Nice and clean hotel with rich breakfast that lasts until 11. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Manuel at breakfast that made us feel very welcome. One thing I didn't like is bad sound isolation in rooms, I was woken up several times by other guest's alarm clocks. Overall I would recommend coming here.

My husband, son and I spent 9 nights over there and had a fantastic experience. Nice modern and clean room with air-conditioning, balcony with pool views, mini fridge and tv with channels in different languages. Wifi available. Room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced daily. Breakfast was good with a lot of different options, and brunch was fantastic too. My husband is celiac and gluten free bread was available daily, keep in mind you need to ask the waiters. The pool and the pool side bar was nice. Hotel located 5 minutes walk from the beach and very easy to access to palma city on the 25 bus number, only 2 euros per person. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them.

Very nice hotel just the beds are too old and not comfortable. However, breakfast/brunch was exclusive!

Wonderful Stay – Exceeded Expectations!
We were lucky to get a room with a rooftop terrace and jacuzzi – what a dream! The hotel was stylish, clean, and in a great location. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back!

Convenient location, nice and quiet. 10 min walk to the beer king. Nice staff, nice rooms. Good breakfast, good dinner. Will be happy again

I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel. It is not bad, it’s relatively clean and spacious, but the rooms have limited facilities and there was a shortage of staff (although we did go off season) and the quality of food and coffee was quite low. I found my time here overall relatively pleasant and do not have major complaints, if you go with the expectation of a 3 star hotel you will be content.
Being further out of town may look like a downside but there is an express bus for 2 euros into the city centre. There is also a lot in the nearby area.

I had a great time at the Luxor Hotel! Breakfast and dinner were included, as well as free coffee. The hotel is very close to the beach, the bus stop (A2) to the airport, and shopping. I rented a bike across the street and bought a bike for the night for only 3 euros, then left it in the hotel garage. A wonderful stay and an incredible price - only about $75 a night. I highly recommend.

Be aware of SCAM you do not get what you book follow the pictures and a hotel website!
I booked the double room 5 month before visiting Palma.
You see in a pictures nice building with a nice rooms.
We arrived, checked in, paid in full and received room 113 in an old building on a top of the kitchen.
Room with disability shower without any divider between shower and toilet, water staying on a floor, extremely humid with a partial mold on a shower walls!
Air conditioner doesn’t go down less than 24C.
As we saw the room I can back to reception and ask the clerk to change the room. He answer I do not have another room and I asked for the manger.
After conversation with a manager he didn’t provide immediate solution and he promised to change room tomorrow morning.
We spent night in humid, hot room. Linen were wet from humidity. Night was horrible and we almost didn’t sleep!
Next day I asked receptionist to change the room and he didn’t have any idea about changing the room, after arguing with me he called to manager Antonio,
He proposed to change the room but we have to wait until noon ( you pack, sit in a lobby and wait).
I asked for upgrade and I was willing to pay 85€ just to finish this unprofessional and unpleasant experience, we came for vacation on wanted to enjoy the time and stay.
In 10 min upgraded room was available ( such a miracle)!
I requested compensation for one night from a manager but next day received the letter of excuses that compensation was rejected as after maintenance check AC is 14.7C - that’s a lie, fake picture provided. How that’s possible if on control panel showing 24?
Humidity is a normal in Palma and excuse after excuse.
Shampoo is not available that’s ok you should wash you hair with body wash ( in North America and Europe we use shampoo to wash the hair)
We decided do not continue to argue with mister Antonio as we understood that he is very unprofessional, unpleasant and he can not perform the duty of hotel manager!
Upgraded room was very good, clean and pleasant to stay with a great housekeeping team.
No English TV a channels available.
Safe is 3€ per day it's just extortion of money from a guests!
Breakfast is good with a lot of choices, only one problem as all meat products made from pork - no chicken, turkey or smoked salmon.
Unfortunately we had very bad experience first two days!
That’s in not 4* hotel for sure!

There are no TV channels in English, only German and Spanish (of course). The rooms are clean, small and there is not much of a view from the balcony. However the breakfast is very good. The swimming pools are small but south west facing for plenty of sun.
