Absolutely breathtaking. A little piece of heaven right there in Altea. The hotel fresh and clean. The staff - all of them rock stars. The entertainment great. And very close to the prominade and Old Town Altea. And if you don't want to walk then there is a free shuttle!

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. We have just got back and had a fantastic holiday . The whole site is very clean and maintained daily . The accommodation was excellent. We found some of the buffet food hit and miss but in all honesty there is a-lot of food choices. There are snacks available whenever the main buffet areas are closed . Drinks available all day !

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Great hotel, big rooms and big balconies. Never have to wait long for a lift, there's four of them altogether. Food is fresh and nice. Drinks are fab. Stayed for a week. Nice hotel, clean and great breakfast. Fridge in room and free safe. No kettle, strange for a "4 star" hotel. Only other criticism is the very odd bathroom door that doesn't close or lock, no privacy and seems pointless. Why not just an ordinary locking bathroom door??? Overall had a very good stay.

There was 10 woman a one man we had a fabulous time the rooms where clean the food was OK the staff where very helpful and welcoming and the happy hour twice a day was great and is handy for all the bars and restaurants and the weather was great thank you flass

Great hotel and the location is excellent. Staff and the entertainment were great. Food was lots better than other hotels I stayed at there. Will definitely go back again and stay. Close by to the bars/beach/shops etc. Like the idea of being given wrist bands as many people get drunk at other hotels and can’t remember where they are staying. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a 5 night stay in this fabulous hotel. From the minute we arrived the staff were helpful and courteous, and the waiting staff couldn’t do enough for you. We stayed in a ground floor room as requested; it was spotless, spacious and very quiet. Another real positive was the variety and standard of the food, some of, if not the best we’ve sampled.

Stayed here many times. Hotel as it normally is, clean, lovely staff, food etc. People queueing by the door to run for sunbeds that run along side the first floor rooms, as this gets the sun first. Still get rude people who think it's OK to throw towels onto their beds from balconies above rather than wait for the door to open at 9. First time staying at the Riviera Hotel, it won't be the last. Rooms were ready on arrival. Hotel spotless, staff really friendly and we found the food to be the best yet we have experienced in Benidorm. Only downfall I can say is the main lifts so slow and noisy, we stayed room 214 and all you could hear was the broken lifts.

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms. In Great position for entertainment. But. You spend a third of your holiday sleeping. Did not sleep well. Hotel States it has Air Conditioning in rooms. You do Not! Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. I stayed on a full board basis. Food is buffet style and there is a wide variety of dishes available. My room was spotless too.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Had a short break away, the Hotel is well located to the Beach and local night life. Hotel staff and rooms were excellent. We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price. I would definitely be taking another weekend break to stay at this hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Shower flooded the bathroom just had to put towels down. Had coffee in the room first night, asked for it to be replenished and advised they do not put coffee in the rooms, reception was not very helpful (male). Pool area nice. Location makes it. Food, breakfast yes good but evening was hit and miss, salad was nice ?

The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Just had three nights at the Ruidor, nice hotel, clean modern rooms, good selection of buffet food for our breakfast and evening meal, they also had special offers on drinks every day, beer was normal bar prices rather than hotel prices. The hotel is an easy short walk from the each. Very enjoyable stay all round.

Returned to the Riudor after a 20 year break. The rooms were very smart and comfortable. The staff in the main we excellent and very helpful and polite. The food was basic but passable. The entertainment was good and Tim the entertainment compare was very good. We will definitely return
