Hotel Can Cera

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Palma. We booked it for the fantastic location, beautiful property, and generously spacious rooms—and it truly lived up to our expectations.

The staff made our experience even more memorable. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They also gave us great local recommendations for dining and things to do. A special thank you to Giulia, who was especially kind and helpful during our departure—she even helped us book a taxi, which we really appreciated.

One helpful note for future guests: if you're arriving by car or renting a car, be aware that parking is not directly onsite (which is common in central Palma). The closest parking lot is about a 10-minute walk away. We were able to drop off our luggage first and the staff kindly assisted with directions and bags, but understanding this in advance would have helped us plan better.

Overall, it was a lovely stay in a charming city, and we’d happily return!

Memories for a lifetime. We loved everything about our stay at Can Cera. The staff was extremely detail oriented and knew all their guests which made every errand so simple to handle.
It is a quiet and refined retreat just a step away from the hustle and bustle of Palma.
We loved everything from the refined furniture and art of our room (which was btw absolutely spotless), to the concierge service and the cocktail bar.

A true 5-star boutique hotel. Possibly the best I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The Can Cera Suite exceeded all expectations. Pictures do not do justice. Location, service, room, hospitality -- all perfect.

Very few complaints…really nice, quiet spot out of the mayhem of the city. The staff were friendly, the food (including the breakfast) was good and the drinks well made. The finishes were high end and we were very happy with both the shared spaces and our room (the main suite, room 3).
Of the complaints…they spray a weird small in the rooms, maybe supposed to smell like an old building / furniture / castle, but it just made us feel a bit ill. And, the carpet is wicker, which sounds fun but actually isn’t very comfortable to walk on barefoot, so make sure you grab the free slippers.

Incredible stay! One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The consideration and experience for guests is truly remarkable. They have a private spa that you can rent out. Wonderful rooms and the location in the city center is convenient for walking anywhere. Thank you Benjamin and all the wonderful people at Can Cera. I look forward to coming back!

Hotel Can Cera is a little gem amongst the hustle and bustle of Palma. Tucked away in a quiet street in the center of town, ring the doorbell and you are whisked away into a fairytale experience. From the moment you check in (sitting in a comfortable lobby across from a very polished and polite host), to the tour of the building, to the room reveal with a gorgeous Key. An Adults Only hotel, this was a welcome change for us travelling alone (Missed our Kids). Highly recommend this property if looking for a 5 star experience in Palma.

Our stay at Can Cera Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! Located right in the heart of Palma, it was the perfect base to explore the city’s charm. My husband and I loved our stay at this hotel--we wish we could've moved in! It's beautifully designed, clean, service was prompt and attentive. We really liked that it was adults only and only had 14 rooms so it never felt busy and service was quick. It's located in a walkable, central location, yet away from any noisy busy streets. We can't wait to come back!

Exceeded expectations in every way. This hotel doesn’t feel like a hotel at all. It feels like a home. The decor is stunning and the service is incredible.

An amazing space and experience in the heart of Palma hidden behind giant wooden doors. The service was top notch 5 star, the space was truly a once in a lifetime spot. The beds were extremely comfy, the private use spa was relaxing, and the breakfast was extensive. The only downside we had was with sound proofing from the outside. Even with us being in the quiet alleyway room, we still heard dogs and people shouting to each other a fair amount. If you are a light sleeper plan to bring ear plugs, otherwise fantastic!
