Reviews
There are a lot of thefts around the hotel. They broke into my car by breaking the window.
And it only got better.
The staff at reception were outstanding offering assistance and support.
Our included breakfast was great and again the staff exceptional and able to communicate with us in English.
Enjoyed the breakfast buffet...
Great location.
Great rooftop pool.
And best of all, the staff are amazing, helpful and very friendly.
But the negatives cannot be ignored:
The cleaning is awful. My room had dirty mirrors, and long hairs everywhere (both of us have very short hair).
The bathroom humidity extractor didn’t work, so the humidity after a shower made it impossible to dry anything in the room (swimsuits and towels).
Soft drinks cost 10 euros… cocktail costs 12 but a can of coke 10… shameful, mostly when it comes to visiting families.
Good thing is the management and owners could solve those issues easily. At least I hope they pay their staff well because they are all amazing.
