Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, and stellar staff. Also in a fantastic location within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, beach, etc.
Ran into an issue with the shower in our room during our stay, but this was addressed promptly and professionally. We greatly appreciated the efforts of Javier and the team for going above and beyond to ensure the quality of our stay.

Very disappointed. We visited Monday 20th May at lunchtime and were told by reception the rooftop bar was open to non-residents from 7pm. We said we would come back Wednesday 22nd May in the evening to which he said no problem. We came back Wednesday 22nd May at 9pm to be told by a different person on reception that the rooftop was closed and we couldn’t go up. Either we were told wrong information or he didn’t want to let non residents in. This is very poor and not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. WE WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING TO ANYBODY

Beautiful Hotel, Perfect Location. Although there were some issues with our room the staff and management were excellent and professional in every way. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Thank you!!

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms and perfect location, right in the heart of old town Palma. The staff even helped us out when we arrived in the middle of the night after an AirBNB mishap, which was a huge relief at the start of our vacation. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody.

One of the nicest hotels I stayed, the staff was just great. Whatever you asked they were trying to make it happen. Just amazing the way they interact with you. The hotel itself is very special with the rooftop area, Lunch, drinks and rooms etc.

Great hotel with excellent service. Every effort is made to cater to individual guest requests. We received great tips and were completely satisfied. We will definitely come again!

We had the loveliest time at the Sant Francesc. We celebrated my son’s first birthday during our stay and they could not have made us feel more special. We would love to return!

Such an elegant and luxurious hotel in the heart of Palma. We had the most relaxing break there and the location couldn't have been better. The room was so comfortable, the bed was perfect.
