Red Sea is so beautiful. The service is very efficient, especially the restaurant waiters

We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

Honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations. There's no need to leave the hotel because there are plenty of activities available at all times. The staff at this hotel were friendly and their service was excellent

Although the temperature during the Spring Festival was between 15-24 degrees, the children could still play in the warm pool, which made us feel very considerate. The hotel's catering service is also impressive

There are few Asian tourists, but many European and American tourists. There are several water parks. Although they are not exciting, the children enjoy them very much. The waiters are also very good

On the last day when we had to return home, we had an issue with the transfer company but the staff from the resort sorted everything for us, we had no worry at all, we were offered drinks instead while waiting and they spoke with the company

It’s a really good place, food was good, has a lot of options and every day changes the options. Has really good atmosphere is really family friendly. It’s a little far from the airport

I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows

Food: food was very good and have some varieties, I understand sometimes you don't find what you love, but I found that food was good. I have a concern for the breakfast, it should include more dishes

The sea tides were high at daylight, so you need to walk 200 meters or more to get of the shallow water. Lastly, we had a great time and we could think to visit the hotel again

The animation team was fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, and always created a fun atmosphere. From engaging activities during the day to lively evening shows, they truly made the stay memorable

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

The hotel is surrounded by a small piece of sea, which is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. When I flew from Cairo to Hurghada, I could see the hotel at a glance

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

I loved almost eveything except singer who was performing on 15. Sorry but she was terrible, like really terrible, heard people talking on bar about her how bad she was. So bad we could not listen to her and had to leave

I recently stayed at the Pyramisa Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The animation team was absolutely amazing. They kept everyone engaged with fun activities, games, and evening shows

We stayed in room 1251 Salem, the gentleman who cleaned our room everyday did a great job and was always there for us whenever we needed anything

and on the way back to our room we met a guy who literally said to us “who’s this singer, she’s really bad”

The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars

Where the beach extends, the sea water changes to different colors, and you can see jellyfish 🪼 and tropical fish 🐠 plus corals 🪸 3. All-inclusive food and wine are provided, so those who understand will understand

One of the best holidays me and my partner had, we went out of the season on 21st Jan 2024 for a week and weather was amazing considering it’s their coolest month, few days was a bit windy but comparable to standard British summer, temperature 21-24C but feels hotter then that and you can get tanned easily

Everything is good. When you stay, you need to tell the front desk that you need to eat at the seaside restaurant, otherwise you can't get in without a purple wristband! The food there is the best!

Day trips, spa treatments, evening entertainment and arcade games room to keep you busy too! Our personal favourite evening spot has been the Zaza Bar which had a great relaxing atmosphere, alternative cocktails/drinks to the all inclusive package with the best service from our favourite Karim Ahmed who was never late to get us another round of drinks and recommend great places to eat!

I’ve just come back from a week long stay here and it’s been amazing. The staff truly make the experience. Mina from the bar/service team and Max from the entertainment team were exceptional

We never wanted for anything, we were looked after continuously and were always laughing when the entertainment team came around. There is constant activities and always someone encouraging to get you involved

We even booked the safari trip and had an incredible day out full of laughter in the desert. Would definitely recommend for family’s, especially with younger children!

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

The sea is also good close to shore with lots of fish, children will be delighted with such a number and variety of fish. The food is delicious three meals a day, buffet style

Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax

Food was good, a bit the same most nights but it was tasty and we went out to Marina twice to break it up

Drinks if your doing all inclusive are offered while your at the pool & beach throughout the day & the ocean is quite shallow for quite a way into it for adults & is also quite calm unless there is a strong breeze

The hotel is small, the beach is average, the food is all white food, the restaurant we booked is a Spanish restaurant which is also average. There is a very small area for children to play, but it requires a fee

Very delicious buffet!! Highly recommend the buffet instead of booking a restaurant!! There is a heated pool, and booking a restaurant is also included in the all-inclusive package

You can also book a restaurant in the hotel next door. The Spanish restaurant is not recommended! The service is also very good!

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive

sheets were not changed until I asked. trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out. little things but it does matter. though I liked being there and sure will do it again and again

Our family really enjoyed the Asian food at Chop Sticks. The manager there is super friendly, and the Chicken Tandoori made by Chef Alaa is absolutely delicious

Literally the only “semi annoying” thing was then we had a day trip, we ordered breakfast boxes to go and the food was a sandwich of literally only a slice of cheese in a piece of bread, an apple and a small muffin plus a water

The beach is beautiful, with clear water and soft sand, and the pools are lovely — clean, spacious, and great for both adults and kids. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return
