Best Western Plus Hotel Alfa Aeropuerto

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a perfect hotel for our stay! We stayed about 9 nights and were out and about in town most of the time and came back just to rest and recharge later at night. Manuel was absolutely lovely and greeted us there in the lobby every time we came back with a big smile and was so nice and caring. He helped us out with anything we needed or questions we had. He really made it feel like a comfortable stay the entire time we were there. The cleanliness and service is amazing as well across the board. The breakfast they offered was delicious and we definitely took advantage of that a few times during our stay before we hit the town. The amenities are perfect as well. They have a small pool that is great for relaxing and cooling down as well as a sauna and gym which were perfect additions for a longer stay if you find yourself with some downtime. The hotel is about 20 minutes outside of the center of Barcelona but perfectly situated near a few bus stops and a metro/subway station that made traveling much easier once we figured out the public transport. Can’t recommend this place enough for those that are looking for somewhere to rest and recharge in between busy or hectic vacation days! We can’t wait to come back again honestly.

Close to airport and very convenient for staying overnight for transfers. Hotel restaurant served very good food. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel shuttle buses from hotel to airport are convenient and reliable.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this beautiful hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were both warm and professional, Manuel made sure all was well and our needs were met, top notch all the way!

It's a really nice experience! The hotel's shuttle bus is very covenient! The front desk staff, Manuel, was very friendly and made me feel at home. I was very tired after a long flight, but I immediately felt refreshed after staying at the hotel. Shuttle bus' driver was also very nice!What a Wonderful experience!

Airport hotel with free airport transfer. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spaceous, clean and modern. Airport transfer was punctual, and took 20 minutes to get to terminal 2 (less for terminal 1). Since I arrived early I left my bags at the hotel, where they had a locked space to store it. There is a bus stop right outside, but with Free Now taxi app it cost € 19-23 to get to/from the city centre.

This was a lovely short stay. Away from the city but close to the airport. The staff were lovely. Good service and they were always friendly and answered all our questions/ provided help. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar a lot.

This hotel is super close to the airport. Head left out of the hotel and cross the bridge, and you'll find a really pleasant area, blissfully removed from the city center. We even stumbled upon a Chinese restaurant there, where we enjoyed delicious egg fried rice and 'luxury' instant noodles. The owner even waived the change for us, and the family of three running the place were incredibly kind 👍. Plus, the hotel is also conveniently located near a subway station.

I had a great experience at this hotel, everything met expectations: the room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were as described. But what truly stood out, and why I would recommend this place, was the outstanding service during an unexpected moment of panic.

At 4 a.m., while already at the airport and checked in for my flight, I realized I had forgotten my ID in my hotel room. With my suitcase already in the hold, I was stuck: I couldn’t board the plane without it. I called the hotel, and Franco at the front desk immediately took action. He personally went to the room I had just checked out of, found my ID, and coordinated to get it to me at the airport.

There were a few complications along the way, and we had to exchange multiple phone calls, but Franco was calm, efficient, and clearly determined to help. Thanks to his quick thinking and the hotel’s shuttle service (which is included with the stay), my ID was delivered just in time.

In short: the hotel is great, but it’s the service that sets it apart. I’m incredibly grateful to Franco and the team for going above and beyond. I made it home without further issues, and I won’t forget the professionalism I experienced. Highly recommended

Extremely close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive. They offer a shuttle service, making airport transfers very convenient. While the rooms are compact, the facilities are decent. It's perfect for travelers catching an early flight the next day.
