HM Alma Beach - Adults Only Hotel

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had!
From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The chefs were incredible – they personally made sure all my dietary restrictions were taken into account, and there was always warm gluten‑free baguette and delicious sweets waiting for me. The food was outstanding, with plenty of tasty options to choose from, and every meal felt like a special experience.

What really impressed me was how the staff went above and beyond to make me happy. Their attention to detail and kindness made my stay unforgettable. 10/10 – highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed for 4 days. Overall impressed with the value for money for this hotel. The food was great (sushi night was a favourite!). The rooftop pool was gorgeous in the 30 degree heat. 22 minute taxi (€17) from Palma centre. 2 min walk from the beach.

In terms of the staff, we thought the chefs were friendlier than the front of house staff. So service was okay, some better than others.

The biggest let down was the rooms outlook… straight at a wall. This really disappointed me as we purchased a balcony room, not expecting to not be able to see at least the sky let alone a decent city view. Then looking down from the rooftop, I could see empty balcony rooms. My recommendation would be to offer the best rooms when they are available and even offer upgrades for goodwill. It may encourage people to return. As based on this and this only, I wouldn’t pick this hotel again. You should be able to see the sky and be exposed to natural sunlight when you wake up in the morning, it’s essential for well-being. Or maybe I’m picky as an architect.

However, overall the hotel is worth the price.

Great hotel, we were initially placed in room 109, that room was dissapointing, no view, always dark and quite small. The staff was kind enough to move us to the 5th floor after 2 days and it was a different story, bigger, brighter.
The staff is always smiling and helpfull, food was decent although not really 4-star hotel material. We stayed a week and every day we had 90% the same breakfast served, luckly we didn’t get the all inclusive pack.
Coffee was terrible, I expected more.
The location is great, very close to the beach, the hotel is clean and always smells nice.
Although TV is not that important, sometimes I like to watch some youtube before I sleep, the room 109 didn’t have a smart TV, the hisense smart TV in 515 couldn’t connect to youtube, alot of the tv channels in the cable network were german…for that price you would expect more

My stay at the hotel was truly lovely, largely thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made every interaction a pleasure. Each morning started deliciously with the breakfast buffet, offering a fantastic array of choices to satisfy any craving. My room was immaculately clean, though I did find it a bit frustrating that the shower lacked cold water—a small detail, but one that's certainly missed after a hot day spent in the sun. On the brighter side, both pools were absolutely amazing, particularly the rooftop one, which boasts stunning views (just be sure to head up early to snag a spot!). The hotel's location was also a major plus, being just a short stroll from the beach and surrounded by an abundance of shops and restaurants.

Generally very nice hotel. Roof terrace is lovely. Staff is very friendly and kind. No car parking but there is one big car parking 10 mins walking distance.

Rooms are very small but enough for 5 days stay.I think sounds isolation is very poor we woke up few times because of other people were coming late to their rooms and talking each other in the hallway area

The hotel is in a nice area, making it a good choice for a short trip. It's also conveniently located near public transportation. The rooftop bar is very relaxing and a great place to unwind on a quiet night.
However, the room felt a bit small for three people, and the blankets did not have covers, which made us feel uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can improve this aspect for future guests.

Overall pretty good for our 3 days holiday, breakfast is quite a lot of varieties. There are two pools, both are quite small. First week of April is too cold to get into the pool. Bike rental services is €17 each, however, the nearby tour shop only €8 each per day.
Room is smaller than what we expected, can only fit in two twin beds.
