The receptionist was extremely rude. When we raised with her the issue about the incorrect room and asked if we could see the one we actually paid for, she said no and not to come ask again as she will not have time for us.
We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are so many others better for the same value. The management should retrain their staff as they are not fit for work in hospitality.
Has a lovely pool area but we didn’t use as we were too busy exploring the city !
Friendly staff at front desk and at breakfast.
Baby friendly . Provided lovely cot for baby .
Bed in the room was very large so easy to co-sleep also .
Nice bathroom with rain effect shower .
High chairs available at breakfast and nice variety of items available .
Nice lounge area on ground floor with large tv , free cold water and coffee machine .
Interior as on the pictures- nice mix of modern and stylish. I felt it gives me a feel of real Barcelona being in Ras Ramblas, in style but without being pretentious. Service was also very helpful and accommodating. Good value for the money. We stayed in August and the room AC was doing the job. Yard was very nice in the mornings.
There is no air conditioning, so the rooms that do not have a window to the outside are very warm.
Fortunately, we were able to switch rooms after 1 night.
