Do not stay here. Their customer service is appalling. We arrived at the hotel at 7:30 pm and were informed that our reserved room was not available. I paid extra for an ocean view room, yet they "upgraded" us to a city view room, which was cheaper and not what I had paid for.

We had to wait an hour to check in because they needed to "clean" the room for us. Then today, our room was not cleaned at all. When the housekeeper came in the morning, I asked him to return in an hour as my husband was still sleeping, but he never came back. When we called reception to request cleaning at 5:30pm we were told that housekeeping was done for the day at 3 pm. This was confusing, as they were apparently still cleaning rooms at check-in at 7:30 pm just two days prior.

Additionally, the hotel is located next to music festivals, and the noise is so loud that sleep is impossible. This hotel was a huge disappointment on every level.

I paid for the hotel in advance through a travel agency, as requested on the website. When I arrived, an overweight lady told me that I had to show the credit card used by the travel agency and be in possession of it. Otherwise, the amount would be refunded and I would have to pay in cash. It is very embarrassing that such untrained employees work in such a hotel. I actually had to pay the amount twice, and the travel agency, whose credit card I obviously do not possess, had the money refunded a few days later. Utter stupidity.

all other employees were totally nice. but this was a crazy welcome experience. till today no sorry nothing.
