Great hotel!! Even if it’s 3 stars but it’s placement is very good, you have all sorts of stores and restaurants, during the evening at the bar downstairs there is a live singer. Absolutely lovely!

The room was great, decent size, very comfy bed and pillows. The apartments were very well situated and had plenty of restaurants and bars near by. The pool was fantastic and the grounds were very well maintained, with grass and luscious plants and trees. It was very peaceful around the pool, no loud music. Good choice for a budget hotel if you aren't interested in partying/animation/organised entertainment. Ideal for garden/plant lovers as the botanical gardens is a 5 minute walk away. Coral Teide mar was a nice place to stay with very nice staff,excellent service and rooms kept clean. The reception staff tried hard to fulfill any requests we had, Good views from our 5th floor room. Pool nicely kept and situated. Plenty of night life in the area so could be a bit noisy on a night time, but people come on holiday to enjoy themselves. Would definitely stay again. Great Time there.

Conveniently located above the main part of Puerto de la Cruz and within easy walking distance of several good restaurants. Apartments are adequate rather than luxurious, but their buffet breakfasts were excellent. No complaints - the pool barmen were entertaining characters!

I have been here 10 days and can find no fault with the food, service, rooms. The standards of cleanliness are very high and I would totally recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

On arrival it looked promising, the rooms are nice and we have a lovely view of the mountains and sea. However, we were told that we had to eat after 8.30pm which is late for us. Stayed for a week in June/July 2017. Really peaceful location on the edge of town with a free shuttle bus into the town centre every day except Sunday. 2 things that let this place down; the lack of life guards policing the pools and some of the entertainment. The Adult only pool, does as it says on the tin, is frequently used by non adults. We have just come back from a 7 night stay here. The hotel was stunning, clean and very well maintained. The pools were lovely especially the invinity pool. The food was lovely and lots of choice every day. The waiters/ waitresses were so friendly and welcoming. Cannot fault our stay with this hotel. Will defiantly come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this all inclusive resort. Never went hungry. Restaurants and food available all day. Drinks 24/7. Bottled water available for your room. The rooms were amazing. Very Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing place to stay. Not much directly outside the hotel if you like walking around. You will need a taxi or bus to get around.

It is a decent all-inclusive hotel for the price. Rooms feel newly refurbished and nice. We got lucky with the view from the room. Something to consider is that the minibar is empty and there are no toiletries. The hotel has a 5 pools with one smaller "adults only" area, which is always packed. However the whole area has plenty of spots for suntanning. Be aware that most tanning places get taken...

Absolutely amazing place. From checking in to checking out the staff are amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Fantastic facilities to suit everyone. If you can't find something to do or can't find something to eat in one of their many restaurants I'd be amazed. Would definitely recommend this place 100%

The pool area has multiple different types of pools which is great, the food area you can get a table outside or inside the food was amazing. A large resort with beautiful pools surrounded by palms, cactus, and other natural features. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing service. Beautiful location. Two little towns you can wonder to on each side of the resort. Right next to a pebble beach and if you wonder off to the left side you can find a natural black sand beach.
