Our overall experience at this hotel was quite positive. The staff was very kind and responsive, assisting us in every possible way. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of Málaga.
However, the main drawbacks are the extremely thin walls and the limited breakfast options. In other words, if you are sensitive to noise from neighboring rooms, this hotel may not be ideal. It was surprising to hear intimate sounds from other guests while trying to sleep.
Regarding breakfast, the selection was extremely limited considering the price. However, it still provides a basic in-house dining option. Our room was quite narrow and sometimes uncomfortable, but given the price, this was tolerable. The shower amenities were not at the desired level but were acceptable.
Overall, the hotel has several advantages, but potential guests should be aware of certain limitations and challenges.

Due to illness I had to cancel my arrival as I was not fit to fly. On the check in day I contacted the hotel in the morning to let them know I would not arrive as I would not be able to fly due to illness. I had booked for 2 nights. The hotel person immediately said: you had untill a day before arrival to cancel for free and now we can not do anything anymore. Later that week when I was feeling better i came to Malaga and I asked the hotel if I could at least get 1 night back for my stay from the second night. As i understood the first night could not be canceled anymore as it was a same day arrival. The hotel person was not helpful at all and just gave a straight no. I find it extremely disappointing and not guest friendly that a hotel like this (it is not cheap) treats guests this way and wants to earn money this way. It would have been a star service to help me and look for a solution that is fair to both of us but instead the hotel just decided to take my money and let me pay for 2 nights unused. They did not offer me anything and this I find it concerning that I had to deal with this while being sick. Instead I stayed in Vincci seleccion possada del patio - which had 5 star service and was absolutely perfect, and did not cost much more. I would recommend to book there if you would like to be treated by professionals

Good location near train and metro. Rooms clean but some noise in the early mornings from inside the hotel so have ear plugs. Tvs have some uk channels. Mini bar had good prices. Little supermarket right next door. Breakfast not great..... Where are the sausages

The hotel is very clean and good location. Just about 15 minutes to everywhere train station, museum, beach and many restaurants. But don't expect too much about the word boutique hotel. It is very clean and comfy but not really boutique. If l visit Málaga i will still stay here because of the location.

Hotel is centrally situated near to centre (few minutes walk), but suggest getting an off road room, as ours was very noisy (buses) all through the night.
Breakfast available although we didn't try it.
Room was comfortable and had air conditioning, but needs some minor repairs and cleaning in bathroom and shower.
Bed ok but was 2 single ones pushed together, so disappointed that it wasn't a double.
Was ok but unfortunately probably not stay again due to noise (although other rooms might be better) and beds.
Breakfast available although we didn't try it.

The staff is very friendly and the location is good. I booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a triple room?? I booked a room without a view, and I understand that there is no view, but the window could not be opened properly. During quarantine during the corona period, the window opens just enough to let in air. Also, there is an opaque sheet on the window, so it feels like I am in a motel, not a hotel. The staff was very friendly, but why,,, again???ㅎㅎ

My wife and I have just stayed for our second time at this hotel . It is a beautiful hotel about a 5 minute walk from the centre of Malaga with all its bars and restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the harbour.
The staff always welcome you with a friendly smile at reception and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The hotel is clean tidy and very relaxing a perfect for a break away.
We will definitely be back next year the Christmas lights are spectacular !

Hotels in Malaga may be generally more expensive, and the room facilities are simple and basic, so the cost performance is not very high. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, just next to the old town, and you can walk there. The service staff is very nice. There are only sheets in the room, no quilt, so I asked them to help add a blanket
