I'll start with the positive, this vacation was planned in honor of my birthday. we got a bottle of Cava. bottle of water only on the day of arrival and this is a 4 star hotel. When I ask why, it’s normal for me to answer, but if you need it, we will give it to you! Then there is no shower gel in the room, 2 days! until I took it to the reception myself! problem with the Internet, I need Wifi for work but it’s not there all day, they said the technician will fix it tomorrow! this hotel cannot have 4 stars at all

Only issue is water that comes out the shower and limited towels. Other than that, the Staff are all super friendly and helpful.

It was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in… the location, the friendliest reception staff, especially Alex :), the wonderful view of the sea and promenade from the balcony, super yummy 😋 breakfasts…. All! I will definitely come back! 💫

They built a pool at the back of the hotel in a very shaded place not much sunshine and the pool was freezing over 10 days we were there only 3 people managed to get in plus only 8 sunbeds if you couldn't get one your choice to sit in the shad or go elsewhere

Great location along the boardwalk, and nice to be off the main beach. Close to everything. Hotel staff were very nice and they keep this place very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Nice hotel with a lovely swimming pool. Great location right next to the beach and easy to walk around the city. Excellent breakfast. Car park is to tight. The parking lot is too narrow.

Really lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Gorgeous pool and convenient area in the reception to by drinks. Location is ideal. Will be back.

Positives: Great location, right on the beach. Charming restaurant below hotel with a great breakfast. Get the papaya bowl! Granola, yogurt and compote inside a half of a papaya (literal bowl).

Negatives: the dog in the apartment next to the hotel would not stop barking... so shrill and sounded like it was right outside our window. Really affected our experience. Shower water would go from warm to cool throughout the shower. We had to use our whole body to open our hotel room door. Air conditioner is pretty loud.

Overall would probably stay here again because of location and staff were nice. And fingers crossed the owners of that dog move away…

Having lived in Sitges for 10yrs we chose this hotel for it location and past knowledge of this Hotel. They never disappointed, location and hotel were outstanding. I would recommend hiring the electric scooters for a couple of hours to see the town outskirts, great fun.

The staff and food were exceptional and having not been back to the place we brought up our young children for 9 yrs, it was perfect! Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be visiting again.

Excellent location. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Quiet and well-designed. Have a nice small pool and the beach is 1 min walk from the hotel. Highly recommended.
