This time of year, there are lots of large bicycle and retirement groups. Good entertainment every night. The bar staff were very nice and Mojito was very good. We wanted some ice by the pool at one stage and were charged 10c, which felt a bit weird. We’re currently staying at this hotel. It’s so beautiful. Clean. The staff are lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday yesterday. We travelled to Benidorm which is only a 20 min drive in a taxi from the hotel. When we got back there was a cake and note in the room wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. We were so surprised. Absolutely breathtaking. A little piece of heaven right there in Altea. The hotel fresh and clean. The staff - all of them rock stars. The entertainment great. And very close to the prominade and Old Town Altea. And if you don't want to walk then there is a free shuttle!

The hotel is a little far from Altea (15 minutes from the old town), so it allows you to completely disconnect. The room was very spacious. The staff was attentive and willing to answer any questions you might have. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended.

Charming hotel on the outskirts of Altea. Very quiet and thoughtfully designed. It is an old oil mill and the decor is designed in that sense. The view from the pool is breathtaking towards the mountain. The food is very good, with local spices. The perfect place to switch off and relax. It is not expensive.

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir . There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays .Staff are pleasant and efficient. Drinks are fairly priced and there is a wide range of cocktails , wines etc . This hotel is also surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants

Barstaf all have attitude problems. Room was no good, so upgraded to sea view £10 per night. Food was exelent. Management did not want to know. Won't Won't be back.

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication. Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. We stayed in garden lodges and it was nice location as we only had neighbours from two sides. But we could hear them pooping as walls were paper thin. I had to complain to one neighbour as their kids were running and screaming until 01.00 in the morning. Was impossible to sleep.
