A super stylish little hotel. The breakfast was superb- The staff was exceptional which made Abaca one of my favorite hotels ever.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Everything was just perfect and we had a lovely time celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spotless and very comfortable.

This was a fantastic stay: Suzzana ,Sara ,Julie tatianna chema and ghe crew down to the service men that lrpt it running like a fine swiss watch were amazing! Stay here it’s quiet you can sleep and still see old town and its amazing night life. Your just far enough from the church bells and bustle yo feel Altea.

Everything was perfect, from the moment I’ve made the reservation with a special request to the final goodbye after the check out. My room Hibiscus was perfect and very clean, even though I didn’t ask for it, my bed was fixed every day, floor cleaned and rubbish taken away, as well as coffee topped up and little chocolate left for me! Maison Condesa is an amazing place! We rented the 2 rooms appartment and stayed there a couple of days.. The hotel was absolutely terrific with its panoramic windows and its gorgeous views on the sea. The quality of service and hospitaly of the people working there are also to be mentioned! We will come back as soon as our schedules allow it!!

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

Apartments are fully equipped. Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist.

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. Breakfast not included. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower. Suggest you look elsewhere first, and only stay here as a last resort.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm. There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth...

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

Arrived in November for a few days stay, stayed for three weeks. Loved it so came back again. Friendly staff, dated but very clean facilities, lovely swimming pool and bar area. Best part....no dogs!!!!

Really good camp. We thought we were just staying for a night. In the end we stayed for three months. Good facilities and nice staff. Just a short walk from the center of Benidorm. We will come back!

Normally love this site but they are too full and gave us an awful pitch which we couldn't level the van or get an awning up. 4 times we went to reception to ask for another pitch but they said they hadn't got one, but low and behold once we asked to see the manager one appeared from nowhere. Love this site as previously said but this was not a good experience especially when I booked it 5 months...

Good overall site with clean and tidy facilities. Don't like booking in through a window especially when there's a queue, an indoor reception for their customers would be a considerate touch especially during bad weather. Waste disposal should be at ground level without the need to lift - water is heavy.

Everything that was needed was in the bungalow and only 20mins walk down the levante beach/strip

Supposed to be a dog friendly campsite, but no dog area or facilities on site. Whilst taking our dog out of the site for a walk, he wee'd up a palm tree on the site, and I was subjected to a torrent of abuse from a German motorhome owner. I complained to reception, but they were apologetic, but unable, or unwilling to help. Dog friendly sites should have basic facilities, and if you don't like dogs...

Not too far too cycle to the town and beach. Having an acsi card puts you in the 'cheap seats' and the webs photos don't reflect this. I think if the old van in front of us actually cleared the dead vegetation we would of sat outside more. Laundry room has an iron. Facility blocks were very modern very clean. Hot water plentiful. Can't think of anything negative. Staff are very helpful. Toilets and showers spotless. Café food and drinks great price and food good. You can walk too town easily enough. We have walked back once (hard work after food and drinks). Taxi only €6 and easy to get hold of one. Loved it would stay again!! Pools perfect and again clean 👌

Stayed 60 days, all you need for good camping experience, clean shower blocks 2 pools and close to town. Prebooked when we left for next year. ??

Just returned from a week here and Would have given a better rating if we had had more than 2 of our 7 nights of full sleep. The hotel itself is great and the food was lovely..all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others...

No problems with this hotel whatsoever, we are there now.Further reviews will follow.There have been Hen and Stag groups here but so far they have behaved themselves....we have now been here 5 days....watch this space.....we have now been here for ten days the stags doo's are getting louder...the hen parties were well behaved well done ladies...watch this space..

For what we paid it could have been a tent.food was very good with plenty of choice. Beer on tap till midnight. The staff were very polite and welcoming if there was a downside then it would be that the walls were very thin and we could here the next room clearly

Decent hotel, but in need of a refurb. Good food, plenty of choice at every meal. Efficient staff and no queues anywhere. All inclusive drinks are good, and the wine in the restaurant is very drinkable. Whilst I wouldn't recommend it to a more discerning holiday maker due to a lack of any luxury, I would definitely return based on great value for money.

Hotel was lovely and the staff are a credit to Servigroup. Nothing was too much trouble. Lisa in guest services very helpful and knowledgeable. Carmen in the restaurant always pleasant and welcoming. There was always a good selection of food in the restaurant. The only gripe was the sunbed issue with people reserving sunbeds then disappearing for hours despite there being a 15 minute limit. Fabulous hotel with lovely staff. Food excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable. We have stayed previously and will return to this hotel again, booking direct with hotel again. The hotel is on a slight hill, but still in a great location for the beach, shops and nightlife.

Small hotel but punching above its weight. Run well by an organised team starting with the friendly receptionists, to the bar staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners who made the beds, changed the towels and straightened the rooms every day. Rooms were clean and functional with free use of safes in the rooms. Powerful shower. Plenty of storage/wardrobe/drawers etc. Plenty of sun loungers around...

We spent 4 nights and the location was spot on. Room and hotel were nice and clean with the staff being so helpful and polite. Food was good, better than I expected. We spent most the holiday out at the beach but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Loved it. Only thing I would suggest is to add alternative milks to the buffet for breakfast so those with dairy issues can enjoy a coffee or cereal...

Hotel in general was OK, Its an adult only hotel so expect stag n hen party's. Rooms we stayed in were better than expected and quite spacious. Overall what a beautiful warm welcoming hotel. Staff are amazing so entertaining and ready to make your holiday what it should be. They work so hard it doesn’t go unnoticed. We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. There are 14 floors and 3 lifts. We were in the first floor and I was in a wheelchair so had no option, but had no option but to use the lift. Considering how little i booked this hotel for, i was more than pleasantly surprised when i got to my room. It was very nice with an equally nice clean bathroom. This place is just great value. Great location. Very clean tidy rooms well appointed. The biggest pool and grounds ever. Best aircon ever. Food good don't expect pie and chips though because guess what your in Spain eat good Spanish food. Very helpful staff. Excellent stay.

It was the perfect location for our hen party - a short walk from the square. The breakfast was not good at all but given the good value of the hotel this didn't bother us. We were in Benidorm for the party!

We had a brilliant time there. The maid for the room was amazing. We never so her but the room was spotless every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful as were the reception staff helping me with my printing of the forms. Great value for the money with free transfers to and from the airport Will be top of our list of hotels to stay again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed a very pleasant 10 day stay in the Calypso Hotel, this was our 2nd visit. All the staff are very pleasant & can’t do enough for their guests, I would like to say a special thank you to Rosa! Who looked after us endlessly during our stay. We would stay again but would prefer the main building as we found the annexe very noisy and the shower wasn't very powerful. All the staff were friendly and the hotel is spotless, we felt very safe. The breakfast wasn't to my taste but that is just my personal choice as my husband enjoyed it. Evening meal was good. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Nice hotel, nice staff but after our group of 12 got back from a show were told bar was closing. Not just fir drinks but had to leave bar area and sit in reception area finishing our 1 drink each. As we are all in mid to late 70's we're surprised to be asked to keep our voices quiet ?

Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms nice and clean we had a jacuzzi bath in ours which was a Brucie bonus. because it's only one of a few open..they are constantly cleaning sanitising ..and you won't walk anywhere without a mask..they will tell you..very very safe here.
