So before we booked, we read the reviews and we knew what we were signing up for.

The hotel is very close to La rambla street which is the main one. It also very close to the train station and public transportation in case you need to get around in that way.

It’s near the mercat square. Easy to get to and get around with ease.

With that being said , the rooms are awful. No issues with the AC but the bed was so hard and the bathroom is so small.rooms in general are very small

They weren’t kidding about the customer service - there is none but they didn’t bother us and we didn’t bother them.

We never really saw any homeless people or stench that some of the folks mentioned in there reviews. Overall the convenience and price drove us to stay here. It got the job done.

The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location, close to everything. The room was quite small and the service was just average, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

So, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. We stayed in an exterior comfort room which was small but good. The housekeeping staff were excellent. The location was good. Other reviews say it’s in a sketchy area, which I disagree with. The courtyard has three restaurants in it, it’s a 1min walk to La Rambla and minutes away from many other things. Yes, there are some interesting characters from time to time, but I never felt unsafe. The worst part of our stay was the front desk staff. We had a very unpleasant check-in experience, and then each time we came and went from the hotel, the front desk staff barely looked up from whatever they were doing. If customer service doesn’t matter to you, then I’d say this is a decent spot to stay.

The history of the hotel is very interesting. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs. The staff was friendly, and especially the lady on the day shift most helpful and informative.

Great service, advice, information from Julian at the front desk as soon as we arrived. Location is great- front door on a square with a café, church, places to sit, sometimes entertainment, easy walk to main streets, cafés and restaurants, metro, Boqueria parking garage (recommended-large parking spots, security, bright, safe). Room was beautiful (penthouse), clean, has a fridge 👍 comfortable beds (we had 3), bright, nice bathroom with tub, separate shower and toiletries, lots of windows. Breakfast onsite until 10:30– we paid the hotel at checkout, separate from booking as it was the same price. There is a restaurant and lovely outdoor terrace. Check-out was quick, efficient and friendly (sorry I do not have her name at reception). There is a holding room for luggage at no extra cost. Would recommend Hotel Sant Agusti and would stay there again.

The accommodation is located in an area that's known to be far from ideal. Despite this, the price isn't very affordable for what they offer. For a short stay, it's reasonably acceptable, but better prices could be offered.

We stayed here for 4 days the location of the hotel is perfect you can walk anywhere you want to go to , metro just few minutes walk away you are close to everywhere! Hotel is ok considering it been 3 star hotel rooms are small but clean no water provided which I would of expected for a 3 star hotel so don’t expect to much

The location is good. The rooms look cute but the bedding wasn’t that clean unfortunately.

Please be mindful of the door locks. When closing the door, the lock sometimes does not activate. We returned after the rooms were clean, and the door was not locked either. This was unsettling. We noticed this and flagged it with the reception. However, at the staff came to check, the door was working ok.
