Hotel Amic Horizonte

Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. Staff was absolutely horrible, the receptionist called Angel was very rude towards my girlfriend, and also she was pregnant. She couldn’t get into the room before 3pm and he was allowing other guest to check in earlier. Very unprofessional. And when we finally checked in, the room was with the partial sea view, not the one that we have booked and paid for. The AC didn’t work in the evening and when we reported it, lady behind the desk told us to open the window. Housekeepers were so loud in the morning, woke us up. Overall absolutely horrible place to stay.
The answer regarding small fee that you can pay in advance is also ridiculous, you should have trained your staff properly so they can offer that to guests, I would certainly pay extra so my PREGNANT girlfriend can get in. And yes we have seen also your rooms with pictures and we know what we booked. After your reply to my review I definitely don’t recommend this play to stay. Thank you

One of the worst experiences of my life. We there for a relaxing vacation which turned into a stressful one with no solution in sight.
The receptionist was unresponsive, we reached there night and the room given to us was the ones under the pool, the cooling wasn't working and room smelled like chlorine. We requested a room change or at least to check the AC, the receptionist was playing games on his phone and assuring us that it is being done, while nothing happened and we couldn't get any rest. All this caused great discomfort to my pregnant wife and ruined our short trip.

Upon complaining the hotel management assured us with monetary compensation and a free night the next time we stay, but just as there service was poor, their promise also empty. No refund was issued and no voucher was given. I have everything on email proof but it has been months and no action has been taken.

With the consideration that mistakes do happen, the worst part was the hotels service and lack of care for the whole ordeal.

So disappointing. Location isn't convenient to Palma sights or beach, pool is unheated, closes early and isn't accessible by elevator. No hot tub for sore muscles, maybe some guests have reviewed private ones? Shower, not bath and it sends water onto floor, previous water damage showing to door, etc. I wasn't able to check in even a little early despite 4:45AM arrival on ferry. I paid at one then waited around until 3PM by the book. Baggage room isn't behind concierge counter so I don't trust it. 150 step hill climb up and down to a shopping mall seems to be the main food option nearby. Hotel only offers transit to and from the airport, not the port or city center. Cheap mattress and bad pillows round out an uncomfortable stay. I'll be limping along the waterfront and dreading the hill climb for a couple more days.
