Just come back home from staying in Palma for 4 nights. Stayed at this hotel which was in a great location, the shops, restaurants, aquarium and beach was all within walking distance. The breakfast had ample to choose from and the staff were lovely - the roof top pool was great. Would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Cleaned everyday. I stayed for work so cannot speak to the leisure aspect but solid hotel

The hotel was ok, near to airport, city and the beach. The room was so clean and the ac works great. The worker was so nice to us. The breakfast was great. But the room wall was so thin, we can hear anything outside the room, ohh and sadly they don’t have hairdryer.

Definitely not a 4* hotel!
All people that say this is good experience haven’t been to many hotels. For the price you can get so much more.
-very small breakfast offering, not too tasty either and you get 30mins time slot to wrap your breakfast
-no hair dryer in the room and no mini bar
-only 1 soap in bathroom with stinky smell
-very noisy like you’re in a box of matches, you can hear everything going around and trust me you will hear it since there are groups of people who hang around each other’s rooms
-room had other people’s hair on the floor when we checked in
One day power was out (they announced on the flyers) and they haven’t prepared for it, people were going with their phone flashlights to grab breakfast. I don’t blame staff here, they are quite friendly but this is poor hotel management.
Only positive things to say:
-comfortable beds, but hard to sleep for longer due to hallway noise
-modern hotel look & proximity to beach and airport
All in all, I wouldn’t repeat my stay here.

Really nice and friendly staff willing to help as much customers as they can, very accommodating. Walking distance from to the beach. Personally would recommend the superior room as standard is kinda small for me, plus the mini fridge is free of charge in superior and gets stocked up everday. Close by to airport, cost around 16 euros for a taxi.

Great hotel at a cheap budget price. Booked 2 rooms and were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel when we arrived early. Check in was smooth and staff speak good English, Spanish and some German.
Rooms themselves were spacious, modern and clean. They had double beds, air conditioning, TV, fridge, safe and balcony with seating. The bathroom was very clean and contained some small toiletries.
Breakfast was included and featured juices, sweet pastries, breads, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheeses and hot selection. Coffee also made upon request.
The hotel has a rooftop small pool about 5m long with 2 bed style loungers and deck chairs. The only complaint about the hotel is that there were enough seats while we were there and there is little shade on the terrace.
Overall, a great hotel with fantastic transport links (A2 from the airport and 25 to Palma centre) with a supermarket around the corner. Great price and would definitely return.

We were a group of 7 in Mallorca, for a week, and we have booked 3 double rooms and a single room. 3 out of 4 rooms were quite dirty at arrival (hair, dust, crumbles, mud).
However the staff was very nice to us and Starting with the second day everything became better, the rooms were cleaner.
Good breakfast, friendly employees (always ready to assist and support you).
There were enough parking places in the Area (for free) and the distance to the beach was small.
In conclusion, it was an good hotel, which had the disadvantages mentioned at the beginning.

Excelent attention and services.
The bedroom was very comfortable and the cleaning services great.
The location is perfect, because you have a beautiful beaches and a lot of restaurants very close.
The breakfast was very good, super complete: american and spanish breakfast.
The staff was really kind and helpful.
We will definitely come back!

Stayed here for 3 nights last week. The room was clean, nice bathroom and a nice bed! We booked our stay with breakfast, the food was good. And what I liked was that the staff was making the coffee fresh from the machine, really nice! The staff was really friendly and helpfull if you needed something. The location of the hotel is also very nice, just a short 2/3 min walk and you are at the boulevard with a lot of restaurants and shops. Would defenitely recommend this hotel and we will be back another time.
