On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent.
During breakfast at the lounge, I was taken aback when I observed one of your team members name Zara, replenishing the croissants for the buffet with her bare hands. She did not wear gloves or use a stool to pick up the croissants and place them on the display plates. This practice is highly unhygienic and disrupted my breakfast experience. Furthermore, I noticed that after handling the croissants, Zara proceeded to push a trolley for cleaning and wiping tables. This raises concerns about cross-contamination and the overall cleanliness of your establishment. Additionally, I observed that your team members were simply pushing bread crumbs onto the floor while cleaning tables. The accumulation of crumbs on the floor created an unsightly appearance, resembling a street cafe rather than a Hilton hotel.
