A truly wonderful experience. The staff were so accommodating, giving brilliant restaurant reccos and being super attentive. Sergio was brilliant! Rooftop was perfect to chill in the sun and read a book. Parking was €35 euro a night but whenever we needed the car they had it ready and waiting for us.

When booking, I was concerned about the location but on arrival, it was actually a lovely 15 min walk into the centre of Palma down lovely cobbled streets.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Despite being in the old city in Palma, it's in a very private location. Staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. The room was big, clean, and had great toiletries. The restaurant/pool area had great food and a nice view. Absolutely a 5-star experience all around.

Great city hotel with a rooftop pool and restaurant. They give you an option to have breakfast either in restaurant or at roof terrace. If you like morning breeze from sea and nice views while you eat I recommend to try it. This hotel is perfect starting point for exploring the city and the island. We rented a scooter so traveling was even easier.

The location is perfect to explore Palma, walking distance to everything. The rooftop bar is a vibe, the rooms are modern and very clean, the staff is also very friendly.

Great hotel to stay during your trip to Mallorca. We stayed one night in Palma during our week on the island and couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at Es Princep.

I decided to celebrate my birthday on the roof of the hotel, and this, without a doubt, was the best decision! Highlight the excellent care the restaurant staff always provided, both for my lactose intolerance and generally for all of us. We were very pleased with the quality of all the food, especially the spectacular cheek baths. Incredible rooftop views with a relaxed and very pleasant atmosphere. This is definitely a place to come back to, whether for dinner, a celebration or a drink.

We liked it. There is a cocktail called Andreu Genestar that is very attentive and makes the best combinations! Do not miss!!

This is one of the places that surprises both with its location and the attention of the staff. We had a family reunion and were greeted by the director and Antoine, the event planner, who helped us prepare a menu that far exceeded our expectations. Superb food in both quality and quantity. Thanks to all the staff for such a good day we had. I repeat without hesitation!!!

Very nice and modern hotel with super friendly service and great breakfast buffet!

Spent a weekend there and enjoyed it thoroughly! The Hotel is very modern, close to the Center and has a very friendly team. We were offered some very good freshly squeezed orange juice upon arrival. Breakfast buffet was also amazing. The terrace has also a great view and a nice food selection.

Definitely recommended!
Only downside - the toilet door is made out of glass - you should be comfortable with that ;)

The breakfast was amazing, an easy 10! Not only did they have self service with a lot of things, sweets, ham, types of cheese, etc, but it also had an a la carte service which was included in the breakfast price! You could ask for any kind of customized eggs, pancakes, crepes, with tons of available toppings. The waiters will also serve you with coffee, teas, smoothies, drinks. Amazing!
The beds were super comfortable and big, and the TV was huge. We would receive bottled water daily in our room including some sweets.
The rooftop featured a bar and an infinity pool, with decent prices and great food. You could order tapas or even main course meals, such as burgers or steaks.
The hotel also includes a spa, with 2 saunas, a Turkish bath, two showers and an indoor pool.
