I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay very pleasant. Our room was cleaned daily and sometimes even twice a day, with fresh towels provided each time. One of the highlights of this hotel was the availability of a water dispenser on each floor, offering both still and sparkling water at different temperatures, as well as an ice machine.

Unfortunately, we encountered an issue on our first night when the shower door malfunctioned, causing water to leak onto the floor. This was an inconvenience, but the hotel staff promptly addressed the problem and upgraded us to a larger room on the same floor.

The hotel also offers a wide variety of meals, with an impressive selection at both breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the swimming pool and facilities were impeccably clean. There is also a spa on-site, which adds an extra layer of relaxation to your stay. Furthermore, guests receive a 15% discount at the beach club restaurant located beneath the hotel, which was a nice bonus.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely return. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Pablo and Sylvia for their excellent service.

The whole vacations were very nice in the iberostar Bahia de Palma. I liked the food and the rooms were very nice and clean. Also the service was incredible. The people who are working there are very helpful and nice. Especially one waiter was outstanding. His name is Yojhan. His service was amazing. If someone needed something he would help out immediately. Also he always asked if we needed something.

Great hotel! Iberostar does the same. Absolute satisfaction with everything, food, service, accommodation… first class bar, drinks, serving drinks, service… hola amigos… Stefan e otros… we will come again! And the live music on the terrace every night was super… mucho baila!

The hotel is located on the beach, has 2 very elegant and quiet swimming pools, one on the terrace with a beautiful view, the staff is always polite and attentive to the rules. Anticovid, in the evening in a quiet area with many clubs on the seashore, you choose this hotel if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The room cleaning is normal, we will return anticovid

Amazing location. Beautiful view from rooftop bar. And try out their infinity pool. I'm gluten intolerant and the Chefs have cooked yummy fresh crepes for breakfast and pasta/ pizza for dinner, and personalise to your liking. Kudos to the kitchen. Javier assistant manager super friendly and around to assist.

Overall, a nice hotel with a delicious breakfast. I would have expected a bit more for the price.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. We stayed for 4 nights, half-board. The food every day was delicious, far beyond what we were expecting. The staff are all lovely, very attentive and welcoming. The pool is amazing, always enough sun beds for everyone and it's literally a 15 second walk to the beach. All of the added extras, like champagne in the room, free cocktails and ice cream around the pool are what I would say should make this a 5*. Even though you're on the main strip, within the hotel it feels like a secret escape and you can't hear a thing. We can't wait to come again for when we need a moment of relaxation.

Amazing lives up to its standards & more. Service so good and everyone who works here so nice especially Soukaina helped us really well and remembered our roomnumber every morning and every night for meal. Clean rooms also amazing, cleaners left flowers and free drinks which was so sweet. I would love to come here again with my partner!
