The service was excellent and the hotel is close to restaurants, shopping and the main attractions in Palma.

The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. The location was very convenient to my work at the shipyard. The restaurant was very good, plus there are numerous choices within the immediate neighborhood. This hotel is now my choice for future area visits!

Fabulous Hotel - great central location
This Hotel was truly exceptional - from the staff to the room and cleanliness to another level - if we come back to Palma we will certainly stay here again - the top terrace was just superb at the end of a long walking stint in the town - lovely comfy sunbeds and a great view with a jacuzzi thrown in too

Great location for Palma
The hotel is situated a short walk from the port and cathedral. Plenty of restaurants close by and the hotel does have its own restaurant.
Very pleasant team from first arrival and through the stay to departure.
We were able to take our room earlier than expected but we were not in high season.
Breakfast is continental with the typical choices.
The roof top terrace is sunny from early morning through to late afternoon and a great place to relax.
We really enjoyed our short stay at the BO hotel

The staff at this property were exceptional. They helped you with any queries. We loved the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi.

Great little hotel, good location, nice rooms with amenities. Good service from front desk. Some music from nearby plaza travelling up to room but not that late into the night. Weird translucency sticker on shower doors which allow opposing hotel rooms to watch me showering. Maybe change it so the sticker is on the lower half of the door? Then we can see the sky and not into their room and vice versa. 😂

Terrible hotel. I paid and booked for 4 nights. Arrived 1 day late as my flight was delayed. Got to the hotel and they said i was a no show so they cancelled my room for all 4 nights and resold it. The hotel was fully booked, and they didnt provide me a refund. They took my money and made more money by selling it to other customers. Shame on this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location within the city. The hotel staff were exceptional - from the initial welcome, to the breakfast, to providing recommendations for restaurants. Bathrooms and amenities were a highlight of the rooms.

We want to thank the young lady at reception on 15.08. for great help with finding taxi during the rain and lack of taxis in the city. Thanks to her we managed not to be late for the flight.

Ace hotel and the staff are really wonderful. Great rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms very good too. I only gave 4* for rooms due to a particularly British foible! Lack of tea making facility! 🤣 Coffee machine only but staff did bring tea up if you asked - how fab is that! The location is ideal and we loved our 5 nights there. Would definitely stay again. 👏
