Stayed at the end of Sept for one week. Check in was quick and efficient. There are only 2 lifts upto the rooms so you sometimes wait a few minutes for one to arrive and then cram in! Rooms are very dated and really need an upgrade, the air conditioning was turned off but we had a ceiling fan. The tiled headboards make sitting in bed very uncomfortable. Overall the rooms are spacious and well cleaned. The position of the handwash in the bathroom makes it difficult to use and really needs moving to chest height.
A fridge is provided but no kettle or cups for hot drinks.
There are plenty of sunbeds (no reserving) but the swimming pool is looking very worn out. Lots of missing tiles around the pool and the waterfall features looked very dirty. The lifeguards on duty did a good job and kept a close eye on all swimmers which was very reassuring.
We were bed and breakfast and enjoyed the selection of hot and cold food. The only downside to the restaurant area is it gets very busy and extremely noisy. The staff work very hard to clear tables and are 5*.
Overall the hotel is geared towards large Spanish, French and German holiday makers. The average age of guests was about 70-80yrs old. It’s well positioned on the main Roquetas de Mar road with good access to lots of restaurants and bars.
There is daily entertainment around the pool and evening shows.
If you’re looking for a cheap no frills break then it’s fine for the money. It’s certainly not the 4* it advertising itself as!

Carlos and Juan were lovely at reception. Breakfast was nice, but as it is the same every day, it gets a little boring by day 3. The location is nice and peaceful. The room was a little dated but comfortable.

Bar and restaurant staff are lovely. Rooms and facilities are excellent, however our stay is being slightly ruined by relentless noise outside the hotel which starts about 9pm and lasts past midnight.. fine if you're a night owl but if not I would avoid.
They could do with some thicker, noise cancelling doors on the balconies to minimise disruption.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. What is contained in the on-site offer descriptions appears to have altered. When questioned where the pool in the photo is located, the lady at reception said it was the travel agency's fault because they had mixed up photos from another hotel. The travel agency's deal includes an a la carte dinner, but at the hotel, the receptionist claims that this does not apply to their hotel - the travel agency's mistake. On-site, it is discovered that in all-inclusive, you must pay for the majority of items or eat a roll with ham and no butter. The personnel is friendly, and the accommodations are clean. The **** hotel generally houses older people, it is very sad to see what level of all inclusive it serves people, because all these older people for this price in another hotel would have a completely different holiday.

We choose this hotel for our holiday together with other couple and I have to honestly say it was disappointing. We had a big trouble with our room, the lock was broken and we had to many times went up and down to try it, every time they run the key through some computer and send us up, this went over and over, since it was night we arrived no maintenance weren't present so we had to literaly bother them to open it with actual key and had to stay in our room, because if we left we couldn't be able to get back, in the morning the whole situation went all over again, after 11 hours withou proper room it was solved but interest for solving it from all the staff wasn't great at all for 4 stars hotel. Information about what is included in all inclusive wasn't completely understandable and nobody give us straight information about it. Since there was 90% of spanish guest regulary, only some staff spoke english, but those weren't there all the time and others didn't speak english, so it was hard to explain and understand anything. On the other hand pool was clean and food was awesome. But honestl, I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Amazing place, great food, defiantly would go again. And go all inclusive it works out cheaper! It wasn't too busy either, nice and quiet with a beautiful beach view from the bar.
