Beautiful hotel in a perfect location within the city. The hotel staff were exceptional - from the initial welcome, to the breakfast, to providing recommendations for restaurants. Bathrooms and amenities were a highlight of the rooms.

We want to thank the young lady at reception on 15.08. for great help with finding taxi during the rain and lack of taxis in the city. Thanks to her we managed not to be late for the flight.

Ace hotel and the staff are really wonderful. Great rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms very good too. I only gave 4* for rooms due to a particularly British foible! Lack of tea making facility! 🤣 Coffee machine only but staff did bring tea up if you asked - how fab is that! The location is ideal and we loved our 5 nights there. Would definitely stay again. 👏

Very central. You can walk almost everywhere. Generous rooms and very clean bathrooms. Rooftop spa though didn't get the chance to use it. Concierge staff were very helpful booking taxis and finding local services.

Very dispointed.
I booked a "Deluxe Double room" with a bathtub. There's no bathtub in the room. And the staff won't do anything about it.
It is very unpleasant to pay for something the hotel won't offer.
Also, I feel the quality of the room makes this hotel overpriced (location is great but not enough to qualify for such rates). I added a picture of the room so you can see what you get for 220 euros per night.
If we had to book again, we would chose to stay at a different hotel than BO Hotel.

Perfectly situated in the old city, the Bo Hotel is walking distance to historic sites as well as bars & restaurants. The staff was helpful in every way, especially with our check in by arranging our rental car to have access to the restricted driving zone. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony for people watching!

Best Boutique Hotel in town. Small, 20 rooms only, but big in service perfection and friendliness. Surrounded by lots of authentic and stylish tapas bars, restaurants, bars. 5 walking min away from yacht harbor and cathedral. Just perfect at all

We stayed in three top hotels in Palma... This was by far the best. True boutique hotel. Lovely staff, great service, super Italian restaurant where you should eat even if not staying there, great art, and comfortable rooms.

This hotel is an absolute delight. Extremely friendly staff and we had a lovely & comfortable stay. Nothing was too much to ask from the front desk. They go above and beyond! Close to everything & quiet. Will be staying again! Highly recommend.
