Hi everyone, Mary and Derek here from ireland. 🇮🇪We stayed here the last week in Sept and it was fantastic. Friendly staff and great location across from the beach. Fabulous Spa in the hotel and a gym. You are only 50m from a train station. You can access many resorts on the Costa Bravo and Barcelona from here, and the prices are very reasonable.

Oscar, the waiter, was not only attentive but also had a great sense of humor, making our dining experience truly memorable. The reception staff was wonderful—they spoke Dutch, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was fantastic, offering comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The positive reviews for this hotel are true. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back! I do want to thank several workers that made our stay particularly wonderful. Kudos to the management for bringing such a great team together, this is what makes a great hotel in the first place. Reception: everyone is friendly and helpful, but Ariette went above and beyond to help us with all the questions we had. She is a gem! Restaurant: great food, great staff, but we would like to mention the consistently positive attitude to guests from Fatima, Julia, Sandra and, of course, Oscar who is the most efficient waiter I have ever seen! I am not sure he can be replaced as he is fast, precise and always positive. Spa: we loved it and thank you, Elianna, for always being so friendly and hospitable. The room cleaning was great and time efficient.
All in all, there is nothing we did not like so thank you for our unforgettable vacation!

We went to this hotel through Solmar from 27 July to 3 August, for the first time to Spain as a family with 2 teenage kids. The hotel was beyond our expectations and met all of our needs, and even more. The people that work here are polite, in summer season the reception people even talk Dutch. Everything you'll ever need is there! Even a small birthday present for my son at our hotel room, how nice!
The restaurant was just perfect, lots of variations and lots of choices, freshly made from their open kitchen. Breakfast was exactly the same, just perfect!
The only thing that could be better was the size of our room. We had a 4 person premium room (no. 130) but it was just an upgraded 2 person room. It fitted, but i had to let my clothes in my suitcase because the closet was too small for 4 people for 8 days. But that is about the only thing i noticed.
The rest of the room was perfect, sea view from the balcony, the beds slept like home and the airconditioning was perfect, and can be controlled how you like it. The bathroom had a rain shower, how wonderful! Hot water temps fluctuate quite a bit, but was doable. The safe was free of charge.
Overall this is a highly recommended hotel and it is worth their stars. We had a wonderful stay at Promenade and will return to this one in the future for sure. Keep up the good work!

Two years ago we went to this hotel and normally we never go back for a second time but now we go next month for the second time

The biggest problem - in restaurant waiters are unhappy when we seat not in "right" place and discuss this between each other. Result - you came to 4*S hotel and feel like a "bad kid".

I liked everything! The staff, the food, the rooms. I can recommend it! One drawback, there is not enough kettle in the room, there is always a kettle everywhere.

Nice company!
On the whole, I'm relatively satisfied. The arrival was relaxed, we were allowed to go to our rooms early and the manageress is very nice. I was very surprised by the rooms. On 2 floors. The view of the sea was great.
Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken in our room on the 2nd floor. Otherwise ok.
The breakfast was fresh. Lots of choice but the same every day !!!
I wouldn't actually visit the place again as there aren't many great restaurants (You often only find fast food and unfortunately rarely or never traditional food.) or activities in Pineda de Mar.
Pineda de Mar is Not so good as a young Person. It is quiet and dark at 11pm. 🙄
Ps: The journey to Barcelona takes about 1 hour, and you should be at the platform 10 minutes early as the trains run on a whim.
