We travelled to Benidorm which is only a 20 min drive in a taxi from the hotel. When we got back there was a cake and note in the room wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. We were so surprised. Absolutely breathtaking. A little piece of heaven right there in Altea. The hotel fresh and clean. The staff - all of them rock stars. The entertainment great. And very close to the prominade and Old Town Altea. And if you don't want to walk then there is a free shuttle!

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. We have just got back and had a fantastic holiday . The whole site is very clean and maintained daily . The accommodation was excellent. Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day. Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Stayed for a week. Nice hotel, clean and great breakfast. Fridge in room and free safe. No kettle, strange for a "4 star" hotel. Only other criticism is the very odd bathroom door that doesn't close or lock, no privacy and seems pointless. Why not just an ordinary locking bathroom door??? Overall had a very good stay.

Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

Just back from an 11 night stay. Hotel is very clean and tidy staff with friendly staff whom spoke good English. Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once. Staff are super friendly. Been here five days and five to go. Staying on the fifth floor and no complaints up to now. Breakfast is one of the best we have had at other hotels in Benidorm and the evening meals are just as good. Entertainment is above average and the staff at the hotel are hard working. A lovely long weekend !! The staff were really friendly and professional. The room was spotless and comfortable. Check in/out was easy. We enjoyed half board and the food was excellent, with a large variety to suit all tastes. We also opted for the drinks package with our evening meal for €2.5 each. It was really good value. Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

This hotel was in the best location in the middle of all the main bars and clubs. Hotel staff were very professional and very polite. NICOLE who was running the top floor bar was extremely hardworking and could have not looked after our group any better. The hotel rooms were very impressive and clean - 100% recommend!!! We recently returned from the stay at this hotel and we genuinely have no complaints or any faults at all. The place was absolutely spotless and the check-in was easy. The food was also fantastic. I would like to make an honourable mention for Nicole from the sky bar who looked after us so so well on our stay. All of the staffs English was also very good.
