Everything was very good . Check -in and check-out was very easy . They housekeepimg was very good . But I would like to suggest that they should change the pillows and blanket . Even though it was clean but they look like it has been used for too long time and there are some permanent stains on the covers . And pillows became so hard .

The appartment was spacious and suited our visit. It was plenty of space for three people, staff was very nice and helpful. It had almost all necessary kitchen accessories (except cutting board) very nice view trough the balcony. We had a great week in the hotel. The staff, in particular Phillip, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We got really good guidance on the local activities and nightlife. Although in the hotter months I can imagine an AC would be needed this was not an issue for us. The only issue was that we had no WiFi in our room on the block across from the reception.

On overall this is a great value/ cost hotel. For 60€ we got a one night in a room with a view to the mountains, and two buffet breakfasts. The hotel has a great outdoor space with an amazing swimming pool. Additionally, you can get your bus ticket from the hotel to Puerto de la cruz refunded so the distance is not really an issue! The room was nice, spacious, with kitchen, balcony and a shower. Breakfast was nice too, enough dishes to pick from. Dinner was pretty good aswell. This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp. We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone.

Excellent hotel. You can park with car or motorbike in the garage for free. Rooms are clean and nice. Good food, nice staff. It is a good bit of walk to the beaches and the way is upward. The hotel itself has plenty to offer: gym, pools, bars, events. You can use safe locker in the rooms with number combination so you don't have to carry extra key.

We stayed here for 5 days. It is a fantastic hotel. The pools were a big selling point for us, and did not disappoint. It is staffed by friendly, attentive staff and the food and drink selection is excellent. They went above and beyond to help us when we lost a pair of sunglasses in a taxi. Amazing place! It was the best decision for our vacation to book this place- location on the top of the hill with breathtaking views ( it will be recommended to have a car as it is a bit far and steep to walk by foot). Food was in my top 10 of all the things i have tasted so far - fresh and delicious. Rooms were not super modern but clean. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have really enjoyed my time here. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has been really good, although after 5 days could do with some different choices. Very close to the town centre and seafront. Many restaurants and bars close by. There is a lovely roof top area with a small pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. A big thank you to the hotel, and I will return at some point. Recommended

Fantastic place to stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Pretty beautiful and functional rooms. The ones with terrace are pretty convenient to enjoy the freshness of the afternoon. It's a older hotel but spotless . The rooms are a little worn but everything worked and the twin room we stayed in had a bathroom and on suite which was handy . No Aircon but good ventilation and a fan kept the room comfortable. For the really cheap price to say here I really can't complain and all the staff we met where very polite.
