This hotel is fantastic, situated just 10 minutes from Palma's city center. It boasts a prime location along the beautiful, west-facing Playa De Palma, right in the heart of the stunning coastline. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean, and the dining options for breakfast and dinner cater to all tastes, from healthy choices to indulgent treats, with a delightful selection of desserts always available. My only minor piece of constructive criticism is that the pools aren't heated. Nevertheless, I would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Me, my husband and my 18 month old stayed for one week and felt very comfortable. The room was decent sized and comfortable. The kids pool was our favorite. My son spend most of his time here, playing with other kids and toys. He had a blast. Lunch, snacks and drink around the pool area were great. The staff was very very friendly. Location was amazing. We were able to go to the beach throughout the day as it is so so close, just crossing the street. Breakfast buffet was delicious always. Will stay again for sure!
The only negative was there were no black-out curtains and I would have liked a parasol on the balcony as the sun would be blasting during the evening and it was difficult to sit comfortably outside, specially for my 18 month old.

Nice hotel with fresh quite new rooms. Pillows are a disaster, but you can get softer if you ask the reception. The house keeping can be better but acceptable. Breakfast is very good, you can order omelette but no crispy bacon, but the evening dinner is quite average, after some time you like it lesser and lesser. Only shower cream combinated with schampo nothing else. We lost our luggage but hotel didn't offer any one time products like toothbrush and such during time before we got it.

Amazing staff, kind, polite, and helpful.
They have upgraded our room for some reason, which was another bonus, and made our stay the best!
Room (actually studio or apartment) was gorgeous with the best view ever, clean and tidy.
About the food - so delicious, plenty of choice, every day different dishes. They don't save money on food - fish, seafood, Spanish local food, everything fresh and tasty. Great professionals, I would say.
For us this is the best hotel in the area.
Highly recommend to all who want to book this amazing hotel to do it directly through their website as the prices were cheaper than third-party companies. Also, you will support them directly, and I think they totally deserve it!

Very fair trade. You get what you paid for. Not 4 stars but definitely 3. All rooms have excellent sea view. Everything is functional as expected. The Teka faucets are absolutely the best I have ever seen. The air conditioning system struggle in the evenings and could be improved. The location is perfect in a quiet area, close to Palma. The staff is very professional, smiling and helpful. A little minus for the food, but you can not be too peeky given the price. All in all an excellent hotel I warmly recommend.

Friendly staff, great location (bus stops near by, from the pool area, cross the street and you are on the beach), good variety for meals, clean rooms. The only drawback was that we received a room on the side of the hotel, balcony facing the HM Tropical Hotel and having a lateral sea-view (at the other end of the hotel, the farthest from the sea), the view from the balcony is in the picture attached. There was a constant buzz (noise) from a generator belonging to HM Tropical and it was annoying. When we asked for a different room, the staff at the reception said they had no other rooms available. After a few days, we got used to the noise, but if we had had a choice, we would have preferred a room facing the pool area of the HMS Golden Playa.
