Sercotel Caspe

Clean and cozy, perfect place to rest after a tiring day roaming around the city.
Staffs were friendly and accommodating.
Check in and check out was convenient.
Overall we had a pleasant stay for 3days.

Very well laid out and designed hotel with modern rooms and amenities. Location was relatively convenient with a variety of public transport nearby. Downsides were that the room seemed to vary between hot and cold throughout the night, despite the noisy air conditioning, which really disrupted my sleep.

Loved this hotel. The rooms were big, beds were comfortable, had a big wardrobe with locker. The bathrooms were and had toiletries. Tea/Coffee making facilities were there in the room. Breakfast was amazing! Bright restaurant space; Fresh orange juice machine, cakes, chocolate croissants and champagne were the highlight!

Had a lovely stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful which made us feel pleasantly welcomed, the room was amazing and clean we were amazed by the big comfy bed. The breakfast was very good and tasty there is something for everyone and the cleaners did a great job in the room each day.

We had a delightful stay at Secrcotel Caspe. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful congratulations message and complimentary sweets awaiting us. This personalized touch added a memorable element to our stay. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, providing everything we needed. The hotel's location near local attractions was also a big plus for us. Special thanks to the staff who were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Thank you, Secrcotel Caspe, for exceeding our expectations and making our family vacation truly memorable. We look forward to returning

Pros: excellent location, about a 5 minute walk to the Metro, within a 15 minute walk to many popular attractions. the rooms were large with strong air conditioning. our bathroom was clean and large with both a walk in shower and a separate bathtub. staff speak english. We were able to get a discount as we booked during the summer which made our room less expensive than comparable ones in the area. large grocery stores nearby. quiet area (we did not have a window to the outside).

Cons and Concerns: they did not have blackout curtains so we needed to wear eye masks. we requested a quieter room so they gave us a corner room overlooking the interior "courtyard". However the first room we got had a weird smell to it. we opened the window and it got even worse. We got a room change for a similar room and opened the window (overlooking the interior) and still there was a bad smell coming in. So we just kept the window closed the whole time and kept the AC on which prevented the smells. Staff were quick and friendly to address our concerns immediately. I am still not sure what the smell is.

Overall: I would come here again for sure for its convenience at the right price.

Great location close or within reasonable walking distance of city attractions. Staff is courteous and professional. On site restaurant is nice. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast Buffet area is nicely decorated and has a large selection to include great coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
