I arrived early and my room was ready which was good. It was clean and warm which is all you can ask for.
The staff were totally helpful and really kind and clear.
The walls are very thin - so beware!
Bed incredibly comfortable.
There was also such a wild banging of a gate or something but they managed to stop that from banging which was nice.
Elevator small and old - access may be an issue for some.
Quite busy outside and lots of tourists but location is really good. Nice food around as well.

Location was close and walkable distance from everything, opposite a Gaudi building and on the edge of the Gothic quarter.
The rooms and facilities were very clean and topped up daily. Staff at the desk were very helpful and allowed us to hold our cases on the last day in the carpark next door.
Terrace was a special treat with lovely views and a small 'plunge pool' you can sit in - which is not heated but I can imagine would be very fun in the warmer months!
Also - we got a standard double. Good room, although the bed is two singles so something to keep in mind as I keep slipping down the middle! :'))
Over all highly recommend!
Rooftop was an excellent bonus and great to relax at the end of the day before going out in the evening
