, beach chairs and an umbrella, we were surprised to find a beach cool bag. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and cava and the starter cleaning kit (dishwasher tab, bin bags, dishcloth, dish soap, etc)

The beach was ideal for our family: although a bit steep and covered with pebbles and stones, making it less suitable for small children, it was peaceful and uncrowded. The turquoise water was breathtaking

A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Although built in the last 15 years, the interior does have a 'retro' vibe

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

Unfortunately, the air con unit was poorly placed in the ceiling of the entrance to the room, and we could not get the full benefit of it in the bed area

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

incredible attention to detail, amazing staff which are so kind and helpful especially Marco and Aaron. We went for a week and couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service

We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate

You don't stand a chance getting a sunbed in peak season near pool but air con was brilliant, room comfortable and it was clean. On the days I was there the cafe/bar only served pizza as food

The pool is clean, your not allowed to eat or drink your own food or alcohol around the pool but there is a pool bar that sells burgers, chips pizza etc

Not the biggest or best hotel in the world but great for the money you pay. Nice food, clean and tidy staff are all nice. Wonderful location! 15 minute walk to the beach 1 way and to the centre the other

I can understand why they don't have fridges in room as it would deprive the cafe/bar of business but they need to expand their menu

The room never had a fridge or single hob or anything! Rooms were specious, and beds tided & fresh towels every day! Although there wasn't any do not disturb signs so some mornings we were greeted by the cleaners whilst we were still in bed

Great times open from 9am-9pm! We never struggled for beds any day! It took us around 20 minutes to walk to the ***** 10 minutes to the old town. It's more of a residential area

We have been a week and we have been very comfortable, everything very clean and the treatment of the owners is excellent, totally recommended

To go to the beach you need a car but it is worth it since the area is very quiet

The house is very good and it is also the ground floor. Many amenities and close to the beach (although it is better to go down by car that is 2 km away). The owners are very friendly and willing to help with anything

I don't give it 5 stars because the pool from the end of the stairs covers a lot (I'm 1. 72 and it covers my eyes) and my son couldn't play well but otherwise highly recommended

The mattresses are horrible, my spine was terrible, the kitchen utensils were dirty with grease, the bathroom was poorly sanitized I had to clean it with bleach, the house has air conditioning but you can't use it, this is just ridiculous, on top of that it has a very high cost, and only at night, it was not easy to sleep with the unbearable heat, there are no towels, another huge flaw, because all...

Breakfast was well presented and a great selection was provided. We didn’t utilise the hotel entertainment really but the snippets we saw were good

I was saddened that there were not enough people around to watch the hotel evening entertainment, we could see the local singers from our ground floor terrace which was lovely and they were great but I noticed the lack of an audience which felt like a real shame, this was not what we chose the hotel for but I did notice an evening entertainment program also

I went with my daughter for a few days break and our room was beautiful. Spacious, spotlessly clean, toiletries provided, great shower and very comfy beds. We had a sea view and a huge balcony with chairs and a table

Birthday We went for my 60th birthdsy ask for low floor which was accomodated. Very clean and tidy room and surroundings. Restaurant and bar area good. Left a card in room with free drinks voucher

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a choice of cereal, pastries, freshly cooked omelette, fruit, hot choices and cold meats etc. Pool was really nice to sit by with a good amount of sunbeds

Breakfast wasn’t great, we have usually had better quality & choice in other 4 star hotels in the area - but we found something each morning. The coffee from machine was terrible though

I found there wasn’t much pool and subbed area upstairs was quite small the sun beds were really close together so it was difficult if you wanted shade to put up your umbrella as the sun beds next door didn’t want the umbrella up

Bar and Restaurant staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We did not stay in the hotel, so we cannot comment on the rooms.

This is a lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm. I was with my two granddaughters and we had a suite. The bedroom was great plenty of room for the three of us, bathroom lovely, excellent walk in shower

Breakfast was lovely so much to choose from, the evening meal not so good (hence the 4 stars) being a vegetarian I found there wasn’t much choose for me on the menu, although the girls had plenty of choice

Other than that the reception staff were good also the housekeeping staff and the waiters in the restaurant

Also there were youths who were using to pool and bar who weren’t actually staying at the hotel

We stayed here as part of a large group of Brits celebrating a birthday. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent for getting to the Old Town, The New Town and The Beach

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were especially nice. We enjoyed spending time around the nice pool with reasonably priced drinks from the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

I'm not sure how the Spanish guests felt about having us around though. They didn't seem to want to engage much and often seemed a bit grumpy. I guess this might be a cultural thing

This was our second visit to this hotel and again we were not disappointed, this time we had a pool room on the 1st floor room 103 the room itself needs a little attention mainly to the flooring it is laminate and it has started to part so it makes it look tired, but apart from that issue the room was lovely and the bathroom superb, the little extras were rituals products and that included sun cream...

Our first room we had to change as previous guests had smoked in it, that’s the only negative aspect of our stay and after quickly talking to the team on reception we had an alternative room and it was absolutely perfect! Bathrooms plenty of space and shower is super powerful just how we like it! Dual sinks allowed for both of us to get ready together with no issues

There was also a cooking station providing freaky cooked eggs etc for breakfast and grilled fish and meat to order for dinner. There were several coffee making machines and toasters at breakfast so no long queues

I had a double room with decent size balcony at the front of the hotel with fantastic sea view. The bathroom was a good size with walk in shower. The room had a mini fridge and safe for valuables

Smart modern hotel with one of the best locations in Benidorm. right on the seafront of Levante beaches. The buffet food was good and main meals differed day to day

In April the evening entertainment was limited to Fri and Sat nights with quality Spanish duos playing a variety of popular songs in English and Spanish

I might have to start up a petition 'Bring back Claudia' In previous visit you could use the facilities in the RH Victoria across the road unfortunately that has changed and I would appeal to management to review that decision as it was very popular with the clientele! They did however have the option of you leaving your bags and returning later to a complimentary room where you could get showers etc which was brilliant. Our flight was 23:25 so this was an excellent free option

From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless. The staff were lovely and very helpful. My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft
