Location: 10 km from the airport of Palma de Majorca and 2 km from the city centre.
Consists of 9-storey building of the main building and an additional 4-storey block.
The hotel has 199 rooms, most overlooking the sea or the pool.

A decent hotel on the west side on the city side within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Also close to a very good bus service. Hotel room was very good with very comfortable beds and nice bathroom with great rainfall style shower. Reception staff were okay. Pool area was excellent with lots of sunbeds and large area on several levels. However bar staff were miserable with unfriendly and slow service. Bar Restaurent’s menu was good with nice food. Despite the little criticisms I would stay here again.

Amic Horizonte in Mallorca boasts stunning views of the bay and a good location. However, the hotel shows signs of aging, with some amenities needing an update. While the staff is generally friendly, the service can be inconsistent. It’s decent for a budget stay, but don’t expect luxury.

Just leaving today after a great 5 days. From reviews I was a little nervous as to what the hotel would be.
The hotel, whilst not flashy or lavish, offers everything needed and is perfectly adequate. Our accommodation was very spacious, spotlessly clean and maintained well, with very friendly and accommodating staff.
The location is as stated but found the walk back quite pleasant and not overly exerting (and I’m not the fittest!)
I would have no hesitation in returning to the Horizonte, or in recommending it. We’ve had a very enjoyable stay, thank you Horizonte ☀️🏖️😎

Very clean and tidy, both our room, the hotel and the pool/bar areas, good lay out near the pool with plenty of seating/sun-beds, and also plenty seating for the bar/restaurant area which is across the pool.
Breakfast had a decent selection of food, fruit, pastries etc and the day/evening time bar/restaurant had great meal/cocktail choices, very good money worth for the week we stopped here.
Car hire, unless your fine with lots of public transport, was needed for visiting further places to explore lots more of the island and beaches but the hotel is still walking distance to transport, bus/taxi stands, and walking distance down to palmar harbour near the strip of bars, restaurants and gift shops.

Let’s start to say a big thank to for the reception stuff!
They are amazing guys, trying to resolve anything that pops up with the hotel…as the hotel (part of it) is a bit old and requires renovations (bathroom), better maintenance (doors, air conditioners etc.).
The room served all our needs actually, we do not require much as we like to spend our time outside mainly. The pool and the view were truly nice. They had a bar with foods and drinks.
I would like to highlight here Alberto who helped us resolve a booking issue! Truly nice guy!
Big thank you for Angel who was running in middle of the night to help us as best as he could.
Also would like to mention Augustine who was always smiling and friendly and took time to assist us to better explore the island.

Best Place 2 stay in Palma. Excellent View from Rooftop. Nice n tasty buffet Breakfast for 15€. Near is PortoPI Shopping Mall, where u can buy anything for daily needs. City center only a few km. B best beaches r also very near. U just need a 15€ public transport Card for 10 rides. Thats enough for a few Days. Indoor excellent Swimming Pool, Tennis, Billiard, and many more are there.

Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. Staff was absolutely horrible, the receptionist called Angel was very rude towards my girlfriend, and also she was pregnant. She couldn’t get into the room before 3pm and he was allowing other guest to check in earlier. Very unprofessional. And when we finally checked in, the room was with the partial sea view, not the one that we have booked and paid for. The AC didn’t work in the evening and when we reported it, lady behind the desk told us to open the window. Housekeepers were so loud in the morning, woke us up. Overall absolutely horrible place to stay.
The answer regarding small fee that you can pay in advance is also ridiculous, you should have trained your staff properly so they can offer that to guests, I would certainly pay extra so my PREGNANT girlfriend can get in. And yes we have seen also your rooms with pictures and we know what we booked. After your reply to my review I definitely don’t recommend this play to stay. Thank you

One of the worst experiences of my life. We there for a relaxing vacation which turned into a stressful one with no solution in sight.
The receptionist was unresponsive, we reached there night and the room given to us was the ones under the pool, the cooling wasn't working and room smelled like chlorine. We requested a room change or at least to check the AC, the receptionist was playing games on his phone and assuring us that it is being done, while nothing happened and we couldn't get any rest. All this caused great discomfort to my pregnant wife and ruined our short trip.
Upon complaining the hotel management assured us with monetary compensation and a free night the next time we stay, but just as there service was poor, their promise also empty. No refund was issued and no voucher was given. I have everything on email proof but it has been months and no action has been taken.
With the consideration that mistakes do happen, the worst part was the hotels service and lack of care for the whole ordeal.

Receptionist Angel was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean but already a bit older and the cleaning product smells not so good. Otherwise it is very good located to get to the port and also walking distance to palma :)

Hotel was lovely, great reception and greeting from wonderful Angel. Room was great had sea view and very clean. Breakfast was good too. Only problem was evening service hit and miss the menu was limited.
