First the good points. Excellent location with the old town just two minutes away. Also, the Official Tourist Office is just a few metres away. The hotel was very clean and decoratively smart (but simple). Shower hot and powerful. Good value for money.
HOWEVER, my room at the back overlooked a narrow street with VERY noisy bars and being on the first floor it was like having a crowd of drunks in my room at 2am! Whilst I would recommend this hotel but only if a quieter room was available.

Nice rooms but lacking in facilities. No information folders in rooms. No tea/coffee making facilities. Central for exploring Malaga. Reasonable prices

Nice size room and clean + well situated. Could do with more info on the room though. Breakfast experience isn't the best as they take a long time to replenish and it isn't easy to get waitress attention.

Quite disappointed in this hotel, double room with no view (other building extremely close), no bathtub, not so clean, old furniture, for internet you have to request an user and pass which can be used by one device only, valid for 2 days. The room also smells like cigarettes, though requested a non one. Price too high for this hotel, we stayed at other 2 stars hotels which were impeccable, big, had bathtubs, only 13 min from center and half price, like H Goartin...

I will say that the location of the hotel is excellent - right in the centre of Málaga, just a few minutes walk away from the port. The staff seemed friendly enough, although when we checked in the member of staff behind the desk forgot to tell us what floor our room was located on, and also didn't tell us about the WiFi...
Our room was very, very basic. No coffee making facilities in the room, nor any kind of welcome pack. It also smelt a little bit musty when we first arrived. The decor was quite dated, and the shower leaked. The bed was fairly comfortable, but overall I'm not in any great rush to stay here again!

A well priced hotel right beside the old city. The old city provides a great example of European urban living.

Perfect hotel if you need a comfortable night and the best location with no need for a oceanview. (Because that would be a stone wall 50 cm away) Medium to good quality of the interior, big and comfortable bath. Best suited for one or two night visits.
