It was ok for us and the children for 1 night. The shower urgently needs repairs. The shower tray has even broken, which is why there is always water on the floor after showering. The receptionist was very friendly and we were even able to leave our luggage there until our onward flight. Thank you very much

The toilet in our apartment was blocked so we had no other option other than to use the Lift, unfortunately the lift had no toilet paper resulting in wiping our bottoms with our hands and smearing it all over the inside of the lift, next time we
Will take the stairs as the smell in the Lift was overpowering.
I would not book this hotel again unless they fix the toilet, supply the Lift with toilet paper and a air freshener.

So starting with the good things first: The service personal was always nice to us and the cleaners were very friendly. Its placed nicely for going out at night and having a beautiful 10min walk back along the coast. Now the negatives: We basically had no cold water(i think because it was the 4th floor), the electricity hopped out once and when it rained the balcony door wasnt sealed good enogh to hold back the water. Imo these sre things you can absolutely live with in a 2 star hotel. We discovered that if you build a tower in fron of the air cooler you have yourself a beautiful food and drink cooler. All in all i was pleasently surprised with the hotel, as it was clean and had all we needed for a very good price.

Nice place, kind people, very close to the beach, bus station, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets.

I don't really use to review hotels, because we need just to sleep in there, BUT Leblon is something really awsome! It is a smaller, very friendly hotel, where you can feel, for this time, you are at home. It belongs to a family. They are very friendly takes care about you and have everything under control.
Rooms are clean and air conditioned, bathrooms are comfortable and has unlimited warm water. We had a cute balcony with sea view (maight be not all of the rooms has).
The breakfast buffet has a huge selection, you won't get bored, you'll always find something new.
The hotel is about 1,5 mins from thd beach and shops.
One more thing. If you like coffe, dont forget to try they Cafe americano!

S'Arenal has limited amount of parking places, therefore I recommend to to use taxi or transfer from airport in the season, or you will park your car far from the centre.

stayed here four nights, was very impressed for price! clean rooms (not overly spacious but perfectly adequate), air con worked well and the bathroom was lovely. wifi was excellent. kind staff and the drinks fridge in the lobby was a god send. cannot recommend enough!

Get what u pay for, which is fine. The elderly couple either own the place or are extremely comfortable in it. No English and the elderly woman made me feel like a naughty kid when I came in without shoes. She had a constant face of thunder and was not very helpful at all. Felt like an inconvenience.
I requested gluten free options after I booked, which was ignored. The breakfast was quite dire and had stale bread.
