Nice hotel in a perfect location. Metro station Liceu is only 2 minutes away and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and with a balcony directly on the Boqueria street. No loud noise during the night, we felt safe at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The staff were amazing, they were very helpful, even brought us water from a supermarket across the street, offered us tours and very helpful information. The rooms were very clean and room enough for four people.

The rooms are small, and the bathroom, especially the tub, was dirty. The air conditioning was super low, and it didn't matter how much you low the temperature it was still hot in the room. The only good point it was the location. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

From the minute we walked in we were greeted by friendly smiling staff and felt so welcome. Rooms are great I absolutely loved the high ceilings and the location simply cannot be beaten. Highly recommend

Stayed for 4 nights with my family.I have to say the hotel was beyond expectations. Rooms are specious and very well organized. Service is excellent, very friendly and sharp in delivering. Breakfast is very very good. The internal garden is perfect and birds sing till sunset. Location: amazing.

The hotel is right in the center of Barcelona and Rambla. The rooms are well maintained and quite spacious. The interesting advantage of the hotel is the cosy bar and garden in the back side of the hotel accessible from the main hall. The breakfast is good worth the minimum requirements. Personally a coffee or cappuccino self service from the machine is never the maximum but excpent this aspect the rest is good and definitively recommend solution.

Absolutely amazing. Staff was so kind, rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel bar was incredible and breakfast was delicious. Great location and hotel staff went above and beyond to make this place feel like home.

Very bad experience. The hotel want to appears as elegant but it's just ridiculous. The people working inside is absolutely not welcoming and not polite, the woman at the bar tries to obbligate you to drink (in dirty glasses of course), they answer very bad, not responding to email, not coordinated (one of them says a thing and another the opposite). The place also smells very bad and the area is too noisy, not safe, full of homeless, drunk people and worst..

Location is fantastic but the place is in need of some attention. Rooms not so clean or well maintained. Towel racks barely hanging on the wall. Shower heads barely on, air vents with caked on dust and card entry doors malfunctioning 80% of the time. I want to love the place but the lack of attention to details and maintenance seriously impedes this potential gem from achieving its full potential. PROS: Location for sure. CONS: Lack of attention to details and general maintenance. This is so easy to fix but apparently they don’t get it. Otherwise this place would be a 4+ for sure.

Very disappointing. Very understaffed. No room service. Expensive bar. No tea or coffee in the room. Rooms so so. To me barely a two star hotel. Staff doesn't care, no interest to help or be of assistance. For what you pay I would go somewhere else. I stayed often in Barcelona but will never come back here. So many better choices so better stay away.
