We stayed at this beautiful modern hotel this week. The room was furnished well, the bathroom was clean and easily accessed. The location was right across the street from a lovely group of restaurants and a large shopping center. We chose this location because of its availability to the cruise terminal. There was quite an array of items presented in the breakfast area. In spite of having so much to choose, the breakfast was only average. The front desk staff was professional and very helpful.

On October 23, 2024, I had the opportunity to stay at your hotel for one night. During the check-in process, I was surprised to see that the front desk was seated while assisting me. This gave the impression of unprofessionalism and laziness. Additionally, the agent seemed to struggle while reaching for the machine to activate my key card. While I understand the need for employees to take breaks, it would be more appropriate for them to stand when interacting with guests during the check-in process. This would convey a sense of decorum and willingness to provide assistance. It is worth noting that I have had the chance to check in to numerous hotels around the world, and this was the first time I encountered a seated front desk ,
During breakfast at the lounge, I was taken aback when I observed one of your team members name Zara, replenishing the croissants for the buffet with her bare hands. She did not wear gloves or use a stool to pick up the croissants and place them on the display plates. This practice is highly unhygienic and disrupted my breakfast experience. Furthermore, I noticed that after handling the croissants, Zara proceeded to push a trolley for cleaning and wiping tables. This raises concerns about cross-contamination and the overall cleanliness of your establishment. Additionally, I observed that your team members were simply pushing bread crumbs onto the floor while cleaning tables. The accumulation of crumbs on the floor created an unsightly appearance, resembling a street cafe rather than a Hilton hotel.

We have just had the most fantastic week staying at the Hilton Diagonal Mar! Everything was just outstanding!!! The room had a magnificent view and was spotlessly clean! Breakfast is fantastic and.a special shout out to Marie and Eduardo who were so welcoming every day! The location is perfect, next to a huge shopping centre with plenty of restaurants. The “city centre” is then a stunning 2-3 mile walk along the seafront! Alternatively there’s a tram stop bus stop and metro station all within a 5 minute walk! Just perfect! We shall be back!

This is a great Hilton. Excellent property. Modern, spacious and clean. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Location is close to the beach and right across the street of a decent mall that has a nice playground for children and over a dozen restaurants to choose from. The area is clean and relatively safe. Hotel also has a nice restaurant and pool. The 15th floor executive lounge serves breakfast and has a happy hour. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay at Hilton Diagonal in Barcelona. 5 min from the sea and there is a mall just in front of the hotel, it’s the perfect location. Also, I really appreciated the quality of service, special thanks to Dina that has given an excellent care and for her professionalism, kindness.

Yesterday I asked for a breakfast box because I have to leave before my friend. The trainee said she organized everything, took my room number and that I was a vegetarian. Today at 7:03 I go to the reception and they only ask if I have a confirmation because there is nothing stored here. Breakfast is supposed to be open from 7 a.m. and I should go upstairs for a moment. I just said my taxi is already there. I find this really bitter for Hilton, especially when you pay for it. In general, hardly any people speak English and the rooms look really old, unfortunately we invested the money wrongly. Never again.

Initially our check-in experience with Marc was absolutely amazin! He was very professional and accommodated us immediately. Our room had a couple of maintenance issues which were fixed appropriately 30 minutes after I reported it. The location is fabulous! Right across the street are restaurants and a mall. I would stay here again on future trips, as well as, tell others about it.

It is a fantastic hotel with excellent rooms and located in a terrific place: in front of the Diagonal Mar Mall, near other good hotels, restaurants, and the beach. I did miss an upgrade as a gold member as it was showing availability through the app for a paid upgrade to have the same room on higher floors (11-20th). The room is updated and large, with a stunning view. The swimming pool environment is fantastic, and the excellent service offers different food and drinks. The breakfast restaurant has enough space, with an array of food options. Nonetheless, the workers were struggling to keep everything clean and available during peak times. My floor was smelling bad near the elevators. It seemed to me there was water or soaked carpet near the ice machine. Although I went by taxi, it is straightforward to reach by public transportation, whether by metro, bus, or tram. I returned to the Sants Station by metro within 30 min with two suitcases. Not difficult at all. I definitely recommend it for those on business or vacation trips.

Honestly, the hotel is fine. Rooms are good. Service too. Location good. Staff friendly.
So why the ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating? Elevators! If you are in the hotel while there is a convention of sorts and the convention center next door, you will never get the time back you spend waiting for the elevators. What’s worse, I’m told it was the same last year during the same conference I attended.
Seems like it could be resolved pretty easily!
