I had a fantastic experience at BO Hotel Palma. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. The food overall was of high quality, and we really enjoyed every meal we had.

we stayed at the BO hotel in Palma de Mallorca for three nights. Absolutely fantastic!!! Room was specious with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was modern and efficient in every way. We had a terrific breakfast each day along with friendly and great service. And the location is wonderful being right in the city so everything is in walking distance. You can’t go wrong staying here!!!

A nice little hotel in a great location with pleasant helpful staff, comfortable beds, and great shower pressure. Rooms on the B Level (B1-B3) are directly above a restaurant and share a corridor with housekeeping and restaurant storage making them extremely loud and very difficult to sleep. The rooms are also poorly insulated from noise above and on the busy late night streets outside. This hotel would be appropriate for a short budget stay, but not much more.

The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. The location was very convenient to my work at the shipyard. The restaurant was very good, plus there are numerous choices within the immediate neighborhood. This hotel is now my choice for future area visits!

Fabulous Hotel - great central location
This Hotel was truly exceptional - from the staff to the room and cleanliness to another level - if we come back to Palma we will certainly stay here again - the top terrace was just superb at the end of a long walking stint in the town - lovely comfy sunbeds and a great view with a jacuzzi thrown in too

Great location for Palma
The hotel is situated a short walk from the port and cathedral. Plenty of restaurants close by and the hotel does have its own restaurant.
Very pleasant team from first arrival and through the stay to departure.
We were able to take our room earlier than expected but we were not in high season.
Breakfast is continental with the typical choices.
The roof top terrace is sunny from early morning through to late afternoon and a great place to relax.

The staff at this property were exceptional. They helped you with any queries. We loved the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi.

Such lovely hotel representatives working at the check in reception. Lovely boutique hotel Rooms smell great, location is amazing and the staff are so generous with their time. I think the lovely lady was Alameda and the gentleman from Argentina was Marko. Really not sure of names but truly exceptional. One suggestion is to provide creamers with the espresso and larger cups. Other than that shower was great, magnifying mirror and corner room had great fresh air and large. Location was perfect.
