Hotel Las Arenas

We booked this hotel for the location and it did not disappoint! Beautiful rooftop with lounge chairs and a pool. Amazing views of the ocean and beach as well! Rooms are fine but cleaning could be better. Bath towels are old, rough and raggedy (should be replaced). Breakfast could be better. I would stay here again just for the location and rooftop!

Excellence in service all round.. close to airport.. beautiful rooftop pool area bar and views, central to can pastilla... Rooms had amazing shower and bathroom.. sauna and spa facilities had to book..was a shame.no kettle.in rooms. Reception staff and bar outstanding .. beautiful area to sit and relax on evening and watch the world go by and great entertainment

We stayed 7 nights. Booked through agency. Even though we arrived very late we got our first night dinner. The rooms are indeed small and there's lack of storage space but it's nothing we couldn't survive. There is a fridge but no kettle. Beds very comfortable. Hotel is meant for older so age average is between 40/50 mostly couples.

The hotel doesn't offer all inclusive. We had the half board. Drinks (including water) at the dinner must be bought and they are ridiculously overpriced but nobody is forcing you. This is very common in Spain though. Dinner is delicious varying every evening. Breakfasts can get a bit crowded and you have to queue for coffee machine which is not only slow but serves bad coffee. Other than breakfast quality is also good.

Terrace pool/bar area can get crowded too but as there is no shade we've only passed through and decided to stay at pool downstairs. We were able to get sun beds almost every time in June. Pool is small but you can swim a bit. The view is nothing spectacular though as you are surrounded by hotel itself and other buildings.

Seller of the hotel is probably the location. C'an Pastilla is calm resort with many shops, restaurants and long promenade. City beach is right in front of the hotel equipped with public shower. There is another smaller beach in the bay around the corner but full of sea weed. There is Eroski supermarket with wide selection closeby. You can catch bus n.35 for 2e cash to the Palma city center. Hotel is nearby the airport but planes are not a problem at all. The noise is negligible.

My husband and I had a nice stay at Hotel Las Arenas. Located across the street from the beach, we had a sea view room on the 3rd floor with a balcony. The room was very comfortable to stay in. Our bathroom had two walls of glass with frosted glass in the center of the walls.

The rooftop infinity pools and bar are awesome! Great views of the ocean and a wonderful place to watch the sunset. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area. A delicious breakfast is included and there is a nice variety of items to choose from. Also, the hotel is a 10 minute cab ride to the airport.

We received a Welcome Gift of a bottle of wine but unfortunately it wasn’t delivered until 8:00pm with no glasses. I asked a couple of times for it but to no avail. We had to take it home on our flight. It would have been nice to receive it at check-in so that we could have enjoyed it then. Also, we received no information about the hotel when we checked in.

I would recommend staying at the Hotel Las Arenas.

Amazing buffet (both dinner and breakfast) and great staff. Rooms were clean and beautiful! The view from the room was amazing 🌴. I really loved the glass wall on the shower so you can take a shower with a view on the sea!!! (See my attached photos) I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

This hotel was better than expected...
Clean, bright and loads of space.
Roof top pool and seating area was amazing...360 degree views of everything... the whole beach and even over to Palma...
We had a sea view with balcony... perfect....
Food was good, we were B&B do can't review other meals...
Location is ideal if you want both a quiet time.... in Can Pastilla or a quick bus ride, €20 taxi or 4.5 mile walk and your in Palma!!
Been to Can Pastilla 3 times and going back on Oct 24, different hotel but it was booked a while ago, before I found this one...
Las Arenas will be the place I stay in future...

The food was fresh, tasty and versatile. The service is functional and friendly. Pepe warmly welcomed us to the meal. Vanessa's positively friendly and energetic atmosphere caught my eye. Many thanks to the entire staff.👍👍

Located right on the beach, excellent food. It required renovation, but as far as I know, renovation was carried out in 2019.

Good hotel by the sea, marine and the beach. It has a nice cafe and restaurant on the ground floor. Service is okay, they provided us late dinner two times and early breakfast once and a room for suitcases and bathroom to take a shower on our last day. The food is okay, but they serve similar or the same dishes and food almost every day, but there are a lot of options. We were very surprised that they charged us for 0,5l water at the dinner since it is free for breakfast and that you can drink as much as you want. Champagne for breakfast two times was really nice and fancy. Good and clean rooms, not very spacious, but okay. A nice touch is the see-through shower cabin in the bedroom. The beds are separate, one king bed would be much better and also they are old and creaky. Rooftop solarium with pool is amazing.
