Beautiful, historical bed and breakfast that is perfectly located near the old town, quiet and peaceful. A great option for those visiting Tenerife away from the tacky resort monstrosities.

Authentic little local hotel with all the basic ameneties available. Breakfast was decent but do not expect an extensive buffet. Staff was very kind and cleaning of the room was done correctly. The Check-in could have been improved by providing extra options next to calling a local number and having all the information passed on via phone.

It is a typical house but old, some parts of the room were in bad shape, there is mould on the wall, spiderwebs... the communal areas looked better maintained.

This 300 year old building breathes charisma and cozyness, we loved having our great breakfast in the courtyard surrounded by trees and ferns. The personal was super friendly and made us feel at home. Do note that due to the age of the building the sound insulation of the rooms is not great. Nonetheless a recommendation for anyone looking for a more authentic experience!

Great hotel, with a very pleasant cafeteria. Located in an ancestral home which has been astonishingly well renovated. Staff members go out of their way to make you feel at home and answering the queries you may have. Rooms have been very tastefully decorated, and breakfast is first class. Will repeat!!

Location and view are the best. It is higher up around a 10 min drive from the city center but very quiet and a rustic but authentic and very nice old restored building. There is a pool and a play area for kids with toys and a swing. The WiFi is great as is tidiness. A car is a must have for this location. This is a beautifully restored finca overlooking the Atlantic and with views of the Teide. The staff were all so friendly. Our room was large and cosy and we couldn't have felt more at home when we came back from long days exploring the wonderful surroundings.

We had a great week in the hotel. The staff, in particular Phillip, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We got really good guidance on the local activities and nightlife. Although in the hotter months I can imagine an AC would be needed this was not an issue for us. The only issue was that we had no WiFi in our room on the block across from the reception.

The kindness of the hotel staff, the beautiful pool area, the healthy and tasty food and the unique style of the hotel made our stay special and memorable.

On overall this is a great value/ cost hotel. For 60€ we got a one night in a room with a view to the mountains, and two buffet breakfasts. The hotel has a great outdoor space with an amazing swimming pool. Additionally, you can get your bus ticket from the hotel to Puerto de la cruz refunded so the distance is not really an issue! Please note this is a 3 star hotel so do not expect certain amenities...

Decent quality hotel. Actually best you could get at this price. Good service, clean. Spectacular ocean view from the rooms. Food is OK and again, best they could do at this price. We are happy. We are here mainly among older group of Germans but that makes no problem to us at all.

The room was nice, spacious, with kitchen, balcony and a shower. Breakfast was nice too, enough dishes to pick from. Dinner was pretty good aswell. The price was completely fine for local standarts and I got a bit more than I even paid for maybe during my 3 days stay of resting. Everything just worked. We had a balcony room with a sea view which was quite nice on the 12th floor. Wifi seems to stop after the 6th floor so if your on a floor above this you will have to use data in your apartment. My friend and I stayed in a superior double room, which had a balcony with a stunning view of the sea. The location, pool and staff were lovely. Breakfast buffet was amazing! However, the lunch and dinner could be better. This location is ideal for those who want a very very relaxed holiday.

This is rather a 3 stars hotel. The sea view and the pool are great. However, it's really old and the food is awful. I wonder if this hotel's manager has ever had dinner at the buffet. Just horrendous quality of the food.

This hotel is amazing start to finish. Every staff member throughout the hotel from we arrived until we left, were so helpful and friendly. Room was modern and very clean, we had a room on level 1 as we attended for a convention, if we stayed again I would request a room on a higher level as I like using the balcony. I have stayed at this this hotel three times over the years. I just loved the place. Food grand...large bedrooms with big confy beds ...staff were very helpful. Just about ten minutes walk to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Also a neighbouring hotel five minutes away had adult dancing almost every night where all the locals danced...very enjoyable. There is also live entertainment in the hotel...

It's a huge hotel in relatively good location, it's older hotel but generally well maintained and clean. There is a swimming pool and a small pool for kids. The food for breakfast, but also lunch or dinner is quite low quality, mostly from frozen things and it doesn't have much flavor, tastes cheap and bland. Lovely holiday at this hotel. Very clean, excellent food for an inclusive. In two weeks we ate out twice just because the food in the hotel was so varied and well presented. Service from the majority of staff was great. Walking distance to Loro Parque. In a nice quiet area of Tenerife. I would recommend this hotel for a family holiday. So the hotel has its faults, which the management is partially seeing to, but, in my experience, it is far from being a 4* hotel. The entertainment starts far too late. The meal service options are somewhat limited, and most restaurant staff lack any positive spirit. In most cases, I've half finished my main without any drink provision, and they never follow up with another drink if you've finished...

Hotel is located in a great location about a third of the way up a hill. Feels like you walk up the hill un both directions though...Staff are great very helpful and multi lingual. Apart from one of the lifeguards who I dont think talks full stop. We had the top tier all inc package and it worked well. We did visit out of season so some renovation work was being done on the hotel but there was no disturbance...

Great and lovely time at the hotel. Staff were exceptional kind and helpful most especially Veronica. She was superb with her yoga class and she always had a smile on every time. I will recommend the hotel to my friends and family and will ask them to attend the yoga class as well. Definitely coming back to the hotel again

Food was great and really enjoyed the location of this hotel. There could be a few small improvements such as: the entertainment was ok but could put a disco on afterwards to just end the nights better. Also the furniture in the hall could be more comfortable as my our backs were aching after a couple of hours. The beds were on wheels and singles, just joined to act as a double bed. Not ideal for couples... The view was fine, the food was average (we only had breakfast). The whole experience was underwhelming, we expected more from this establishment.

Second time there, food is 5 stars, stuff very helpful and polite. This time , there was and issue with cleanliness, in three occasions plates in the restaurant were dirty, toilet but wasn't cleaned for two consecutives days. Great Location for the Beach (Playa Jardin), and close to the town center. Parking can be a bit tricky, if you have a rental car. Food was pretty good, same for the room. It's a little tired, but the staff are excellent. I've stayed here twice and would again.

Lovely hotel and staff. I didn't like the mattress, it makes a hole in the middle when you sleep and in my opinion the bathroom cleaning is not made properly when they come to refresh the room. Apart of that, very nice!

Clean, good value hotel 5 to 10 min walk to promenade and the the old quarter. Staff friendly and decent spacious rooms. However, breakfast was of average quality and not worth €12 - if you don't normally eat much, then it is better to walk to local café .

The rooms are ok, clean and have everything, that is needed. The service is not speaking English, but they are trying at least. The worst thing is food, which is sometimes hard to eat and repeatedly. Localisation is very good and it's the best about this hotel.

Best quality of this hotel is the location. Close to the beach, close to downtown and even close to bus terminal or supermarket. The personal is nice and friendly, but trying to speak English is not their strong suite. You can usually get by better with German or French sometimes. Well, not such a easy one to review. Keeping in mind we had a really cheap booking price and it's a 3 star hotel I'll try to sum it up. The moment you walk in you go back to the 70s, everything you see but well maintained... Accept for the pool, that looks sad. I had room 212 and it's the same as the rest of the hotel, outdated. Taps were leaking and the bad had his best days more than a few years...

First Night was awful was on lower floor and we could here everything didn't sleep and bed was really uncomfortable we complained and they changed us to third floor and was so much better. Breakfast was really basic all cheap ingredients.. the last morning we went to the bar across the road for breakfast instead.

I knew the hotel since a number of years. The new management start a renovation campain last year. Rooms getting better. The toproof bar with a fantastic view is now completly new as SkyBar Lounge. Enjoy the sundowner with a cocktail.
