The good: food great. Pools very nice and some good entertainment. The bad: TV awful, no WiFi in rooms, cockroach nests under the toilets by the pool area. You had to jump over the nest to get to the toilets! Aaggghhh.. lifts rubbish 2 or 3 out of order and long queues. Still a decent place, regardless of the bad.

The Hotel is beautifully situated. The rooms are spacious and clean. Reception give you a wonderful welcome. Staff very professional and nothing is too much trouble. Just one minor problem on the last day not all lifts working and delays going to and from breakfast.Cannot wait to return. Originally booked 3 days but extended our stay to 5 days.

The Aparthotel is well situated in a quiet area and near to the beach. Our apartment, which had a balcony with sea view, was comfortable and clean, although the kitchen was rather small. I found the reception staff friendly and obliging and we were able to park in the street behind the aparthotel.

This property exceeded our expectations as far as the staff, the room, and the VIEW! We would definitely return. We took advantage of the ancient baths and massage option. I would skip the massage. Booked this hotel through Love Holidays for a week in August school holiday. It was appealing because we could get a spacious 2 bedroom apartment for one week for £1000. This is a Spanish hotel with almost 100% of guests Spanish. Not a problem for us but other English visitors may want some english speaking entertainment etc. overall value for money it is very good. Public spaces clean, staff friendly, nice pool and in a very good location. The negatives are - We stayed self catering - there was no kettle, toaster or any utensils at all. We had a great time at this hotel! We visited Thursday through Sunday, Semana Santa at the end of March. The weather was ok, but what saved us was the small, climatized and covered pool next to the big main pool. We have spent 4 great days with our family, the aparthotel has absolutely everything we need, the cleanliness is great. And the facilities are excellent quality-price. Add that the mattresses are very comfortable and at least on the May long weekend there is zero noise to rest. In short, we will return.

We have visited these aparthotels as a family at the beginning of September and it seemed that there was quite a lot of occupancy, but the services were not overwhelmed at any time, dining room practically without queues, without queues in elevators... The staff of 10, from reception, to entertainers, waiters.... The aparthotel is good, spacious although the bathtub was chipped and rusty. It has kitchen utensils, all clean. The terrible dining room, huge queues to eat and also to get the food since they form a single queue and it goes in single file... so if you want food from the last tray you have the same queue, something never seen before......

A very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The attention of all the staff was very good, the entertainment was great, they worked hard. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The food buffet was varied and good, there was something for all tastes. In general and price quality is great. We will repeat without a doubt.

I am going to tell my experience, I booked a 3+1 apartment, in a 4 star Aparthotel, that is, capacity for four but occupied by 3 adults, it was not exactly cheap, capacity for 4 I doubt it, unless they were next to each other elbow.
