Very good experience ! It was easy to keep our bikes in a safe place, which is not always the case.
To go to the hotel, you have to go up in the city during approx 20 min, but without difficulty.

Feel less comfortable. The hotel lies close to the bull fighting arena. Means hardly any parking spots. “You can park at the green line”. But they forget to tell you it’s paid and no more the a couple of hours. We ended up paying 50€ for two days parking. Staff “forgot” to tell us it was the biggest festive week of the year… no suggestions where to go… prior reviews were clear: “all you need in a hotel room”. But definitely not all you expect.

Good for the price, nice staff but a few points to improve. The first being the buffet at the breakfast that is way too oily, the room doesn’t make you feel cozy since the decoration is very plane.

Don’t get deterred by the outside look of the hotel, it’s a gem on the inside. If you travel by bike, they will take care of them. The room is well thought out, we liked the open bathroom and the separated toilet. The breakfast is good, you will find everything you need. The place round the hotel has a local vibe to it.

Kudos to the designers of this space! It had everything I needed and nothing more, meaning: safe, clean, attractive, but nothing fancy. I don’t need fancy, so I’m happy to pay less for just what I need. Also great service, nice open reception area, with bar, breakfast buffet, tables and chairs, almost like a little community center. A nice place to hang out for a minute, between adventures!

Overall, a very nice hotel. However, air conditioning was not functional at the time of my visit. Room temperature could not be set under 20 degrees. In such circumstances, a simple bed sheet would have been much more appropriate than a winter quilt.

A modern and clean place to stay. Good price to quality ratio. Room was neat and tight. The toilet a bit too tight with the door turning into the toilet. Every now and then the noise of the bathroom drain of the rooms above. Breakfast is good.

Terrific oasis from the busy streets of Bilbao. The rooms were comfortable, the shower gets 5 stars, the breakfast was really nice but above all the staff were so helpful and sweet. All in all a welcome stop.

I had a large (all the space I needed) and comfortable room which was very clean. It felt quite modern and well maintained. The location was good, on the edge of the new town, but not too far from most sites (20-25 minutes walk to the Guggenheim). I paid extra for the buffet breakfast, and although I'm vegetarian, there was plenty of options for me and it was very filling. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming and always willing to help or answer questions. Again they spoke excellent English.

very nice hôtel, very clean, very quiet and good beds, incredible breakfast with fresh orange juice and all you wish, my only small negative point are : for tee lovers very few choice, and no basics, and for a stay of one week i would like have at least one changing of sheets(because we pay every days the same price, we are not at home) . except those very small points, it was perfect and all the workers are very kind
