Very friendly staff! Not a big hotel 25 minutes walk from the center. Clean rooms with small rooms. The bathroom has some shortcomings, but I don't lower the rating for that.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in the city center. There is a Lidl store nearby. Very cool bikes and free, only without reservation. There is a bus from the airport for 5.90 per person to Plaza España, and from there it is a stone's throw to the hotel

We have stayed in this property 3 different times and have not been disappointed. It is our go to accomodation when we are in Barcelona. Rooms are big and modern. Lots of local places to grab something to eat. The only caveat to this property is that it is a little way from the metro station but the walk gives you a good flavor of the neighborhood. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Been there for around 3 days. The staff was very nice and helpful, which is something i really liked. The rooms were great as well! If you're looking for a good hotel, think about staying here, because this hotel exceeded my expectations!

It's a bit remote from the city center but it's in the middle of the gaudi inspired block concept part of the city.
The rooms were clean and nice, equipped with a minibar. Our door was very hard to open with our card (very often we would have to try 10-15 times and only the it would open), that was a bit inconvenient at times.
The service was good, the receptionist was always kind and tried to answer all of our questions and solve all of our problems.

The staff was excellent, but the room lacked a coffee machine and microwave, requiring us to go downstairs every time we needed to heat up food. The location was a 12-15 minute walk from the nearest metro, which was exhausting with a large suitcase. We had to walk 10-15 minutes to reach the restaurants we wanted to try in the area. Cleaning time was around 10 am, which was inconvenient since we usually sleep and wake up late. I was frequently woken by the sound of doors and vacuums. The shower/bathroom setup was odd, with a glass panel covering only half the tub, resulting in water pooling outside. The hotel staff were very nice and answered all my questions. However, the ice machine was broken during our stay, which was inconvenient since we had many drinks that didn't fit in the small fridge.

Exceptional hotel. Friendly staff, the room was absolutely superb and a great size. Lovely terrace on the top with the pool. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of foods and was very well cooked. I also loved the styling of each floor having different artwork from different artists. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Your hotel and the room was very clean. Very well situated near the center of Barcelona.
And above all the woman at the receptiondesk was extremely friendly by nature. We could park our car next to the hotel, that was very convenient. The staff took well care of our little dog. Water and a small bed was in the room for her when we arrived. Also the room we booked was very spacious for three persons .

- I would appreciate if the toilet can be cleaned more thoroughly. Since when you lay in the bath, you can see the terrible brown layer inside
