Wonderful stay for 2.
Central location with amazing access to everything. You can just walk around. The hotel staff is nice and polite. Very considerate too. They offered us extra water after we had already checked out and come back to collect our bags. They were also giving us recommendations to things. Really nice people.
Would definitely come back and use this hotel for our stay in Barcelona.

We paid 1300 euros for 5 nights, the room was quite small, but that’s not where the real issue is. The gym is also sad, very sad… only three different equipments and the weight only goes up to 10kg.
The real problem is the service. One particular lady, I didn’t bother to remember her name but she worked the morning shifts and had long black hair and an attitude that could make Disney land depressing. She has this negative aura that would remind you of Hades so we’ll call here Hades for now. Not only was she unhelpful when we would ask for simple tasks, such as an iron, she did the bare minimum. We would request for help with the shower and twice we had to go down and remind her to send up maintenance.
There is no room service, there is a phone but no number written for us to call. The bar is apparently only open during summer. The quality of the hotel is by far not anywhere close to what we paid.
It’s a shame, was very excited about this trip and the hotel and the staff, Hades in particular really brought down the experience.

Excellent service and great customer service provided by Davide, who greatly enhanced our hotel experience and gave us great recommendations for dinner options. Grace, the pool hospitality evening server, was also very accommodating, friendly and gave us excellent service. The rooms were impeccably clean and organized. I recommend this Hotel for any cost conscience travelers who want to “get their money’s worth “

Great stay at Hotel Europark. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Additional the breakfast and pool/rooftop bar staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were above average. Additionally a great location and walking distance to a number of attractions/restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic trip. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The interior designer did a wonderful job, and the photos don’t do justice to the reality.
Breakfast was decent. If you are celiac or gluten intolerant, ask the day before for bread.
Excellent sound proofing. Professional and welcoming employees across the board.
Deserves more than a 3 star rating. A quality stay.

The location and service is great .
When we first check-in , the first room was having a bad smell from the bathroom drain , the hotel have helped us to change the room immediately . For the new room , it was good at first , however at night , when we take a shower at the bathroom, we can still smell the bad smell coming out from the drain sometimes , I think the drain system has some problem and it couldn’t be solved by just cleaning the room .
Hope the hotel can improve it !
