Good location, modern and clean but would never return.
Rooms are very good, clean and comfortable, cleaning os regular.
Food is very good, with a lot of local dishes.
I will gladly come back here for a longer stay.
What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming to us and especially attentive to our child, engaging with them at every opportunity and making them feel special.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the housekeeping staff occasionally forgot to replenish the water, toilet paper, and toiletries in our room. However, this did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction.
The hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from the main beach, added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. We were very pleased with the level of service and the wonderful atmosphere at Hotel BG Java. Highly recommended for a family getaway!
